Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the present application provides a food processing apparatus 100 comprising a handle assembly for a user to hold, the handle assembly being removably attachable to a receptacle of the food processing apparatus 100. Such as plugging, latching, etc. For a single container food processing apparatus, such as a bakeware, the present application provides a handle assembly removably attachable to a container; for a food processing apparatus having two containers nested within each other, such as an air fryer, the present application provides a handle assembly that can be simultaneously locked and secured to both containers, with one handle being adapted for both containers for ease of use.
There are a number of ways in which the handle assembly may be connected to the container, and the manner in which the handle assembly is connected to the container is first described below. Specifically, the handle assembly includes a handle body 1 and a first locking mechanism 2.
The handle body 1 forms a containing cavity, and the first locking mechanism 2 includes a locking member 21 disposed in the containing cavity and exposed to the handle body. For the installation of the handle assembly, an insert 4 is provided on the first container 3 of the food processing apparatus 100, the insert 4 being insertable into the receiving cavity of the handle body 1, and the first locking mechanism 2 being lockable and fixable in an unlocked manner with the insert 4 inserted into the receiving cavity.
The locking groove 41 is formed in the insert 4, after the insert 4 is inserted into the accommodating cavity, the locking piece 21 is embedded into the locking groove 41, and further, since the locking piece 21 is exposed from the handle body 1, the locking piece 21 can be operated, so that the locking piece 21 is separated from the locking groove 41, and the insert 4 can be pulled out from the accommodating cavity.
In an embodiment, the locking member 21 may be manually pulled out of the accommodating cavity, and then disengaged from the locking groove 41.
In another embodiment, the first locking mechanism 2 further includes a first elastic member 22, and the first elastic member 22 elastically supports the locking member 21. The locking member 21 includes a locking block 211, a first key 212 at least partially exposed from the accommodation chamber, and a connecting portion 213 connecting the first key 212 and the locking block 211.
The insert 4 is provided with a locking groove 41 and a clearance groove 42, and the clearance groove 42 forms an opening at the end of the insert 4 facing the handle assembly. The insert 4 may be a sheet-like structure, such as an interpolation sheet, an insert block, or the like. In particular, it may be a structure that is less disturbing for cleaning, such as a more regular structure, a structure without grooves or a structure with shallower grooves.
In one embodiment, the insert 4 is configured separately from the first container 3, i.e., the insert 4 is fixed to the first container 3 by, but not limited to, screw fastening, welding, adhesive fastening, etc. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the insert 4 may be integrally formed from the first container 3, where the first container 3 is a sheet metal cavity or a die-cast cavity, and a side handle assembly of the sheet metal cavity or the die-cast cavity protrudes to form the insert 4.
In another embodiment, the insert 4 may be further connected to the first container 3 in a foldable manner, and the insert 4 may be folded to be received in the first container 3, i.e. folded to be close to the first container 3, or folded into the first container 3, so that the first container 3 is of a more regular shape, and is not easy to interfere when being placed in a washing space such as a dishwasher. The first container 3 can also be folded to extend out of the first container 3 when it is required for use, and can be inserted into the handle body 1 when it extends out of the first container 3.
In the process of inserting the insert 4 into the accommodating cavity, the connecting part 213 enters the avoidance groove 42 through the opening and moves relatively to the insert 4 along the avoidance groove 42, the first key 212 or the insert 4 pushes the locking block 211 to shift to one side of the insert 4 against the elastic supporting action of the first elastic member 22, and the locking block 211 is further embedded and locked in the locking groove 41 under the elastic supporting action of the first elastic member 22. Through the mode, the first container 3 and the first locking mechanism 2 in the handle assembly are installed, and then the handle assembly and the first container 3 are locked and fixed, so that a user can use the first container 3 independently.
In an application scenario, the user may not operate the first key 212, and during the process of inserting the insert 4 into the accommodating cavity, the two side portions of the insert 4 forming the avoidance groove act on the locking block 211, so that the locking block 211 overcomes the elastic action of the first elastic member 22 and is offset to one side of the insert 4 along the avoidance groove 42.
In another application scenario, the user operates the first key 212, and in the process of inserting the insert 4 into the accommodating cavity, the acting force of the user acting on the first key 212 makes the locking block 211 offset to one side of the insert 4 along the avoidance slot 42 against the elastic action of the first elastic member 22.
Conversely, when it is required to unlock the handle assembly from the first container 3, the user operates the first key 212 to disengage the locking block 211 from the locking groove 41 against the elastic action of the first elastic member 22, and then the connecting portion 213 moves to the opening along the escape groove 42 in the opposite direction of installation, so as to unlock the handle assembly from the first container 3. In this way, the handle assembly is conveniently separated from the first container 3 by the user, so that the food processing device 100 is more convenient to transport, clean and store.
