Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wearable equipment, in particular to an intelligent analgesia bracelet with sign monitoring and pain management functions.
Background
Pain is a common symptom in clinic, which brings pain to the mind and body of a patient and seriously affects the life quality of the patient. According to incomplete statistics, the incidence rate of pain in the world is about 35% -45%, and the incidence rate of the elderly is higher, about 75% -90%.
In order to effectively relieve pain, various analgesic devices are available on the market, but most of the devices are limited by large volume, complex use and high price, are mostly used in hospitals and rehabilitation institutions, cannot really enter daily life, and become household products. Along with the development of socioeconomic in China, the pain patients have higher and higher requirements on convenience in the diagnosis and treatment process, and the development of wearable analgesia technology is promoted, so that cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra pulse massage equipment for relieving the pain of the patients by utilizing transcutaneous nerve electrical stimulation appears. The equipment is worn on the pain point of a patient, and the pain relieving effect is achieved by releasing pulse current to the pain point to inhibit pain transmission of a human body. For example, wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture pain-relieving method initiated by the affiliated Changhai hospital of the second military medical university in the last 70 th century, and the general pain is treated by selecting a specific needle insertion point at the wrist-ankle part and performing subcutaneous superficial puncture along the dermis by filiform needles along the longitudinal axis of the limb, wherein the treatment parts are concentrated at the wrist and the ankle part. However, the wrist and ankle needle therapy is an invasive therapy, which is often accompanied by the need of needle retention, and causes inconvenience to the daily life of the patient.
In addition, the monitoring of heart rate, pulse and respiratory rate is very important in the clinical monitoring of human vital signs. In particular, the physiological and pathological information of human body extracted from pulse wave has been regarded as the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and has been paid attention by the medical field. The heart rate variability, the pulse wave transmission time and other information extracted from the heart rate waveform information directly reflect the health degree of a cardiovascular system, and are widely regarded by western medical workers; the pulse condition contains abundant information on the health condition of human body, and has indelible guiding function and important significance in the dialectical demonstration of traditional Chinese medicine. The combination of physical sign monitoring and pain management becomes an important research direction for analgesia.
Therefore, technical personnel in the field aim at providing an intelligent analgesia bracelet with sign monitoring and pain management, overcoming the limitation of analgesia of the traditional wrist ankle needle, and realizing the informatization and intellectualization of analgesia.

The data communication module adopts bluetooth pass through chip BLE103 to realize bracelet body 101 and mobile terminal 201's information interaction, and data transmission including sign collection module is to mobile terminal 201, set up or adjust the parameter of module is alleviated to the pain. The mobile terminal 201 is an application program of a device with a wireless communication function, such as an APP of a mobile phone or a tablet computer, and is used for controlling the bracelet body 101, storing data of a use process, and generating a personal file for later tracing, wherein the personal file comprises user basic information, a heart rate value, an analgesia parameter, and a bar graph, a line graph and the like of corresponding indexes.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a control option of "parameter adjustment", "sign acquisition", "pain assessment", "pain management" is included on the mobile terminal 201. The parameter adjusting option realizes adjustment of parameters of the pain relieving module, the sign collecting option controls the sign collecting module to collect user signs, a human body three-dimensional wrist and ankle model is arranged under the sign collecting option, the pain evaluating option evaluates the pain degree of a user, and the pain managing option manages pain evaluating and pain relieving data and can carry out remote communication.
Specifically, the "parameter adjustment" option is provided with analgesic parameters, which can be selected and set by the user on the mobile terminal 201, and include single or dual channel, amplitude, frequency, and pulse width. The channels refer to stimulation channels, and the amplitude, frequency and pulse width refer to pulse parameters when the stimulation electrode strip 102 is applied to a human body. The stimulation channel selection function of 'parameter adjustment' enables a user to find a corresponding color area on the three-dimensional wrist-ankle model of the human body according to the disease part, and confirms a corresponding stimulation channel according to the indication of the color area. The opening and closing of the stimulation channel is controlled by a channel selection page of 'parameter adjustment', and after the channel is opened, an indicator lamp of the display module can be lightened at a corresponding part.
The sign acquisition option triggers the sign acquisition module, and all-weather monitoring can be performed on the physiological characteristics of the human body. In the analgesia bracelet, the physical sign information is mainly acquired by acquiring the heart rate. When the analgesia mode is selected, the user selects the correct wearing position of the bracelet body 101 through the three-dimensional wrist-ankle model of the human body in the mobile terminal 201, and then selects single/double-channel electrical stimulation pulses. The amplitude, frequency and pulse width of the pulse can be adjusted by the mobile terminal 201, and also can be adjusted by the knob 103 on the bracelet body 101. The electrical stimulation pulse acts on the needle application point of the wrist ankle needle through the stimulation electrode strip 102 in the wrist strap 104, thereby achieving analgesia. At the beginning and end of the analgesia mode, the user subjectively evaluates the pain level and the analgesia effect through a pain evaluation table combining a Wong-Banker facial expression table and a visual analog table in the mobile terminal 201, and stores the data to the cloud server 202.
When the sign acquisition mode is selected, a user selects human body signs to be acquired through the mobile terminal 201, specifically, the heart rate is provided in the invention, and the bracelet body 101 feeds back acquired sign information to the mobile terminal 201 through the pulse wave acquisition sensor and the amplification filter circuit, and then uploads the information to the cloud server 202. The cloud server 202 comprehensively analyzes the sign acquisition data and the subjective evaluation result to generate a pain report, and the doctor can give the most appropriate application scheme by combining the pain report and return the most appropriate application scheme to the mobile terminal 201 of the user through the cloud server 202.
