Abstract
The invention provides a cover plate, which comprises a cover plate body and a fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly is arranged on the back surface of the cover plate body, the fixing assembly comprises a supporting block and two clamping pieces, the supporting block is connected with the back surface, and the two clamping pieces are oppositely arranged on one side, far away from the back surface, of the supporting block; the clamping piece is provided with a first clamping part and a second clamping part, wherein the first clamping part is used for being clamped with one side of a cover plate mounting hole on the guard plate, and the second clamping part is used for being clamped with the other side of the cover plate mounting hole. The two clamping pieces are respectively provided with the first clamping part clamped with one side of the cover plate mounting hole and the second clamping part clamped with the other side of the cover plate mounting hole, so that when the cover plate and the guard plate are mounted, two sides of the cover plate body are clamped with the cover plate mounting hole through the two clamping parts, the cover plate body can be firmly mounted on the guard plate, and further the fixing of the cover plate on the guard plate is better realized.

Background
In automotive interiors, cover plates are generally used to be fixed at hole sites on the guard plates so as to cover screw fixing points and improve the attractiveness of the interior. Therefore, how to design the cover plate so as to realize the fixation of the cover plate on the guard plate is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the person skilled in the art.

the cover plate comprises a cover plate body and a fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly is arranged on the back surface of the cover plate body, the fixing assembly comprises a supporting block and two clamping pieces, the supporting block is connected with the back surface, and the two clamping pieces are oppositely arranged on one side, far away from the back surface, of the supporting block; the clamping piece is provided with a first clamping part and a second clamping part, wherein the first clamping part is used for being clamped with one side of a cover plate mounting hole on the guard plate, and the second clamping part is used for being clamped with the other side of the cover plate mounting hole.
Preferably, the clamping piece comprises a U-shaped connecting block connected with the supporting block, a first clamping pin arranged at one end of the U-shaped connecting block, and a second clamping pin arranged at the other end of the U-shaped connecting block, wherein the first clamping pin, the U-shaped connecting block and the second clamping pin jointly form a U-shaped structure, and the openings of the two clamping pieces face opposite directions; the first clamping pin extends to the outer side of the cover plate body, the first clamping pin is the first clamping part, and the second clamping pin is the second clamping part.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cover plate, which includes a cover plate body 11 and a fixing assembly, wherein the fixing assembly is disposed on a back surface 12 of the cover plate body, the fixing assembly includes a supporting block and two clamping pieces, the supporting block is connected with the back surface 12, and the two clamping pieces are disposed on a side, away from the back surface 12, of the supporting block; the clamping piece is provided with a first clamping part which is used for being clamped with one side of the cover plate mounting hole 42 on the guard plate 41, and a second clamping part which is used for being clamped with the other side of the cover plate mounting hole 42.
The cover plate provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the fixing component, the two clamping pieces of the fixing component are respectively provided with the first clamping part for being clamped with one side of the cover plate mounting hole 42 on the protective plate 41 and the second clamping part for being clamped with the other side of the cover plate mounting hole 42, and when the cover plate and the protective plate are mounted, the fixing component is arranged in the cover plate mounting hole on the protective plate 41, so that the two sides of the cover plate body 11 are clamped with the cover plate mounting hole of the protective plate through the two clamping parts, the cover plate body can be firmly mounted on the protective plate, and the fixation of the cover plate on the protective plate is better realized.
Further, the clamping piece comprises a U-shaped connecting block 31 connected with the supporting block, a first clamping leg 32 arranged at one end of the U-shaped connecting block 31, and a second clamping leg 33 arranged at the other end of the U-shaped connecting block, wherein the first clamping leg 32, the U-shaped connecting block 31 and the second clamping leg 33 jointly form a Chinese character 'ji' -shaped structure, and the openings of the two clamping pieces face opposite; the first clamping leg 32 extends to the outer side of the cover plate body 11, the first clamping leg is the first clamping portion, and the second clamping leg is the second clamping portion. By adopting the scheme, when the cover plate is installed, the first clamping pin 32 positioned on one side of the cover plate is inserted into the cover plate installation hole on the protective plate, then the other side of the cover plate body is pressed, the second clamping pin 33 is clamped into the cover plate installation hole, the second clamping pin is stressed, the U-shaped connecting block is elastically deformed until the second clamping pin is completely clamped into the cover plate installation hole, then the U-shaped connecting block 31 is restored to the design state under the action of elastic restoring force, and the clamping and fixing with the protective plate are realized by using the first clamping pin 32 and the second clamping pin 33, namely the installation of the cover plate is completed. It will be appreciated that the first leg extends to the outside of the cover plate, i.e. the orthographic projection of the first leg on the cover plate extends to the outside of the edge of the cover plate.
As shown in fig. 7, a first guiding inclined plane 35 is disposed on a side of the second clamping leg 33 away from the back surface, so that the second clamping leg is conveniently clamped into the cover plate mounting hole on the guard plate, and further, the mounting between the cover plate and the guard plate can be more conveniently realized.
It may be preferable that a second guiding inclined plane is disposed on a side of the second clamping leg 33 near the back surface, so that the second clamping leg is conveniently pulled out from the cover plate mounting hole 42, and further, the cover plate body 11 is convenient to detach. It will be appreciated that the support blocks are located in the cover mounting holes 42 after the cover body 11 is installed.
Further, two limiting protrusions 13 for blocking the hole wall of the cover plate mounting hole are oppositely arranged on one side, close to the second clamping pin, of the back face. By adopting the scheme, the two limiting protrusions 13 are respectively blocked with the left and right hole walls at the upper part of the cover plate mounting hole 42 so as to limit the cover plate body 11, so that the cover plate is not easy to shake, and the cover plate is fixed firmly and reliably. Preferably, the two limiting protrusions are located on the outer side of the orthographic projection of the second clamping leg on the cover plate. As shown in fig. 6, when the cover plate mounting hole is a rectangular hole, the two limit protrusions may be respectively blocked with hole walls at two corners of the upper portion of the cover plate mounting hole.
Preferably, the limiting protrusion 13 has a conical structure, and the end with a larger diameter on the limiting protrusion is connected with the back surface, so that the structure of the limiting protrusion 13 is simpler. It will be appreciated that the cover mounting hole may be a stepped hole with a larger diameter for receiving the cover and a smaller diameter for the first clip leg to pass through; the shape of the cover plate mounting hole 42 is adapted to the shape of the cover plate body 11, the cover plate body 11 may be a rectangular plate, and the cover plate mounting hole 42 may be a rectangular hole.
Further, a limiting block 34 for blocking and connecting with the hole wall of the cover plate mounting hole is arranged on one side, close to the back surface, of the first clamping foot 32, so that the first clamping foot can be limited through the limiting block, and meanwhile, when the limiting block 34 is blocked and connected with the hole wall of the cover plate mounting hole during mounting, the first clamping foot is mounted in place; and, utilize stopper 34 and spacing protruding 13 can carry out the spacing to the apron better, avoid the apron to appear rocking the phenomenon.
Specifically, the supporting block comprises a horizontal plate 21 and two vertical plates 22 which are horizontally arranged, the middle parts of the two vertical plates are respectively and vertically connected with the two ends of the horizontal plate, and the two vertical plates and the horizontal plate form an I-shaped structure together; two U type connecting block 31 set up respectively two on the riser to make the structure of supporting shoe comparatively simple, can support the joint piece better simultaneously. Preferably, the fixing component and the cover plate body are of an integrated structure.
The invention is provided with a clamping piece in a shape of a Chinese character 'ji', wherein the clamping direction of a first clamping leg and a second clamping leg of the clamping piece is vertical to the elastic deformation direction of the U-shaped connecting block 31 during assembly; the U-shaped connecting block 31 can ensure good elastic deformation capability, so that the U-shaped connecting block is not easy to damage in the process of mounting and dismounting, and meanwhile, the clamping amount between the first clamping pin and the second clamping pin and the guard plate is large; and moreover, the first clamping pin and the second clamping pin can be vertically clamped with the side wall of the cover plate mounting hole at the same time, so that the clamping force is large, and the cover plate is fixed firmly.

