A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the cross-sectional shapes of the tank body (4), the outer cladding layer (11) and the middle layer (20) are all circular, the tank body (4), the outer cladding layer (11) and the middle layer (20) are all structures formed by stainless steel materials, and the discharge pipe (3) is communicated with the inside of the tank body (4).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the outer wall lower extreme of surrounding layer (11) is provided with four supporting legs (13) altogether, four supporting leg (13) are the structure that the metal material constitutes, four supporting leg (13) all adopt the welded mode to fix with the outer wall of surrounding layer (11).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting flange (1) can be connected with other pipelines through bolts, the feeding valve (2) can control the feeding and discharging condition of the discharging pipe (3), the lower end of the electric heating pipe (12) penetrates through the outer cladding layer (11), the heat insulation cotton (19) and the middle layer (20), and the upper end of the electric heating pipe (12) is located in the heat conduction oil (21).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the lower end of the transmission shaft (17) is connected with the inner wall of the tank body (4) through a shaft seat, the transmission shaft (17) can rotate in the shaft seat, the lower-layer stirring blades (15) are arc-shaped, and the floating ball (22) can move up and down on the inner wall of the tank body (4).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: motor (7) can drive transmission shaft (17) and rotate, the lower extreme of temperature sensor (8) stretches into in jar body (4), inlet pipe (14) are provided with two altogether inlet pipe (14) all with jar body (4) interior intercommunication.

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end of temperature sensor (8) is provided with the pilot lamp, lower floor's stirring leaf (15), middle level stirring leaf (16) and upper stirring leaf (18) all are provided with two, two lower floor's stirring leaf (15), middle level stirring leaf (16) and upper stirring leaf (18) all adopt the welded mode to fix with transmission shaft (17).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 1, wherein: the barrel cover (5) is semicircular, the handle (10) is of a structure made of hard plastic materials, the handle (10) is fixed to the upper end of the barrel cover (5) through screws, and the barrel cover (5) is connected with the main beam (6) through two hinges (9).

A heated insulated resin heating tank system according to claim 8, wherein: the barrel cover (5) can rotate at the right end of the main beam (6) through two hinges (9), the barrel cover (5) can rotate by one hundred twenty degrees to the maximum extent, the barrel cover (5) is arranged at the left end and the right end of the main beam (6), and the electric heating tube (12) can heat conduction oil (21) inside.
