as shown in fig. 1 and 12, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that an air outlet box 23 communicated with a residue collection chamber 36 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the drying and sterilizing box 1 through bolts, an impurity filtering net 27 is installed at the communication position of the air outlet box 23 and the residue collection chamber 36, a connecting rod 25 is installed on a rotating shaft 201, a brush 26 is arranged on the connecting rod 25, and bristles of the brush 26 are in contact with the impurity filtering net 27; in the stoving sterilization process, hot humid gas in the stoving sterilization room 35 gets into out in the bellows 23, it filters hot humid gas to strain miscellaneous net 27, in order to prevent that the tea scum from getting into out in the bellows 23, when axis of rotation 201 rotates, drive brush 26 through connecting rod 25 and rotate, brush 26 brushes the clearance to the surface of straining miscellaneous net 27, in order to prevent to strain miscellaneous net 27's filtration pore and block up, it strains miscellaneous effect and strain miscellaneous efficiency to have guaranteed, the stoving sterilization operation has both been guaranteed, the synchronous of operation of airing exhaust and cleaning operation goes on, need not additionally set up actuating mechanism again and make brush 26 rotate, play the effect that reduces equipment cost and structure are simplified.

as shown in fig. 1 and 15, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1, 2 and 3 in that a driving motor 22 is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the drying and sterilizing box 1 through a motor base, an output shaft of the driving motor 22 is engaged and driven with an exhaust rotating shaft 21 through a bevel gear, the exhaust rotating shaft 21 is engaged and driven with a rotating shaft 201 through a bevel gear, a transmission rod 18 is rotatably installed on the drying and sterilizing box 1 through a bearing, the exhaust rotating shaft 21 is engaged and driven with the transmission rod 18 through a bevel gear, and the transmission rod 18 is engaged and driven with an air supply rotating shaft 14 through a bevel gear; in specific use, start driving motor 22, driving motor 22's output shaft drives the pivot 21 of airing exhaust through bevel gear and rotates, the pivot 21 of airing exhaust drives axis of rotation 201 and transfer line 18 through bevel gear and rotates, transfer line 18 drives air supply pivot 14 through bevel gear and rotates, thereby make 4 shale shaker material of sieve, the air supply flabellum 15 air blast, exhaust flabellum 20 synchronous operation of airing exhaust, the result of use has been improved, and through setting up a motor alright realize 4 shale shaker material operations of sieve, 15 air blast operations of air supply flabellum and exhaust flabellum 20 air exhaust operations, play the effect that reduces equipment cost, running cost and structure are simplified.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when in use, the health tea raw materials are conveyed into the drying and sterilizing chamber 35 through the feeding and conveying mechanism 9, fall and are accumulated on the sieve plate 4, and the raw materials are stopped to be input after a certain amount of raw materials are conveyed; the electric heating block 16 converts electric energy into heat energy and heats air to enable the heat energy to become hot air, the air supply fan blade 15 blows the hot air to the health tea raw materials below to dry the health tea raw materials, the exhaust fan blade 20 exhausts hot and humid air generated inside to reduce the humidity of the air inside, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 sterilizes the health tea raw materials, the drying operation and the sterilization operation are synchronously performed, and the processing efficiency and the processing effect are obviously improved;
through the combined action of the reciprocating jacking component 2 and the pull-down component 5, the sieve plate 4 is vibrated up and down in a reciprocating manner, the health tea raw materials are turned over, the health tea raw materials are kicked up, the drying efficiency and the drying effect are improved, the sterilization effect and the sterilization efficiency are improved, in addition, in the vibrating process, the broken slag in the health tea raw materials falls downwards into the slag collecting box 8 in the slag collecting chamber 36, the screening and filtering of the health tea raw materials are realized, the health tea raw materials do not need to be screened additionally, and the processing efficiency is improved;
in the drying and sterilizing process, the data acquisition module acquires operation data in the drying and sterilizing process of the health tea, the progress analysis module performs calculation and analysis based on the operation data and obtains a processing progress coefficient KJHs of the health tea, when the KJHs is not less than KJHx, the drying and sterilizing operation is judged to be completed, when the KJHs is less than the KJHx, the drying and sterilizing operation is judged to be not completed, when the drying and sterilizing operation is judged to be completed, a control instruction is sent out to stop the work of the driving motor 22, the electric heating block 16 and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17, the opening and closing assembly 7 on the front side is opened, the material pushing assembly 6 pushes out the health tea raw material processed in the drying and sterilizing chamber 35, and the processed raw material is conveyed out by the discharge conveying mechanism 10;
after the internal raw materials are completely output, the pushing assembly 6 is controlled to be restored to the original position, the opening and closing assembly 7 on the front side is closed, the opening and closing assembly 7 on the rear side is opened, the raw materials to be processed are conveyed into the drying and sterilizing chamber 35 by the feeding and conveying mechanism 9, drying and sterilizing of the next batch of health tea raw materials are continued, automatic analysis can be carried out on the drying and sterilizing progress, manual feeding and discharging are not needed, the processing efficiency is further improved, and the labor cost is reduced.

A drying and sterilizing device for processing health tea comprises a drying and sterilizing box (1), a feeding conveying mechanism (9) and a discharging conveying mechanism (10), wherein a drying and sterilizing chamber (35) and a slag collecting chamber (36) are arranged in the drying and sterilizing box (1), the drying and sterilizing chamber (35) is positioned above the slag collecting chamber (36), and a slag collecting box (8) with an upward opening is placed in the slag collecting chamber (36), the drying and sterilizing device is characterized in that a rectangular frame (3) is arranged in the drying and sterilizing chamber (35), a sieve plate (4) is fixedly installed in the middle of the rectangular frame (3) through bolts, a reciprocating jacking assembly (2) is arranged at the bottom of the sieve plate (4), a pull-down assembly (5) is installed at the bottom of the rectangular frame (3), an air supply box (13) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the top of the drying and sterilizing box (1) through bolts, and an air supply port (37) communicated with the air supply box (13) is formed in the top of the drying and sterilizing box (1);
an air supply rotating shaft (14) is installed in the air supply box (13), an air supply fan blade (15) is arranged on the air supply rotating shaft (14), an electric heating block (16) is installed in the air supply box (13), and an ultraviolet germicidal lamp (17) is installed in the drying and sterilizing chamber (35); an opening and closing assembly (7) for controlling materials to enter and exit is mounted on each of the front side and the rear side of the drying and sterilizing box (1), a material pushing assembly (6) is mounted on the rear side of the drying and sterilizing box (1), the feeding conveying mechanism (9) is located behind the drying and sterilizing box (1), the discharging conveying mechanism (10) is located in front of the drying and sterilizing box (1), and a plurality of groups of material receiving boxes (11) with upward openings are mounted on a conveying belt of the discharging conveying mechanism (10);
the drying and sterilizing box (1) is provided with a control panel (34), and the control panel (34) comprises a data acquisition module, a progress analysis module, an operation feedback module, an operation display module and an intelligent control module; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring operation data in the drying and sterilizing process of the health tea and sending the operation data to the progress analysis module; the progress analysis module is used for calculating and analyzing based on the operation data and obtaining a processing progress coefficient of the health tea, analyzing based on the processing progress coefficient and obtaining a processing analysis result, and sending the processing analysis result to the operation feedback module; the operation feedback module is used for generating a feedback signal based on the processing analysis result and sending the feedback signal to the operation display module and the intelligent control module; the operation display module is used for displaying the feedback signal and the processing analysis result; the intelligent control module is used for sending out a corresponding control instruction based on the feedback signal so as to control the corresponding component to operate;
