The portable knife locking device of claim 4, wherein the knife handle locking assembly comprises a fixed seat, a knurled handle, a locking screw and a fixed block, wherein the fixed seat is fixedly installed on the knife holder, the knurled handle is fixedly connected with one end of the locking screw through threaded fit, the knurled handle is coaxial with the locking screw, the locking screw penetrates through the fixed seat, the locking screw is in threaded connection with the fixed seat, the fixed block is fixedly installed at one end of the locking screw far away from the knurled handle, and the fixed block faces the positioning block.

8. The portable knife locking device of claim 6 wherein the side of the measuring scale has a slide rail and the datum assembly comprises a slider slidably mounted in the slide rail and a datum plate fixedly connected to the slider.
9. The portable knife locking device of claim 6 wherein the knife measuring assembly comprises a knife measuring plate and a rotating connector, one end of the knife measuring plate being rotatably connected to the measuring scale by the rotating connector.
