1. A construction site hazard zone monitoring and safety alarm system, comprising:
the danger source signal covering device is arranged on the building site and used for transmitting danger signals to define a danger protection area covering the danger source;
the personnel positioning and alarming device is worn on the body of a construction operator on a building site and is used for positioning the position of the construction operator in real time, and when the construction operator wearing the personnel positioning and alarming device enters a dangerous protection area, the personnel positioning and alarming device can receive a dangerous signal and send an alarming signal;
the server is in wireless connection with the danger source signal covering device and the personnel positioning and alarming device and is used for acquiring data information of the danger source signal covering device and acquiring data information of the personnel positioning and alarming device;
a monitor connected with the server; the server or the monitor is used for establishing or storing a geographic information system graph of a construction site, loading data information acquired by the server to the geographic information system graph for visual monitoring, analysis and processing, and sending out a safety alarm prompt on the geographic information system graph when a construction worker enters a dangerous protection area.
2. The construction site hazard zone monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 1, further comprising:
and the external display equipment is connected with the server or the monitor and is used for displaying the geographic information system graph updated in real time on the server or the monitor, and the data information and the safety alarm information on the geographic information system graph.
3. The construction site hazard zone monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 1, wherein said hazard source signal override device comprises:
the system comprises a radio wave transmitter, a dangerous source and a dangerous protection area, wherein the radio wave transmitter is used for generating an electromagnetic wave signal with adjustable frequency, covering the dangerous source by taking a certain set transmission wavelength as a radius and transmitting the electromagnetic wave signal to the space to form the dangerous protection area, and the electromagnetic wave signal is the dangerous signal;
the controller is used for acquiring dangerous protection area data formed by electromagnetic wave signals of the radio wave transmitter;
and the controller transmits the acquired data information of the dangerous protection area to the server through the wireless communication module.
4. The construction site hazard zone monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 3, wherein said personnel locating and alarm means comprises:
the satellite positioner is used for positioning the position of a construction operator in real time;
a radio wave receiver capable of receiving an electromagnetic wave signal transmitted from the radio wave transmitter when a construction worker enters a dangerous protection area;
an alarm including a warning light and/or a buzzer;
a controller for collecting the position data of the satellite positioner and the receiving data of the radio wave receiver in real time, triggering the alarm to send out an alarm signal and recording the alarm times when the radio wave receiver receives electromagnetic wave signals,
the controller of the personnel positioning and alarming device transmits the acquired position data and the alarming frequency data to the server through the wireless communication module connected with the controller;
and the power supply module is a battery and is used for supplying power to the satellite positioner, the radio wave receiver, the alarm, the controller and the wireless communication module.

The monitoring and safety alarm system for the danger-protected area of the construction site as claimed in claim 4, wherein the server is connected with a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module of the server is connected with the wireless communication module of the danger source signal covering device and the wireless communication module of the personnel positioning and alarm device in a matching manner to acquire and transmit data information; the wireless communication module comprises an NB-LoT module, a Bluetooth module, a ZigBee module, a WIFI module and/or a mobile communication network module.
6. The building site danger protected area monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 1, wherein the monitor is a sub-server, a computer or a smartphone.
7. The construction site hazard zone monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 1, wherein said personnel location and alarm device is provided on a wearable device.
8. A method of using the building site hazardous protected area monitoring and safety alarm system of any one of claims 1-7, comprising:
installing a danger source signal covering device at the position of a danger source area of a building site, and transmitting a danger signal through the danger source signal covering device to define a danger protection area covering the danger source;
the personnel positioning and alarming device is integrated on the wearable equipment and worn on the body of a construction operator to position the position of the construction operator in real time, and when the construction operator enters a dangerous protection area, the personnel positioning and alarming device can receive a dangerous signal and send an alarming signal to remind the construction operator to keep away from the dangerous protection area;
establishing or storing a geographical information system graph of a construction site on a server or a monitor, and loading data information of a dangerous protection area, position data information of construction workers and alarm signal data information acquired by the server onto the geographical information system graph of the construction site for visual monitoring, analysis and processing; and when the construction worker enters a dangerous protection area, a safety alarm prompt is sent out on the geographic information system graph.

The method for monitoring and alarming system of dangerous protection area of construction site as claimed in claim 8, wherein the server or monitor counts the occurrence location of dangerous protection area where alarm occurs, the list of construction workers who enter dangerous protection area and the number of times of triggering alarm, and generates report to adjust the protection measure of dangerous protection area and educate the construction workers who have more number of times of triggering alarm.
10. The method of using a construction site hazardous area monitoring and safety alarm system of claim 8, wherein the construction workers entering the hazardous area are warned and driven away safely by the construction site's broadcast system.
