The elevator 120 has not been pushed up so that the body 122 of the elevator 120 is within the tubular 115. The cap portion 124 of the lifter 120 is exposed from the tube 115, and the elastic bladder 130 covers the cap portion 124 of the lifter 120 and is immersed in the coating material 10.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the elevator of the coating apparatus of fig. 1 in a second position. Referring to fig. 4, when the lifter 120 is raised to a second position P2, the piston 164 of the pneumatic cylinder 160 is pushed by the gas below, and drives the rod 166 and the lifter 120 screwed to the rod 166 to rise, the elastic airbag 130 is pulled upward by the raised lifter 120, and the elastic airbag 130 is attached to the outer surface of the lifter 120, and the relaxed state shown in fig. 3 is changed into the raised state shown in fig. 4.
The lifter 120 and the elastic airbag 130 can penetrate into the second hole 152 of the carrying fixture 150 and the first hole 24 of the object 20 together, and the coating material 10 adheres to the elastic airbag 130. At this time, as shown in the enlarged view of fig. 4, the elastic airbag 130 is closely attached to the cap portion 124 of the lifter 120, is located beside the second through hole 128 of the cap portion 124, and is spaced apart from the object 20.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the elastomeric bladder of the applicator of FIG. 1 inflated to expand outwardly. Referring to FIG. 5, gas can enter the flexible gas tube 140 from the first end 142 thereof, and enter the flexible gas tube 130 along the flexible gas tube 140, the second end 144, the first through hole 126 of the cap portion 124 of the lifter 120, the inside of the cap portion 124, and the second through hole 128, so that the flexible gas tube 130 expands outwardly to contact the annular inner sidewall 22 of the object 20, thereby coating the coating material 10 on the annular inner sidewall 22. Thus, the coating device 100 can complete the operation of coating the annular inner sidewall 22 of the object 20 with the coating material 10.
After the coating process is completed, air can be pumped out of flexible air tube 140 to restore elastic air bag 130 to the state of fig. 4, and air cylinder 160 is depressurized to lower lifter 120 to the state of fig. 3.
It should be noted that, since the coating apparatus 100 is inflated by the elastic bladder 130 to make the elastic bladder 130 contact the annular inner sidewall 22 of the object 20, the coating apparatus 100 can be applied to different objects 20 or different sizes of the first holes 24.
For example, if the first aperture 24 is large, the flexible bladder 130 may be inflated to contact the annular inner sidewall 22 as long as some gas is introduced. If the first aperture 24 is smaller in size, less gas is introduced and the flexible bladder 130 can expand into contact with the annular inner sidewall 22. The operator can determine the amount of gas to be introduced into the flexible bladder 130 according to the first holes 24 with different sizes, so that the coating apparatus 100 can be applied to the objects 20 with the first holes 24 with different sizes, and thus, the application is very flexible.
In one embodiment, the object 20 is a holder of a camera lens, the first hole 24 of the object 20 is for the camera lens to pass through, and the light source (not shown) can be disposed below the object 20 and beside the camera lens. The annular inner sidewall 22 beside the first hole 24 of the object 20 can be blackened by the black paint (coating material 10) to reduce the probability that the light emitted from the light source passes through the first hole 24 to interfere with the image captured by the camera lens. The coating apparatus 100 of the present embodiment can easily coat the coating material 10 on the annular inner sidewall 22 (which may be a vertical surface or an inclined surface with a slight inclination angle) of the object 20, and has the characteristics of fast process and stable coating quality.
In summary, the lifter of the coating apparatus of the present invention is disposed in the container so as to be capable of ascending and descending, and the elastic airbag covers one end of the lifter. When the elevator is in the first position, the elastomeric bladder is immersed in the coating material. When the lifter rises to the second position, the elastic air bag is pushed by the lifter, the lifter and the elastic air bag penetrate into the first hole of the object together, and the coating material is adhered on the elastic air bag. At this time, the elastic air bag is inflated to expand the elastic air bag outward to contact the annular inner side wall of the object, and the coating material is coated on the annular inner side wall. Therefore, the coating device can quickly achieve the effect of coating the coating material on the annular inner side wall beside the first hole in a simple and convenient mode. In addition, because the coating device is used for enabling the elastic air bag to outwards contact the annular inner side wall of the object by inflating the elastic air bag, the coating device can be applied to different objects or first holes with different sizes, and the application is quite flexible.
