In order to solve the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides a disposable anti-demolding lower jaw tray which can realize good mechanical retention and strength of an impression material during impression taking, avoid separation of the impression material and the tray and ensure high accuracy of an impression. The disposable anti-demolding lower jaw tray is made of high-strength recyclable environment-friendly materials such as plastics, composite materials, printing resin materials and the like, preferably high-strength polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or Polyethylene (PE), and is low in application cost.

The tray handle 1 is located at the top of the horseshoe shape of the tray and extends from the tray outsole 6, approximately rectangular or pointed, approximately 20mm wide by 25mm long, or oval, approximately 3.0mm thick. (see FIG. 4, FIG. 5)
The thickness of the disposable mandible anti-demoulding tray is integrally set to be about 2.0mm to 3.0 mm;
the edge of the disposable mandible mous slip-off prevention tray is designed to be rolled inwards to be 2.0mm wide and 1.0mm high, and is inclined towards the side wall, so that the mechanical retention force is increased.
