一种装配式轻质保温墙板及其安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其涉及一种装配式轻质保温墙板及其安装方法。
背景技术
在传统的建筑施工中,建筑的混凝土墙体主要依靠现场浇筑,这种施工方式工期长,对周围环境影响大,工人的劳动强度大且现场管理困难。近些年来,随着国家住宅产业化政策的推行,发展低碳建筑和加快保障性住房建设已经成为趋势,装配式建筑结构迅速发展起来。预制混凝土墙板是装配式结构的重要组成部分,起到建筑围护作用,施工便捷,主要是通过预埋件、连接件和螺栓与楼板、梁、柱连接。在现有技术中,预制混凝土墙板的主体部分是混凝土,这种纯混凝土式预制墙板的缺陷在于:1.墙板整体质量大,运输和现场安装十分困难;2.部分墙体的内部中空,内装饰板固定在钢龙骨上,导致各种建筑附件难以安装;建筑附件是指壁灯、壁挂式空调和窗帘基座等需要固定在墙壁上的物体,这些建筑附件均为成熟的工业产品,一般是通过膨胀螺栓安装,但是普通的内装饰板厚度和强度有限,无法作为膨胀螺栓的安装基础,内装饰板后方的中空区域也无法安装膨胀螺栓。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种质量轻、安装方便而且能够适配壁灯、壁挂式空调和窗帘基座等建筑附件的墙体。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种装配式轻质保温墙板,包括钢筋混凝土板、钢肋板、横龙骨、内装饰板、基板和基础块;
所述钢肋板的横截面呈几字形,钢肋板的叉脚插入钢筋混凝土板内,钢肋板呈竖直状态;多根横龙骨水平固定在钢肋板上,所有横龙骨彼此平行,内装饰板固定在横龙骨上;
所述基板上设置有卡槽,基板利用卡槽卡在钢肋板上,基板的表面设置钢筋矩阵,钢筋矩阵中水平方向相邻的钢筋的距离和竖直方向相邻的钢筋的距离相等;所述基础块包括外框架,外框架包括四个门字形的门字框,门字框的宽度等于钢筋矩阵中水平方向相邻的钢筋的距离,四个门字框首尾相连形成空心十字形的外框架,外框架的内部填充混凝土,基础块插在钢筋矩阵中。
在本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板中,钢筋混凝土板的厚度可以减少至60mm,混凝土在整个墙体中的占比降低,相比于传统的纯混凝土预制墙板,重量可以降低30%以上;几字形的钢肋板既能加固钢筋混凝土发挥钢混组合结构的优势,也能用于固定横龙骨,使得本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板能够直接安装内装饰板,显著提高内装效率,缩短工期;
本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板由于钢筋混凝土板的厚度很小,导致内装饰板与后面的钢筋混凝土板之间具有较大的中空层,普通的膨胀螺栓无法穿入本发明的墙板(内装饰板的强度不足以固定膨胀螺栓,膨胀螺栓的长度不足以穿入后方较远处的钢筋混凝土板),这导致了常规的壁灯、壁挂式空调和窗帘基座等建筑附件无法安装在本发明的墙体上;为了克服这一问题,本发明的墙体配置了基板和基础块,具体使用方法是:将基板调节至合适的高度,根据需要安装的建筑附件的位置,将基础块设在基板的钢筋矩阵的合适位置;当装修工人安装建筑附件时,可以正常在基础块中间的混凝土钻孔并安装膨胀螺栓,然后安装建筑附件。基础块不但可以作为膨胀螺栓的安装基础,而且基础块的体积小,位置可以灵活调整,基本不影响整个装配式轻质保温墙板的总重量以及整体结构。
进一步的,所述基础块的外框架与钢筋矩阵中的钢筋焊接,确保基础块被完全固定。
进一步的,所述基板上设置有螺栓,螺栓穿过卡槽和钢肋板;在实际安装时,根据基板所需要安装的高度在钢肋板上现场钻孔,然后穿螺栓安装固定基板。
进一步的,所述钢筋混凝土板的表面布置岩棉,所述钢肋板的内部填充岩棉,岩棉可以增加整个墙体的保温能力。
进一步的,所述横龙骨通过C形连接件固定在钢肋板上,所述内装饰板通过射钉固定在横龙骨上,所述钢筋混凝土板的厚度为60mm。
本发明还提供了轻质预制混凝土墙板的安装方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:在加工厂浇筑钢筋混凝土板,钢肋板的叉脚预埋在钢筋混凝土板内;
步骤2:在钢筋混凝土板的表面铺设岩棉;
步骤3:将横龙骨通过C形连接件固定在钢肋板上;
步骤4:将预制混凝土墙板运输至施工现场,利用钢件将钢肋板固定在钢结构梁或者混凝土结构梁的预埋件上;钢件一般呈L形,具体的固定方法与现有技术中装配式墙体的固定方法一致;
