Dustproof device for airplane pedal
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane flight control, and relates to a pedal dustproof device.
Background
In accordance with airworthiness regulations, provision must be made in the cockpit to prevent foreign objects from entering into locations where the steering system may become stuck. Therefore, for the flight control system foot pedal, a set of dustproof device is usually required to be designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the space under the cockpit floor through the opening of the foot pedal bracket on the cockpit floor to cause the dead locking of the control system.
The common pedal dust-proof device generally adopts the mode of a corrugated sleeve or a nylon wire cluster at present. The corrugated sleeve type dustproof device is characterized in that the number of layers of the corrugated sleeve is designed according to the movement stroke of the pedal arm, and the maximum stretching amount of the corrugated sleeve can cover the maximum stroke of the pedal arm. The motion range of the pedal arm is generally about +/-30 degrees, the stroke is about +/-40 mm according to the calculation that the upper opening of the corrugated sleeve is fixed at the middle upper position of the pedal, and the number of layers of the corrugated sleeve is designed to be generally large. The corrugated sleeve is generally made of rubber materials, and is easy to adhere, damage or age after long-term use. The nylon thread cluster type dust-proof device is characterized in that the nylon threads are arranged in the motion range of two sides of the pedal arm according to the density of about 20 threads/mm, and the fixed ends of the nylon threads are adhered to the fixed part of the pedal bracket by using glue. By the staggered arrangement of the nylon wire tufts on the two sides, a part of foreign matters with light weight and large volume can be blocked. But it is still possible for heavy or relatively sharp foreign objects to pass through the nylon tufts and enter the space under the cabin floor. And because the nylon twine is gathered and is arranged in the motion region of pedal arm, when pedal arm motion, the nylon twine can produce the resistance to the pedal, makes the operating force grow, influences pilot's driving experience.

Detailed Description
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a pedal dust-proof device is provided, which is composed of a sliding rail 4, an external protective shell 5, a supporting plate nut 6, a bolt 7, a general sliding piece 8, and a lowermost sliding piece 9.
Wherein, the external protective shell 5 is made of composite material, and has light weight and good strength. The size of the external protective shell needs to cover the opening of the whole pedal support on the floor of the cockpit, so that the aim of integrally isolating foreign objects is fulfilled. The outer protective shell 5 is connected with the pedal bracket 3 to fix the entire dust-proof device and provide an installation space for the slide rail. The connection of outside protective housing and pedal support and slide rail all adopts the bolt fastening, is convenient for maintain.
Referring to fig. 3, the slide rail 4 is fixed on the outer protective shell 5 to provide a motion track for each slide. The slide rail is made of reinforced nylon materials, and the slide plate is guaranteed to have a low friction coefficient during movement. In addition, a plurality of bulges are arranged at the bottom of the sliding groove of the sliding rail 4; for increasing the supporting strength of the lower part of the sliding groove of the sliding rail 4.
The multilayer sliding pieces are sequentially arranged in a laminated mode and assembled in sliding grooves in the sliding rails 4, and the sliding rails 4 are used for providing motion tracks for the sliding pieces. Wherein, the slide sheet 9 at the lowest layer is positioned at the bottommost part of the multilayer slide sheets, and the length is shortest; in the multilayer slider, the lengths of a plurality of normal sliders are sequentially increased from the lowermost slider to the uppermost normal slider. In the opening structure of the multilayer slide sheet, two side edges of the opening are aligned, and the opening of the slide sheet with the longest length is also the largest.
The multilayer sliding sheet moves along with the pedal arm and is used for isolating foreign matters in the movement area of the pedal arm. The lowest sliding vane 9 is made of reinforced nylon material and mainly plays a role of connecting with the pedal arm. The rest sliding blades are made of thin stainless steel sheets with the thickness of 0.3 mm. The bending angle of the sliding sheet is matched with the sliding rail and can move along the sliding rail. The specific number of the sliding pieces is specifically calculated according to the stroke of the pedal arm and the arrangement position of the sliding rails, and the maximum movement stroke of all the sliding pieces can cover the movement range of the pedal arm.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the pedal dust guard assembling process is: firstly, each sliding sheet is arranged into two sliding rails 4 which are oppositely arranged layer by layer according to the figure 6; then, the slide rail 4 together with the general slide sheet 8 and the slide sheet 9 at the bottommost layer are fixed on the external protective shell 5 by using the bolt 7; and finally, riveting the supporting plate nut 6 on the external protective shell 5 according to a specified position.
When the pedal dustproof device is installed, the left pedal arm 1 and the right pedal arm 1 firstly penetrate through an opening of the sliding sheet 9 at the lowest layer; then, connecting the two sets of pedal dustproof devices 2 on the pedal bracket 3 by using bolts and supporting plate nuts 6; and finally, connecting the rest parts of the pedal with the pedal arm 1, and assembling the pedal with the operating system of the pedal dustproof device.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the motion process of the pedal dust-proof device is as follows: when the pedals move, the pedal arm 1 drives the slide sheet 9 at the lowest layer to move along the slide rail 4; after moving for a certain distance, the edge of the sliding sheet 9 at the lowest layer is contacted with the bending part (shown in figure 5) of the sliding sheet at the upper layer, and the sliding sheet at the upper layer is driven to move together; when the pedal arm moves all the time, the sliding sheets of each layer are driven in sequence until the pedal arm moves to the limit position. When the pedal arm moves reversely, each layer of sliding vane is driven to move reversely through the bent part on the other side of the sliding vane until each sliding vane moves to the initial position or moves to the limit position on the other side along with the pedal arm.