It should be noted that the food processing apparatus 100 may be, but is not limited to, an air fryer, a frying and baking machine, an electric oven, a microwave oven, etc. For example, when the food processing apparatus 100 is an air fryer, the first container 3 may be a basket or a vat, and the handle assembly may be mounted to or dismounted from the basket or vat by the arrangement of the handle assembly; in addition, the air fryer is convenient to transport, store, clean and the like. For another example, when the food processing apparatus 100 is a frying and baking machine, the first container 3 may be a baking net or a baking tray, and the handle assembly and the baking net or the baking tray may be mounted and dismounted through the arrangement of the handle assembly; in addition, the frying and baking machine is convenient to transport, store, clean and the like. For another example, when the food processing apparatus 100 is an electric oven, the first container 3 may be a case, and the handle assembly and the case may be mounted and dismounted by the arrangement of the handle assembly; in addition, the electric oven is convenient to transport, store, clean and the like.
In the present application, an air fryer is taken as an example and the present application is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For convenience of description, in the following description, an insertion direction of the insert 4 into the accommodation cavity of the handle assembly is defined as a first direction, a second direction is defined to be perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the main surface of the insert 4, and a third direction is defined to be perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the avoidance groove is communicated with the locking groove 41, the insert 4 is inserted into the accommodating cavity along the first direction, the width of the locking groove 41 is larger than the width of the avoidance groove 42 in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the main surface of the insert 4, the width of the connecting portion 213 is smaller than the width of the avoidance groove, and the width of the locking block 211 is between the width of the avoidance groove and the width of the locking groove 41.
By setting the above-mentioned matching dimensional relationship of the locking groove 41, the avoidance groove 42, the connecting portion 213, and the locking block 211, when the insert 4 is inserted into the accommodating cavity along the first direction, the connecting portion 213 moves in the avoidance groove 42 along the first direction relative to the insert 4, in this process, the first elastic member 22 overcomes the self elastic force to act in a compressed state until the locking block 211 moves to the position of the locking groove 41, and under the self elastic force, the locking block 211 pops out from the locking groove 41 and is embedded in the locking groove 41.
The lock groove 41 and the clearance groove 42 may be any combination of shapes, and the lock groove 41 and the clearance groove 42 may be configured in a T-shaped structure as shown in fig. 7, a cross-shaped structure as shown in fig. 8, an arrow-shaped structure, or other structural shapes. Accordingly, in order to achieve the locking effect of the insert 4 and the first locking mechanism 2, in addition to the above-mentioned dimensional relationship, the structural shapes of the connecting portion 213 and the locking block 211 are also required to be identical to those of the locking groove 41 and the clearance groove 42, that is, when the locking groove 41 and the clearance groove 42 are formed into a T-shaped structure, the structural shapes of the connecting portion 213 and the locking block 211 are also required to be T-shaped structures, so that the effect of the present application can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, in order to facilitate insertion of the insert 4 into the receiving cavity, the locking block 211 is provided with a guide surface 2111 on the side facing the first container 3. During insertion of the insert 4 into the receiving cavity, the end of the insert 4 facing the handle assembly abuts the guide surface 2111, thereby pushing the locking block 211 to deflect to one side of the insert 4 against the resilient support action of the first resilient member 22. Specifically, in this embodiment, the guide surface 2111 is arc-shaped, and under the guiding action of the guide surface 2111, the friction between the end of the insert 4 facing the handle assembly and the guide surface 2111 when the end abuts against the guide surface 2111 is reduced, so that the user has smaller installation resistance and saves more labor when installing the handle assembly.
In the present embodiment, the side of the locking piece 211 facing away from the first container 3 is a stop surface 2112. When the insert 4 is locked and fixed with the first locking mechanism 2, the stop surface 2112 of the locking block 211 can effectively prevent the locking block 211 embedded in the locking groove 41 from being separated from the locking groove 41 under the condition that the user does not operate the first key 212, so that the connection reliability of the insert 4 and the first locking mechanism 2 is ensured. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the stop surface 2112 is a vertical surface perpendicular to the main surface of the insert 4. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the stop surface 2112 may be a surface of other structural shapes, so long as the effect of ensuring the connection reliability of the insert 4 and the first locking structure is achieved.
Therefore, the handle assembly and the first container 3 of the present application can be quickly and firmly connected by the combined action of the guide surface 2111 and the stop surface 2112 of the locking block 211, so that the convenience and safety of use are improved.
Meanwhile, correspondingly, in order to facilitate the connecting portion 213 of the locking member 21 to smoothly enter the avoidance groove 42 of the insert member 4, a guide angle 43 is provided at an opening position of the avoidance groove 42, and the guide angle 43 is used for guiding the connecting portion 213 to enter the avoidance groove 42 during the process of inserting the insert member 4 into the accommodating cavity. Specifically, the guide angle 43 may be a chamfer, a rounded corner, a chamfer, or an elliptical corner, so long as the effect of guiding the connecting portion 213 into the clearance groove 42 is achieved.
