The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the engine oil is filtered, the engine oil is firstly introduced into the engine oil inlet pipe 13 through the engine oil inlet 27 and the through hole 23, is under the pressure of the air generated by the oil pump, flows into the paper filter element 15 through the drain hole 14, then the paper filter element 15 performs primary filtering treatment on the engine oil, impurities such as dust in the engine oil are filtered, the engine oil flows into the gap between the ferromagnetic magnet 12 and the paper filter element 15 after primary filtering, the magnetic adsorption of the ferromagnetic magnet 12 is performed, metal particles contained in the engine oil are adsorbed onto the ferromagnetic magnet 12, so that the metal particles contained in the engine oil are removed for secondary filtering treatment, then the engine oil is pushed away through the air pressure to drive the check rubber pad 25, the engine oil is discharged through the oil hole 24 and the engine oil drain hole 28, and meanwhile, the air pressure reduction check rubber pad 25 is retracted and is attached again to cover the oil hole 24 after the engine oil is discharged, so that the engine oil is prevented from flowing back into the device. When the paper filter element 15 is blocked, the spring 6 is pressed by air pressure, the spring 6 is deformed to drive the cushion 8 to move, the cushion 8 drives the rubber cover 9 to move to open the valve port, engine oil enters the bypass valve 2 through the bypass opening 5 and flows out of the bypass outlet 10, then a gap formed by the inner side wall of the bypass oil-way pipe 11 and the outer side wall of the ferromagnetic magnet 12 passes through the oil hole 24 and the engine oil discharge port 28, and meanwhile, when engine oil passes through the gap formed by the inner side wall of the bypass oil-way pipe 11 and the outer side wall of the ferromagnetic magnet 12, the engine oil is subjected to magnetic adsorption of the ferromagnetic magnet 12, so that metal particles in the engine oil are adsorbed on the ferromagnetic magnet 12 for coarse filtration treatment, and irreversible damage of the engine caused by the metal particles is prevented.
When filtering, receive the atmospheric pressure that the oil pump produced, when the atmospheric pressure guiding gutter 20 is crossed, atmospheric pressure is rotated along atmospheric pressure guiding gutter 20 route gyration, forms rotation force and makes spiral clearance strip 19 rotary motion, scrapes the strong magnet 12 inside wall through scraper 21 and moves in order to carry out automatic interior clearance again, scrapes the metal particle on the strong magnet 12, prevents that the metal particle from being adsorbed at strong magnet 12 surface too much and lead to adsorption efficiency reduction.
