s4: the water flow firstly passes through the filtering baffle 306 and finally enters the water storage tank 2 to form water circulation;
s5: when the arc support bar 13 blocks the recovery mechanism 3, the waterproof driving device 304 operates to lift the circular baffle 310 and block the introduction pipe 303, so that the remaining water in the recovery pipe 301 flushes the filtering baffle 306.

The ecological industrial park with environment-friendly and circulating spraying ecological landscape according to claim 1, wherein the peripheral outer wall of the water pumping pipe (8) is rotatably connected with a rotary connecting rod (9); the periphery and the outer wall of the rotating connecting rod (9) are fixedly connected with upper stirring connecting rods (16) which are uniformly distributed; the peripheral outer wall of the rotary connecting rod (9) is fixedly connected with lower stirring connecting rods (14) which are uniformly distributed; the outer wall of the bottom end of the lower stirring connecting rod (14) is rotatably connected with a hydraulic turbine (10).

The ecological industrial park with environment-friendly and circular sprinkling ecological landscape according to claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the top end of the lower stirring connecting rod (14) is fixedly connected with a stirring arc-shaped rod (15); the outer wall of the top end of the stirring arc-shaped rod (15) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the bottom end of the upper stirring connecting rod (16).
