(4) adjusting the longitudinal V-shaped clamping device (3) to clamp the longitudinal edge of the circular opening cover in the V-shaped stepped groove of the longitudinal V-shaped clamping device (3), tightly pressing the circular opening cover by hand to ensure that the lower surface of the circular opening cover is tightly contacted with the upper surfaces of the three V-shaped stepped grooves, and then screwing the transverse V-shaped clamping device (15) and the longitudinal V-shaped clamping device (3), namely finishing the fixation of the circular opening cover;
(5) loosening the two X-axis locking devices (14), enabling the Y-axis zero-position pointer (5) to be overlapped with the Y axis on the circular opening cover, and then screwing the X-axis locking devices (14);
(6) adjusting the guide hole positioning block (10) to an appointed position according to the size from the circle center of the fixing hole to the circle center of the circular opening cover, and then screwing the locking screw (9);
(7) rotating a Y-axis sliding support (8) to a specified angle according to the deflection angle of the circle center of the fixed hole relative to the X axis, then locking a Y-axis sliding guide rail deflection locking device (13), and then drilling along an alloy bushing (12) by using a drill bit of an air drill;
(8) if the radiuses from the circle center of the fixing hole to the circle center of the circular opening cover are the same, sequentially repeating the step (5) to complete all drilling work;
(9) if the radiuses from the circle center of the fixing hole to the circle center of the circular opening cover are different, the steps (4) and (5) are repeated in sequence to complete all drilling work;
(10) finally, a nest cutting drill meeting the nest cutting requirements is used for sequentially cutting the holes which are just drilled;
(11) after the nest cutting work of all fixing holes is finished, the longitudinal V-shaped clamping device (3) and the transverse V-shaped clamping device (15) are loosened, and the circular opening cover is detached, namely, the circular opening cover machining work is finished.