步骤5:将基板调整至合适的高度后固定在钢肋板上,具体高度由所需要安装的建筑附件决定,比如,壁挂式空调一般要求基板处于墙体的三分之二左右高度的位置;
步骤6:根据建筑附件所需安装的位置,将基础块固定在基板的钢筋矩阵的合适位置,钢筋卡在基础块的四周避免基础块上下左右移动;然后将钢筋与基础块的外框架焊接,避免基础块沿着垂直于墙体的方向前后移动;
步骤7:将内装饰板通过射钉固定在横龙骨上。
至此,墙板安装完成;当需要安装建筑附件时,首先在基础块对应的内装饰板的位置钻孔,钻头穿过内装饰板和基础块中的混凝土,然后将膨胀螺栓固定在基础块的混凝土中,最后将建筑附件固定在膨胀螺栓上。
有益效果:(1)本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板设置了位置可以调节的基础块作为膨胀螺栓的安装基础,使得具有中空层的墙板也能正常安装壁灯、壁挂式空调和窗帘基座等建筑附件,而且基础块自身体积小,不影响整个装配式轻质保温墙板的总重量以及整体结构。(2)本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板采用横截面为几字形的钢肋板与钢筋混凝土板形成钢混结构,相比于传统的纯混凝土预制墙板,混凝土的占比降低,重量降低30%以上,不但有利于墙板的运输安装,而且方便内装施工,缩短建筑施工周期。(3)本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板采用带有钢筋矩阵的基板安装基础块,不但方便调节基础块的位置,而且能够确保基础块在墙板内无法上下左右前后移动,稳固的基础块保障了各类建筑附件的安装稳固性。(4)本发明的装配式轻质保温墙板在钢筋混凝土板的表面和钢肋板的内部设置岩棉,增加了墙板的保温隔热效果。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例的装配式轻质保温墙板包括钢筋混凝土板100、钢肋板200、横龙骨300、内装饰板400、基板500和基础块600;
钢筋混凝土板100的厚度为60mm;钢肋板200采用冷弯薄壁型钢制成,钢肋板200的横截面呈几字形,钢肋板200的叉脚插入钢筋混凝土板100内,钢肋板200呈竖直状态;多根横龙骨300通过C形连接件700水平固定在钢肋板200上,所有横龙骨300彼此平行,内装饰板400通过射钉固定在横龙骨300上;钢筋混凝土板100的表面布置岩棉800,钢肋板200的内部填充岩棉800;
如图2、图5和图6所示,基板500上设置有卡槽510,基板500利用卡槽510卡在钢肋板200上,基板500的表面设置钢筋矩阵520,钢筋矩阵520中水平方向相邻的钢筋521的距离和竖直方向相邻的钢筋521的距离相等;所述基础块600包括外框架610,外框架610包括四个门字形的门字框,门字框的宽度等于钢筋矩阵520中水平方向相邻的钢筋521的距离,四个门字框首尾相连形成空心十字形的外框架610,外框架610的内部填充混凝土620,基础块600插在钢筋矩阵520中。
本实施例轻质预制混凝土墙板的安装步骤是:
步骤1:在加工厂浇筑钢筋521混凝土板100,钢肋板200的叉脚预埋在钢筋521混凝土板100内;
步骤2:在钢筋521混凝土板100的表面铺设岩棉800,在钢肋板200的中部填充岩棉800;
步骤3:将横龙骨300通过C形连接件700固定在钢肋板200上;
步骤4:将预制混凝土墙板运输至施工现场,利用钢件将钢肋板200固定在钢结构梁或者混凝土结构梁的预埋件上;钢件一般呈L形,具体的固定方法与现有技术中装配式墙体的固定方法一致;
步骤5:将基板500调整至合适的高度后固定在钢肋板200上,具体高度由所需要安装的建筑附件决定,比如,壁挂式空调一般要求基板500处于墙体的三分之二左右高度的位置;
步骤6:如图2所示,根据建筑附件所需安装的位置,将基础块600固定在基板500的钢筋矩阵520的合适位置,钢筋521卡在基础块600的四周避免基础块600上下左右移动;然后将钢筋521与基础块600的外框架610焊接,避免基础块600沿着垂直于墙体的方向前后移动;图2中仅仅示出了一个基础块600,在实际应用中,安装壁挂空调等建筑附件时,可能需要安装多个基础块600;
步骤7:将内装饰板400通过射钉固定在横龙骨300上。
当需要安装建筑附件时,首先在基础块600对应的内装饰板400的位置钻孔,钻头穿过内装饰板400和基础块600中的混凝土620,然后将膨胀螺栓固定在基础块600的混凝土中,最后将建筑附件固定在膨胀螺栓上。
