Background
At present, the polling work for the coal conveying belt is largely replaced by a robot. Particularly, the inspection robot is widely applied to daily inspection work of a coal conveying pipe gallery, and an image acquisition device carried on the inspection robot can replace manual work to conduct video inspection of an inspection line. And then, various faults on the routing inspection line can be identified to the greatest extent by further depending on a background algorithm. However, even if the track is arranged on the coal conveying belt in the whole process, and the inspection robot is deployed for uninterrupted inspection, the effect of the inspection robot on the feeding port or the discharging port is still insufficient to replace image acquisition at a fixed position. That is to say, in most of the current applications, even if a rail-type inspection robot exists on a coal conveying line, an image acquisition device for fixing a machine position still needs to be arranged at a special position. Moreover, the fixed position of the collected image is mostly a place with a relatively bad environment, such as a feeding port or a discharging port with large dust. Therefore, the image acquisition devices arranged at the positions generally need better explosion-proof performance, and the inventor finds that no reasonable scheme exists in the prior art at present, so that the image acquisition terminal has excellent explosion-proof performance and higher data processing capacity.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide an image collecting device for visual inspection of a coal belt, which has excellent explosion-proof performance, is convenient for adjusting machine positions, and can be used with an excellent graphic data processing host.
In order to achieve the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides an image capturing device for visual inspection of a coal belt, including a frame body and an explosion-proof camera suspended on the frame body, wherein the frame body includes a fixed suspension and an adjustable suspension, one end of the fixed suspension is connected to a carrying surface, the other end of the fixed suspension is hinged to the adjustable suspension, a mounting frame is suspended below the adjustable suspension, and the explosion-proof camera is hinged to the mounting frame; an explosion-proof case is further arranged on one side of the explosion-proof camera, and a control host which is in communication connection with the explosion-proof camera is assembled in the explosion-proof case.
Preferably, the number of the fixed suspension pairs is two, the number of the adjustable suspension pairs is correspondingly two, a hollow pipe is arranged between the two adjustable suspension pairs, the hollow pipe comprises a vertical pipe used for penetrating a cable and rotating shafts arranged on two opposite sides of the vertical pipe, and the rotating shafts are used for hinging the adjustable suspension and the fixed suspension.
Preferably, the fixed suspension comprises a first hinge section and a second hinge section which are hinged with each other, and the second hinge section is connected with a bearing surface through a connecting piece.
Preferably, the connecting piece is a magnetic adsorption piece and comprises a connecting piece body made of a permanent magnet material, a universal ball head is constructed on one side of the connecting piece body, and a ball head connecting seat matched with the universal ball head is arranged at the end part of the second hinging section.
Preferably, the adjustable suspension comprises two opposing pivotable side plates and an adjustment handle configured on one side of the pivotable side plates.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an image acquisition device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame body 1 and an explosion-proof camera 2 suspended on the frame body 1, where the frame body 1 includes a fixed suspension 11 and an adjustable suspension 12, one end of the fixed suspension 11 is connected to a bearing surface (not shown in the drawings), the other end of the fixed suspension is hinged to the adjustable suspension 12, a mounting frame 13 is suspended below the adjustable suspension 12, and the explosion-proof camera 2 is hinged to the mounting frame 13; an explosion-proof case 15 is further arranged on one side of the explosion-proof camera 2, and a control host (not shown in the figure) in communication connection with the explosion-proof camera 2 is assembled in the explosion-proof case 15. The control host can further process the image information collected by the explosion-proof camera 2 and then send the image information to the remote controller.

5. The image acquisition device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as in claim 2 wherein the adjustable suspension includes two opposing pivotable side plates and an adjustment handle configured on one side of the pivotable side plates.
6. The image capturing device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as claimed in claim 5, wherein a rib is provided between the adjustment handles on both of the pivotable side plates.
7. The image collection device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as in claim 5, wherein a limit stop lever for limiting the adjustment range of the adjustment handle is disposed between the two pivotable side plates.
8. The image capturing device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as claimed in claim 2, wherein a raceway is provided between the riser and the explosion-proof enclosure.
9. The image capture device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as in claim 8 wherein the raceway comprises a first raceway and a second raceway that are hingedly connected to each other.
10. The image capturing device for visual inspection of a coal conveyor belt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pivotable side plate has an arc-shaped slot, and the first hinge section has a protrusion sliding in the arc-shaped slot on a side thereof adjacent to the arc-shaped slot.
