技术领域
本发明涉及医用消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种复合碘消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
碘类消毒剂是以碘为主要杀菌成分制成的,是通过游离碘元素本身是蛋白质沉淀而起杀菌作用,对细菌繁殖体、真菌和病毒具有快速杀灭作用。广泛应用于外科手术前的皮肤和黏膜消毒、手术切口及切口创面消毒。常见的碘类消毒剂产品有碘酊、碘甘油、碘伏、复合碘等,其中复合碘是碘类消毒剂的升级产品,具有杀菌高效、快速,稳定,低刺激,良好的广谱杀菌作用等特点。
市面上的很多传统的碘类消毒剂有很多缺陷,如碘酒,有效碘含量很高,一般2%以上,只能用于完整皮肤消毒,不能用于黏膜和伤口,腐蚀性和刺激性太强;碘伏具有水溶性差,易黄染,易过敏,低毒的特点。
复合碘进行优选、复配、增溶等操作,高效、安全、稳定。
目前国内很多复合碘消毒液有效成分包含碘、乙醇、醋酸氯己定(葡萄糖酸氯己定),但氯己定这种有效消毒成分使用年份较长,产生了一定的耐药性。
综上所述,本发明设计了一种复合碘消毒液及其制备方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种复合碘消毒液及其制备方法,选用新型消毒剂PHGC,与碘、乙醇复配,通过增溶、复配而成,具有高效、稳定、安全、低刺激的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种复合碘消毒液,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:PHGC 2.0%-2.2%,碘0.2%-0.22%,乙醇63%-74%,聚乙二醇-400 0.12%-0.14%,碘化钾0.12-0.14%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.25%-0.35%,加去离子水至100%。

4、经化验合格后,转入存储罐,进行生产罐装、包装入库。
本发明可杀灭肠道致病菌、化脓性球菌、致病性酵母菌和医院感染常规细菌,适用于外壳手术消毒、皮肤、黏膜的消毒,黏膜消毒仅限于医疗卫生机构诊疗前后使用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:制备工艺简单、化学性能稳定、用量少、杀菌能力强,可有效防止碘的挥发、沉淀,对皮肤消毒时不刺激、不过敏、不着色,具有一定清洗能力。

本具体实施方式制备得的复合碘消毒液经37℃保存3个月后,有效成分含量下降率均<10%,复合碘消毒液原液对白色念珠菌作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00,达到消毒合格要求;液对大肠杆菌作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00,达到消毒合格要求。原液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00,达到消毒合格要求。原液对铜绿假单胞菌作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00,达到消毒合格要求。原液对皮肤上自然菌作用1.0min,平均杀灭对数值>1.00,达到消毒合格要求。
本具体实施方式的复合碘消毒液对小鼠急性经口LD50值大于5000mg/kg,属实际无毒级,符合《消毒技术规范》的规定。对新西兰兔多次完整皮肤刺激试验结果为轻刺激性,符合规定。对新西兰兔急性眼刺激试验结果为无刺激性,符合规定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合碘消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:PHGC 2.0%,碘0.2%,乙醇63%,聚乙二醇-400 0.12%,碘化钾0.12%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.25%,加去离子水至100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合碘消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:PHGC 2.2%,碘0.22%,乙醇74%,聚乙二醇-400 0.14%,碘化钾0.14%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.35%,加去离子水至100%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合碘消毒液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:PHGC 2.1%,碘0.21%,乙醇68%,聚乙二醇-400 0.13%,碘化钾0.13%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3%,加去离子水至100%。
5.一种复合碘消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按配方要求称取质量百分比为63%-74%乙醇放入反应釜,再称取0.2%-0.22%碘加入反应釜,搅拌至碘溶解完全;
(2)、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甘油、碘化钾、聚乙二醇-400按配方要求称取补入适量去离子水,依次加入上述反应釜中,搅拌均匀;
(3)、按配方要求加入PHGC,补足水量,搅拌均匀;
(4)、经化验合格后,转入存储罐,进行生产罐装、包装入库。
