For convenience of description, the side of the door body 2 opened by rotation is defined as the front side, and the side of the box body 1 is defined as the rear side, with reference to the door body being in a closed state when the furniture 100 such as a refrigeration device is normally installed and used; one side close to the ground is the lower side or the bottom side; the side facing away from the ground is the upper or top side.
As shown in FIG. 1, a piece of furniture 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, a door 2, and a hinge assembly 3. The structure of the hinge assembly 3 and the use process thereof will be described in detail below, wherein the case 1 and the door 2 are in the prior art. One of the hinge seat 31 and the hinge 32 is fixed with the box body 1, and the other is fixed with the door body 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the hinge assembly 3 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a hinge base 31, and a hinge 32 movably connected to the hinge base 31, and can be used for any furniture 100 requiring a rotary door 2 to be opened, such as a refrigerating apparatus. Normally, one of the hinge seat 31 and the hinge 32 is fixed to the case 1, and the other is fixed to the door 2, and the movement track of the hinge 32 is defined by the hinge seat 31 so as to drive the door 2 to move.
The hinge 32 includes a first hinge shaft 321 and a second hinge shaft 322 that are disposed at intervals, and the moving track of the hinge 32 relative to the hinge base 31 is defined by two axes, so that the running stability of the door body 2 in the door opening and closing process can be improved.
Specifically, the hinge 32 further includes a fixing portion 323 for fixing to the case 1 or the door 2, a moving portion 324 engaged with the hinge base 31, and a connecting portion 325 connecting the fixing portion 323 and the moving portion 324, the mounting portion has a fixing hole for fixing to the case 1 or the door 2, and the first hinge shaft 321 and the second hinge shaft 322 are disposed on the moving portion 324.
In a specific embodiment, the fixing portion 323 and the moving portion 324 are disposed in parallel, and the connecting portion 325 connects the rear end of the fixing portion 323 and the front end of the moving portion 324, and the first hinge shaft 321 and the second hinge shaft 322 are respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the moving portion 324, so that the whole hinge 32 has a compact and small structure, and the space required for moving the hinge 32 relative to the hinge seat 31 is small.
The hinge base 31 has a sliding slot defining a moving track of the first hinge shaft 321 and the second hinge shaft 322 so that the hinge 32 slides back and forth relative to the hinge base 31 and rotates back and forth; so that the furniture 100 provided with the hinge assembly 3 is provided, the door body 2 slides forward and then rotates when being opened, and the door body 2 rotates and then slides backward when being closed; and after the door body 2 moves forward, other furniture or walls beyond both sides of the furniture 100 in the front-rear direction can be prevented from colliding with them. Taking an embedded refrigerator embedded in a wall or other furniture as an example, the door body moves forwards and then rotates, so that the door body cannot collide with the walls or furniture on two sides of the refrigerator.
The sliding groove includes a first linear groove 311 guiding the first hinge shaft 321 to move in the front-rear direction, a second linear groove 312 guiding the second hinge 32 to move in the front-rear direction, and an arc groove 313 guiding the second hinge shaft 322 to move in an arc shape, wherein the arc groove 313 is communicated with the second linear groove 312.
