The second clamping member 41 is specifically configured as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, an alligator clip is used as the second clamping member 41, the alligator clip includes a first clamping piece 411, a second clamping piece 412, a rotating shaft 413, a torsion spring, and a limiting rod 414, the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412 are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft 413, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft 413; the first clamping piece 411 and the second clamping piece 412 both comprise a clamping end and a force-bearing end, the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411 and the clamping end of the second clamping piece 412 are both positioned at one side of the torsion spring and have a tendency of approaching each other, the force-bearing end of the first clamping piece 411 and the force-bearing end of the second clamping piece 412 are both positioned at the other side of the torsion spring and have a tendency of departing from each other, one end of a limiting rod 414 is fixedly connected between the first clamping piece 411 or the second clamping piece 412, the other end of the limiting rod is abutted against the other, the limiting rod 414 is arranged close to the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411, a gap is arranged between the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411 and the clamping end of the second clamping piece 412, a piezoresistor switch is arranged at the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411 or the clamping end of the second clamping piece 412, in the embodiment, the piezoresistor switch comprises a piezoresistor 8, the piezoresistor 8 is directly arranged at the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411 or the clamping end of the second clamping piece 412, when the second clamping member 41 is in a natural state and no force is applied from the outside, the varistor 8 is located in the gap between the clamping end of the first clamping piece 411 and the clamping end of the second clamping piece 412, the varistor 8 is not subjected to the action of external force, and the varistor switch is in an off state.
The time delay switch is arranged on the connecting wire 4, when the second clamping piece 41 is clamped on the verified insulated safety tool, the piezoresistor switch is switched on, the time delay switch is in linkage connection, when the second clamping piece 41 is taken down from the verified insulated safety tool, the piezoresistor switch is switched off, and the time delay switch is in linkage disconnection; when the piezoresistor switch is not switched on, the delay switch is switched off, when an operator places the safety tool and clamps the safety tool by using the second clamping piece 41, the whole circuit is switched on to start to verify the safety tool, and when the operator clamps the second clamping piece 41 on the safety tool, the operator can not worry about the electrification of the circuit because the piezoresistor switch and the delay switch are switched off, even when the second clamp 41 is clamped to the safety tool, there is no fear that, after a lapse of a certain time after the delay switch is turned on in an interlocking manner, the whole checking circuit is switched on, and the operator can release the second clamping piece 41 or the checked insulated safety tool at the time, so as to avoid accidental electric shock, then, processing the next tool to be verified to achieve a continuous and uninterrupted verification process; when the second clamping piece 41 is taken down, the piezoresistor switch is switched off, the delay switch is linked and switched off, and the potential safety hazard of electric shock does not need to be worried about; in this embodiment, a time relay can be selected to form a delay switch circuit, the holding time is set as required, and after the delay switch is linked with the piezoresistor, the delay switch is automatically turned off when the holding time is up, so that a subsequent operator can conveniently and safely take the second clamping piece 41 off the safety tool; in addition, the metal base 1 needs to be divided into a plurality of metal blocks which are independent and not connected with each other, and a second checking component is installed on each metal block, so that the second checking component installed on the metal base 1 and the metal base 1 are prevented from conducting electricity with each other.
In order to further avoid the possibility of electric shock and improve the safety performance of the device, the connecting wire 4 is connected to the force application end of the first clamping sheet 411 or the second clamping sheet 412, the force application ends of the first clamping sheet 411 and the second clamping sheet 412 are provided with the insulating coatings 7, and the insulating coatings 7 further protect the safety of operators.
