5. The steam generator for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the steam port switch assembly further includes: a baffle plate is arranged on the bottom of the shell,
the baffle is blocked at the position where the steam channel is communicated with the float channel along the cross section direction of the steam channel, wherein the upper part of the baffle is connected with the steam channel, and the lower part of the baffle faces the inside of the float channel;
when the water level in the water storage cavity is larger than or equal to the upper limit value of the preset water level interval value, the floater is positioned at the upper part of the floater channel and is abutted against the lower part of the baffle plate so as to completely close the inlet of the steam pipe joint.
6. The steam generator for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the siphon structure includes: an outer tube and an inner tube;
the first end of the outer pipe is connected with the inner side of the upper cover, and the second end of the outer pipe faces downwards; the first end edge of the inner pipe is sleeved inside the outer pipe through the second end edge of the outer pipe, and the other end of the inner pipe penetrates through the lower cover and is communicated to the outside of the water storage cavity.
7. The steam generator for the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the upper cover is further provided with a water inlet joint for inputting water into the steam generator,
wherein the water inlet joint and the venturi tube water outlet joint are positioned at the same side of the shell.
8. The steam generator for a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:
the electric heater is fixed on the side wall of the lower cover, and a heating pipe of the electric heater is laid along the direction parallel to the bottom wall of the lower cover;
and the liquid level probe is used for detecting the water level in the water storage cavity.
9. A laundry treating apparatus, characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus comprises the steam generator of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising: a laundry treating tub and a drying assembly,
the drying assembly comprises: the drying device comprises a drying fan and a drying air duct communicated with the drying fan and the clothes processing barrel, wherein a steam pipe joint of the steam generator is connected with the drying air duct.
