In the embodiment of the invention, whether encryption is carried out or not, whether video is displayed or not, whether audio is displayed or not, whether text is displayed or not and whether screen recording is checked or not are selected, the total number of the basic conference scenes is obtained by using a third calculation formula, the most basic video monitoring nodes are marked as corresponding classification according to the sequence, on the basis, the relevance between all types of stages and the basic conference scenes is used by using a fourth calculation formula, and when the relevance nodes are lower than 100%, the basic conference scenes are considered to be the same classification.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in a fluctuation range, an audio amplitude change rate of each audio in unit time is mainly considered, where an audio amplitude is a volume, and a tone is a frequency range of an audio, and when the management scene is not in accordance with all the basic conference scenes in comparison, the management scene serves as a special function configuration scene, and sends out a special function code set to a corresponding node, and the user selects a corresponding function by himself, where the content of the special function code set at least includes: controlling the transmission speed of the conference information of the user, controlling the time delay of the conference picture, and sharing the conference to realize the multi-node common jigsaw display.
Storing the conference which is not any one of the basic conference scenes after receiving the special scene command; in the embodiment of the invention, the calculation is respectively carried out through the margins of a plurality of nodes, whether each node is calculated through only a single node is judged, and if the calculation of the single node is not carried out, the calculation is carried out through the combination of the plurality of nodes. And finally, realizing audio signal cooperative operation of a plurality of nodes through self-adaptive joint operation.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of automatically identifying and performing automatic encryption processing on encrypted content according to the content of a conference execution period and according to an encryption code in a preset scene in a multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference execution method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, in one or more embodiments, preferably, the automatically identifying and performing an automatic encryption process on the encrypted content according to the content of the conference execution period and the encryption code in the preset scenario includes:
s701, judging whether the current content has encrypted content or not in a conference execution period;
s702, after the encrypted content is obtained, extracting the characteristics of the encrypted content according to a preset characteristic identification module;
s703, after the characteristics of the encrypted content are extracted, carrying out mosaic shielding on the encrypted image;
s704, performing the stuck processing on the encrypted audio.
In the embodiment of the invention, when part of the content is encrypted, the preset identification characteristic module acquires the characteristics of the encrypted content, and automatic transmission encryption is carried out according to the preset corresponding user during a conference, the generated video image is mosaiced, and the generated audio automatically forms a pause phenomenon.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of automatic scene switching according to one of three ways of user setting, presetting and scene information identification during conference execution in a method for executing a multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in one or more embodiments, preferably, during the execution of the conference, the automatically switching the scene according to one of three ways, namely, user setting, presetting and scene information identification, specifically includes:
s801, during the execution of a conference, checking login information of a preset period by a manager account;
s802, in the check process of the login information, an abnormal state is found, and the state is sent to a user;
s803, controlling by the user, and automatically switching scenes to a preset abnormal scene after delaying for 30S when the user does not answer;
and S804, when the abnormal state is not found, if the scene information is changed, automatically performing new scene matching according to the scene information, and performing adaptive scene display.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the execution process, the manager account checks the login information of the user and the current scene state of the user at fixed time intervals, and when the check is abnormal, the current scene type is adjusted so as to automatically realize the automatic control of partial scenes, thereby achieving the effect of self-adaptive matching for a plurality of periods.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference execution system is provided.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference execution system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, in one or more embodiments, preferably, the system for performing a multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference includes:
the information collection submodule 901 is configured to obtain detailed information of a conference through a self-adaptive identification terminal, automatically identify and classify the detailed information of the conference, and generate initial collection information stored in a table form;
a scene classification submodule 902, configured to perform conference staff type division, conference stage total division, and conference encryption scene selection according to the initial collection information, further generate a conference category total, and set an unique conference number for each conference scene;
a scene similarity classification sub-module 903, configured to obtain the initial collected information, determine the total number of basic conference scenes, establish basic conference scenes corresponding to the number of basic conference scenes, sequentially determine whether each conference is one of the basic conference scenes, and add the head of the name of the corresponding conference to the code corresponding to the basic conference scene as an identifier;
a common scene configuration sub-module 904, configured to obtain the basic conference scene, and automatically adjust the current scene according to the information of the participants and the conference time;
a special function configuration submodule 905, configured to acquire all conferences which are not any of the basic conference scenes, store all conferences as special function scenes, and complete adaptive display of the special function scenes;
the encrypted scene display submodule 906 is used for automatically identifying the encrypted content according to the conference execution period content and the encryption code in the preset scene and carrying out automatic encryption processing;
and the scene adjusting sub-module 907 is configured to perform automatic scene switching in one of three manners, i.e., during the execution of the conference, according to user setting, presetting and scene information identification.
According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method according to any one of the first aspect of embodiments of the present invention.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can have the following beneficial effects:
1) in the embodiment of the invention, the advanced acquisition of a plurality of application scenes is automatically carried out, and the advanced setting display mode of the plurality of scenes is realized.
2) In the embodiment of the invention, automatic self-adaptive conference adjustment is carried out automatically according to the encryption and the particularity of different scenes.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-scene adaptive matching paperless conference execution method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring detailed information established by a conference through a self-adaptive identification terminal, automatically identifying and classifying the detailed information established by the conference, and generating initial collection information stored in a table form;
carrying out conference personnel type division, conference stage total division and conference encryption scene selection according to the initial collection information so as to generate conference category total, and setting a unique conference number of each conference scene;
acquiring the initial collection information to judge the total number of basic conference scenes, establishing basic conference scenes corresponding to the number of the basic conference scenes, sequentially judging whether each conference is one of the basic conference scenes, and adding the head of the name of the corresponding conference into a code corresponding to the basic conference scene to be used as an identifier;
acquiring the basic meeting scene, and automatically adjusting the current scene according to the information of the participants and the meeting time;
all conferences which are not any of the basic conference scenes are obtained and are all stored as special function scenes, and the self-adaptive display of the special function scenes is completed;
according to the content of the conference execution period, automatically according to the encryption code under the preset scene, completing the identification of the encrypted content and carrying out automatic encryption processing;
and during the execution of the conference, automatically switching scenes according to one of three modes of user setting, presetting and scene information identification.