the clamping piece comprises a U-shaped connecting block connected with the supporting block, a first clamping foot arranged at one end of the U-shaped connecting block, and a second clamping foot arranged at the other end of the U-shaped connecting block, wherein the first clamping foot, the U-shaped connecting block and the second clamping foot jointly form a U-shaped structure, and the directions of openings of the two clamping pieces are opposite; the first clamping pin extends to the outer side of the cover plate body, the first clamping pin is the first clamping part, and the second clamping pin is the second clamping part;
two limiting protrusions used for being blocked and connected with the hole wall of the cover plate mounting hole are oppositely arranged on one side, close to the second clamping pin, of the back surface;
the limiting protrusion is of a conical structure, and one end with a larger diameter on the limiting protrusion is connected with the back surface;
a limiting block used for blocking and connecting with the hole wall of the cover plate mounting hole is arranged on one side, close to the back surface, of the first clamping pin;
the support block comprises a horizontal plate and two vertical plates which are horizontally arranged, the middle parts of the two vertical plates are respectively and vertically connected with the two ends of the horizontal plate, and the two vertical plates and the horizontal plate form an I-shaped structure together; the two U-shaped connecting blocks are respectively arranged on the two vertical plates.
2. The cover plate of claim 1, wherein a side of the second leg remote from the back surface is provided with a first guide ramp.
3. The cover plate of claim 1, wherein a second guide slope is provided on a side of the second leg adjacent to the back surface.
