Abstract
The invention discloses a urea storage device, which comprises a tank assembly and a liquid feeding pipe, wherein an electric liquid pumping pump is externally connected to a first end of the liquid feeding pipe, a second end of the liquid feeding pipe extends into the tank assembly, a plurality of liquid supply pipe joints are arranged on the tank assembly, a liquid suction pipe and a liquid return pipe which extend into the tank assembly are arranged on the liquid supply pipe joints, a liquid level sensor which feeds back the liquid level height in the tank assembly is arranged on the liquid supply pipe joints, and the liquid level sensor is in control connection with the electric liquid pumping pump. The urea storage device realizes the automatic liquid adding function by the liquid level detection and electric control mode, has the characteristics of reasonable overall structure design, simple and elegant appearance, convenient installation and disassembly and the like, avoids the problems of manpower waste caused by frequent manual urea adding or the influence on the operation of the whole system caused by untimely urea adding, improves the intelligence of the device and meets the automation and intelligent requirements of modern equipment.

Background
In a diesel selective catalytic conversion (SCR) system, a urea solution is sucked from a urea storage container by a urea pump for use, however, most of the urea filling methods of the existing urea solution storage system are divided into two types: one is to use a urea filling gun to add urea into the urea storage device through a filling system assembly, and the other is to manually extract a urea barrel to directly fill. Above two kinds of tradition filling modes all need artifical the participation, troublesome poeration, and work efficiency is low, is difficult to satisfy present intelligent requirement.

Referring to fig. 1, the preferred embodiment provides a urea storage device, which includes a tank assembly 1 and a liquid feeding pipe 2, wherein a first end of the liquid feeding pipe 2 is externally connected with an electric liquid pumping pump 3, a second end of the liquid feeding pipe extends into the tank assembly 1, the tank assembly 1 is provided with a plurality of liquid supply pipe joints 4, the liquid supply pipe joints 4 are provided with a liquid suction pipe 5 and a liquid return pipe extending into the tank assembly 1, the liquid supply pipe joints 4 are provided with a liquid level sensor for feeding back the liquid level inside the tank assembly, and the liquid level sensor is in control connection with the electric liquid pumping pump 3. The liquid level sensor comprises a floating block 6 and a resistance rod 7 which is erected in the tank assembly, wherein the floating block 6 floats on the liquid level and slides along the resistance rod 7, so that the output signal value of the liquid level sensor is changed.
Wherein, the first end of the liquid feeding pipe 2 is provided with a connecting flange 8 which is matched with an external flange of the electric liquid pump 3, a flange gasket 9 is clamped between the two flanges, and particularly, the flange gasket 9 is formed by compounding graphite.
For convenient connection needs, the first end of the liquid feeding pipe 2 extends out of the outer wall of the tank body assembly 1 by 70mm, and the second end is 10-20 mm away from the tank bottom of the tank body assembly 1.
In addition, a manual fluid infusion port 10 is arranged on the tank assembly 1, so that the special fluid infusion requirements are met.
The side wall of the tank body assembly 1 is provided with a liquid level display meter 11 so as to visually display the amount of the solution in the reaction tank.
The top of the tank assembly 1 is provided with a plurality of vent valves 12 to keep the pressure in the tank balanced.
The bottom of the tank assembly 1 is also provided with a drain outlet 13 and a fixed bracket 14.
When the urea storage device directly provides urea for the SCR system, when the urea liquid level reaches the lowest point, the electric liquid pump 3 is started, and new urea aqueous solution is injected into the device through the liquid feeding pipe 2.
Further, the tank assembly can be used as a spare storage device for another tank assembly, as shown in fig. 2, specifically, the filler pipe 2 of the first tank assembly 1' is connected in series with the filler pipe 2 of the second tank assembly 1 ". When the liquid level in the second tank assembly 1 ' reaches the lowest point, the electric liquid pump 3 is used for pumping the urea aqueous solution from the first tank assembly 1 ' to provide the urea aqueous solution for the second tank assembly 1 '.
