The mobile disinfection and sterilization vehicle of claim 1, wherein the disinfection and sterilization structure further comprises a motor, a motor fan controller, a heating controller, a chlorine dioxide conveying pipe, a control valve and a heating ring fixing seat, wherein the motor is electrically connected with the power supply, the front side and the rear side of the fan are respectively connected with the motor and the disinfection pipe, the motor fan controller and the heating controller are arranged on the outer side surface of the disinfection pipe and are electrically connected with the power supply, the chlorine dioxide conveying pipe is communicated with the chlorine dioxide storage tank and the disinfection pipe, the control valve is arranged at a preset position of the chlorine dioxide conveying pipe and is controlled by the heating controller, the heating ring fixing seat is arranged at one end of the disinfection pipe away from the fan, the heating ring is arranged at one side of the heating ring fixing seat away from the disinfection pipe, the interception net is arranged in one side of the heating ring away from the heating ring fixing seat, a through hole is arranged on one side wall of the disinfection pipe outlet, and the 360-degree spraying ring is arranged at one side of the disinfection pipe outlet away from the heating ring.

6. The mobile sterilization vehicle of claim 1, wherein the water storage tank and the chlorine dioxide storage tank are disposed between the drive system and the water rake device and adjacent thereto.
7. The mobile sterilization vehicle of claim 6 wherein the water storage tank has a removable water tank cover and the chlorine dioxide storage tank has a removable chlorine dioxide tank cover.
8. The mobile sterilization vehicle of claim 1, wherein the rear side of the chassis of the frame has a lug seat, and the lug connected to the rear side of the flip cover is fixed by a rotating shaft for opening and closing the flip cover.
