s4, continuing to rotate the supporting plate (9) until the fixing block a (12) is attached to the fixing block b (14), rotating the bolt a (16), and inserting the bottom of the limiting rod (18) into the cylinder c (17);
s5, the rotating bolt b (22) drives the supporting plate (9) to continuously move downwards, so that the two groups of elastic sealing gaskets (15) are further extruded, and the sealing effect is improved.