The method for executing the paperless conference with the multi-scenario adaptive matching as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the detailed information of the conference establishment through the adaptive identification terminal, automatically identifying and classifying the detailed information of the conference establishment, and generating the detailed information stored in a table form as the initial collection information specifically comprises:
after receiving the requirement of establishing the conference on the self-adaptive identification terminal, collecting the conference confirmation information to each conference participating node;
after all the information of confirmed participants is collected, before a conference notice is issued, extracting PDF files, WORD files and directly input parameters from the confirmed participant information to perform character recognition, and outputting corresponding login user information on each self-adaptive recognition terminal, wherein the login user information comprises personnel types, encryption types, participant time, participant places and quality providing types, and the personnel types comprise conference hosts, conference managers, participant persons and reporting persons;
storing all the self-adaptive identification terminals and the corresponding login user information as detailed information established for the conference according to an identification sequence;
generating the initial collection information stored in a tabular form.

The method for executing the paperless conference with the multi-scene adaptive matching function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method for performing the conference personnel type division, the conference stage total number division and the conference encryption scene selection according to the initial collection information to generate the conference category total number and setting the unique conference number of each conference scene specifically comprises:
acquiring the initial collection information, and dividing the types of conference personnel to generate the number of the conference personnel;
carrying out encryption scene self-selection on different conference personnel in the initial collection information to generate the number of encryption scenes of each type of conference personnel;
obtaining the total number of the conference scenes by utilizing a first calculation formula;
calculating the total number of the conference categories by using a second calculation formula according to the total number of the conference scenes and the total number of the conference stages;
setting a unique conference number of each conference scene;

obtaining the number of basic conference scenes by using a third calculation formula;

all conferences which are not any of the basic conference scenes are obtained and all conferences are stored as special function scenes;
collecting display information of all special function scenes, defining a display range by a user before a conference, and storing a display mode of the special scenes;
acquiring audio display modes in a special scene, wherein the audio display modes comprise single-node display and multi-node display;
generating a node margin by using a fifth calculation formula, determining that the node margin is greater than the preset single-node calculation capacity, if the node margin is greater than the single-node calculation capacity, adopting the multi-node display, and otherwise, adopting the single-node display;
when the single-node display is adopted, automatically acquiring the audio frequency of the display node, and displaying the volume and the audio quality set in advance at different time intervals according to the user requirements;
when the multi-node display is adopted, automatically acquiring audio frequencies on different nodes for superposition, and setting the volume and the audio quality of each node in different time periods in advance;
automatically adjusting the transmission speed of the conference information within a preset range;

when the abnormal state is not found, if the scene information is changed, new scene matching is automatically carried out according to the scene information, and adaptive scene display is advanced.
