When the liquid in the bottle body needs to be used, the bottle cap is opened, the liquid taking pen is taken out, the bottle bottom is sleeved on the desktop (or other planes), under the action of gravity, the bottle body descends relative to the bottle bottom sleeve, in the descending process, air continuously enters the bottom sleeve cavity from the outside through the external air pipe and the second bottle side air passage, the floating block also descends relatively when the bottle body descends relative to the bottle bottom sleeve, namely the liquid level rises relative to the bottle top, so the liquid level will continuously drive the floating block, the connecting rod and the sealing top block to rise until the sealing top block seals the lower end of the outer vertical pipe (blocks the adaptive gas path), at this time, since the external gas can not enter the bottom sleeve cavity through the adaptive gas path, therefore, the bottle body can not continuously descend, the liquid level is kept at a stable position (namely the 'locking position' as described above), the liquid taking pen is stretched into the liquid taking through hole, the rack rod is contacted with the upper surface of the bottle top, and the brush head enters the liquid level, so that the liquid dipping can be carried out.