Because the insert 4 is easy to shake in the accommodating cavity in the process of inserting the insert 4 into the accommodating cavity along the first direction, the connection between the handle assembly and the first container 3 is unstable in the subsequent use process, and even the insert 4 is easy to separate from the accommodating cavity, so that the handle assembly is separated from the first container 3, and potential safety hazards are caused. Therefore, in order to limit the insert 4, as shown in fig. 4, the handle body 1 further includes two first limit plates 11 and two second limit plates 12 disposed in the receiving chamber.
Wherein the two first limiting plates 11 are arranged at intervals in the second direction, and the two second limiting plates 12 are respectively connected to one sides of the two first limiting plates 11 facing each other, and further extend towards each other along the second direction and are arranged at intervals. Thus, during the insertion of the insert 4 into the receiving cavity, the insert 4 is inserted along the two second limiting plates 12 at one side of the two second limiting plates 12 and is limited between the two first limiting plates 11.
Specifically, the interval area between the two first limiting plates 11 is slightly larger than the width of the insert 4 in the second direction, so that the insert 4 can be caught between the two first limiting plates 11, so that the two first limiting plates 11 limit the displacement of the insert 4 in the second direction. And, the supporting action of the two second limiting plates 12 limits the displacement of the insert 4 in the third direction in the one-side direction. Meanwhile, the insertion space defined by the two first limiting plates 11 and the two second limiting plates 12 provides a guiding function for the subsequent insertion process of the inserting piece 4, namely, the moving track of the inserting piece 4 in the first direction and the second direction is fixed.
The locking piece 21 further comprises a support plate 214, and the locking block 211 and the connecting part 213 are arranged on the support plate 214; the connecting portion 213 is disposed in a space region between the two second limiting plates 12, and the supporting plate 214 is limited between the two first limiting plates 11 at the other side of the two second limiting plates 12. Specifically, the interval area between the two first limiting plates 11 is slightly larger than the width of the support plate 214 in the second direction, so that the support plate 214 can be caught between the two first limiting plates 11, so that the two first limiting plates 11 limit the displacement of the support plate 214 in the second direction. In this way, the displacement of the locking member 21 in the second direction is restricted, and the mounting stability of the locking member 21 is improved.
Further, in an embodiment, the first elastic member 22 elastically supports the support plate 214 along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, and the two second limiting plates 12 further limit the support height of the support plate 214 by the first elastic member 22 along the third direction. When the supporting plate 214 contacts with the two second limiting plates 12, the first elastic member 22 has the maximum supporting height, and the first elastic member 22 is prevented from being excessively stretched under the elastic action by the limiting action of the two second limiting plates 12.
In addition, as described above, the two second limiting plates 12 limit the displacement of the insert 4 in the third direction along one side, and further, in order to limit the displacement of the insert 4 in the third direction along the other side, the handle body 1 further includes two third limiting plates 13 disposed in the accommodating cavity, and the two third limiting plates 13 are disposed at intervals from the two second limiting plates 12 along the third direction, respectively, and the insert 4 is further inserted and limited between the second limiting plates 12 and the third limiting plates 13. The displacement of the insert 4 in the third direction is limited by the combined action of the second limiting plate 12 and the third limiting plate 13; meanwhile, the insertion space defined by the second limiting plate 12 and the third limiting plate 13 further provides a guiding function for the subsequent insertion process of the insert 4, that is, the movement track of the insert 4 in the third direction is fixed.
Therefore, the displacement of the insert 4 in the first direction, the second direction and the third direction is limited by the combined action of the first limiting plate 11, the second limiting plate 12 and the third limiting plate 13 in the accommodating cavity; meanwhile, the moving track of the inserting piece 4 in the first direction, the second direction and the third direction is fixed, so that the inserting piece 4 can be accurately inserted into and locked and fixed in the accommodating cavity of the handle assembly, the reliable connection between the inserting piece 4 and the handle assembly is ensured, the connection failure is avoided, and the quick connection and disconnection of the handle assembly and the first container 3 in the food cooking equipment 100 are realized.
Meanwhile, correspondingly, in order to facilitate the smooth insertion of the insert 4 into the limiting space defined by the first limiting plate 11, the second limiting plate 12 and the third limiting plate 13, a guide angle 43 is also arranged on one side, away from the opening, of the end portion of the handle assembly, of the insert 4, and the guide angle is used for guiding the insert 4 to enter the limiting space defined by the first limiting plate 11, the second limiting plate 12 and the third limiting plate 13 in the process of inserting the insert 4 into the accommodating cavity, so that friction resistance is reduced, and quick insertion of the insert 4 is realized. Specifically, the chamfer 43 may be a chamfer, a rounded corner, a chamfer, or an elliptical corner, which are all within the scope of the present application, and are not limited thereto.
