As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for controlling a video conference scene, in which a participant can set a conference scene in advance, and scene switching can be rapidly realized by directly controlling a video terminal during a conference.
Specifically, the scene control method in the video conference comprises the following steps:
step S0, obtaining a construction request of a video conference scene, and establishing the video conference scene according to the construction request; the construction request includes scene information and video conference information. The video conference scene is constructed according to a video conference scene construction request sent by a participant terminal or a video conference management terminal. Scene information and video conference information of the scene need to be indicated in the construction request. The scene information comprises scene use permission, scene use time and a video conference corresponding to the scene. The video conference information comprises the time of the video conference and the participant terminals with the use permission, so that the conference scene can be conveniently changed for the participant terminals according to the scene information and the video conference information.
The video conference scene can be a conference scene virtual through a 3D technology, and comprises a 3D scene conference hall, a conference interaction tool, a conference room and the like. The video conference scene is set in the server in advance so as to facilitate quick switching. The video conference scene comprises a training scene, an explanation scene, a discussion scene or a display scene and the like, and provides immersive experience for participants.
And step S1, acquiring at least two video conference scenes and scene information. Before the video conference begins, the video conference management terminal or the conference participating terminal obtains at least two preset at least video conference scenes and scene information through the server, and the configuration is carried out in advance, so that the rapid switching can be carried out in the conference process.
Step S2, receiving a scene change instruction, wherein the scene change instruction comprises a target video scene name and a participant terminal address; in the conference process, the participants can speak or send control instructions through the participant terminals, and the video conference management end can also directly send instructions for controlling the participant terminals. Therefore, the scene change instruction can be sent by the participant terminal or the video conference management terminal. The scene change instruction comprises a target video scene name to be changed and an address of the participant terminal, and the target video scene is changed for the participant terminal according to the target video scene name and the change address.
Step S3, judging whether the participant terminal has the use authority of the target video scene according to the scene change instruction; if the participating terminal has the use authority of the target video scene, executing step S4; otherwise, returning a rejection prompt;
as shown in fig. 2, the step S3 of determining whether the participant terminal has the target scene usage right includes the following steps:
step S31, judging whether the video conference has the use authority of the target video scene, if so, executing step S32;
and step S32, judging whether the participating terminal has the use authority of the target video scene, if so, executing step S4. And only under the condition that the video conference and the participant terminals have the target video scene use permission simultaneously, the video conference scene can be changed for the participant terminals. Therefore, the problem that scenes are wrong due to the fact that the participating terminals are touched by mistake in other video conference processes can be avoided.
In this embodiment, a default role and a plurality of special roles are also set in some video conference scenes. For example, when the video conference scene is a training scene, the video conference scene can be divided into a lecturer role and a student role. When the participating terminal or the video conference management terminal needs to change the video conference scene, the scene change instruction may be accompanied by the name of the special role. Upon receiving the scene change instruction, as shown in fig. 3, step S33 is executed.
Step S33, judging whether the scene change instruction contains a special role, if so, judging whether the participating terminal has the use authority of the special role, if so, executing step S4; and if not, replacing the target video scene and the default role for the participant terminal according to the scene replacing instruction. And only under the conditions that the video conference scene has a special role, the scene change instruction comprises the special role and the participating terminal has the use permission to use the special role, the target video scene of the special role is changed for the participating terminal, and better immersive experience is brought to the user. And when the special role is not contained in the replacement instruction, replacing the default role for the participant terminal.
And step S4, changing the video conference scene of the participant terminal according to the address of the participant terminal and the name of the target video scene. And after confirming that the participating terminal has the use authority of the target video scene, replacing the video conference scene of the participating terminal according to the address of the participating terminal and the name of the target video scene. And when the video conference scene is changed, adaptive conference interaction tools and the like are set for the conference participating terminals.
More, the video conference management terminal can simultaneously view the video conference scenes of a plurality of participant terminals, or synchronize the video conference scenes of the appointed participant terminals to other participant terminals with use permission, and the video conference management terminal is simple to operate, so that the video conference scenes can be rapidly switched, and immersive conference experience is brought to participants.
The invention provides a video conference scene control method, which is characterized in that according to a scene change instruction of a participant terminal or a video conference management end, when the participant terminal has corresponding use right, a video conference scene is changed for the participant terminal. In the conference process, the video scene is converted manually without the assistance of workers, the scene is converted rapidly under the condition of not interrupting the video conference, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention further provides a video conference scene control system, comprising: the construction module is used for establishing a video conference scene according to the construction request; the construction request comprises scene information and video conference information; the receiving module is used for receiving a scene change instruction, and the scene change instruction comprises a target video scene name and a participant terminal address; the judgment module is used for judging whether the participant terminal has the use permission of the target video scene according to the scene change instruction; and the scene changing module is used for changing the video conference scene of the participant terminal according to the judgment result of the judging module, the address of the participant terminal and the target video scene name.
In addition, the present invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the steps of the video conference scene control method when being executed by a processor.
