The time delay switch is arranged on the connecting wire 4, when the second clamping piece 41 is clamped on the verified insulated safety tool, the piezoresistor switch is connected, the time delay switch is connected in a linkage way, and when the second clamping piece 41 is taken off from the verified insulated safety tool, the piezoresistor switch is disconnected, and the time delay switch is disconnected in a linkage way; when the piezoresistor switch is not connected, the delay switch is disconnected, an operator places a safety tool, when the second clamping piece 41 is clamped on the safety tool, the whole circuit is connected, the safety tool is verified, and the operator does not worry about electrification of a circuit in the process of clamping the second clamping piece 41 on the safety tool, because the piezoresistor switch and the delay switch are disconnected at the moment, even if the second clamping piece 41 is clamped on the safety tool, the piezoresistor switch is also not worried about, after a period of time passes after the linkage connection of the delay switch, the whole verification circuit is connected, the operator can release the second clamping piece 41 or the verified insulating safety tool at the time, accidental electric shock is avoided, and then the next tool needing to be verified is processed, so that a continuous and uninterrupted verification process is achieved; when the second clamping piece 41 is taken down, the piezoresistor switch is disconnected, the delay switch is connected and disconnected, and the potential safety hazard of electric shock is not needed to be worried about; in this embodiment, the time relay may be selected to form a delay switch circuit, and the holding time is set according to the requirement, and after the delay switch is linked to the piezoresistor, the delay switch is automatically turned off, so that the subsequent operator can safely take down the second clamping member 41 from the safety tool; in addition, the metal base 1 needs to be divided into a plurality of mutually independent and non-connected metal blocks, and each metal block is provided with a second checking component, so that the second checking component arranged on the metal base 1 and the metal base 1 are prevented from conducting each other.
In order to further avoid the possibility of electric shock and improve the safety performance of the device, the connecting wire 4 is connected to the force application end of the first clamping piece 411 or the second clamping piece 412, and the insulating coating 7 is arranged on the force application ends of the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412, so that the safety of operators is further protected by the insulating coating 7.

one end of the connecting wire is connected with a first clamping piece which is used for being detachably connected with the screw rod, and the other end of the connecting wire is connected with a second clamping piece which is used for being detachably connected with the checked insulating safety tool;
the metal base is provided with a plurality of placing grooves for accommodating the insulated safety tools to be verified, the second verification pieces are arranged on the side walls of the placing grooves, and the second verification pieces are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the placing grooves; the second check member comprises a plurality of elastic fixing members, a plurality of cavities for accommodating the elastic fixing members are formed in the side wall of the placement groove, the cavities are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the placement groove, and the cavities are communicated with the placement groove; the elastic fixing piece comprises a limiting block and a spring, one end of the spring is connected to the inner wall of the cavity, the other end of the spring is connected with the limiting block, and the limiting block comprises a first limiting part positioned in the cavity and a second limiting part positioned in the placing groove;

the second clamping piece is an crocodile clamp, the crocodile clamp comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece, a rotating shaft, a torsion spring and a limiting rod, the first clamping piece is rotationally connected with the second clamping piece through the rotating shaft, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece comprise clamping ends and stress ends, the clamping ends of the first clamping piece and the clamping ends of the second clamping piece are located on one side of the torsion spring and have a trend of approaching each other, the stress ends of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are located on the other side of the torsion spring and have a trend of keeping away from each other, one end of the limiting rod is fixedly connected between the first clamping piece or the second clamping piece, the other end of the limiting rod is abutted to the other end of the limiting rod, the limiting rod is close to the clamping ends of the first clamping piece, and a gap is reserved between the clamping ends of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece;
