s2, adjusting the position of a bottom plate according to the specification of a rod body of the composite stabilizer bar to be clamped, so that the clamping requirement of a clamping assembly on the composite stabilizer bar leaf spring is met, then rotationally adjusting a pressure head according to the requirement of the assembly inclination angle of a spherical hinge and a steel sleeve at the end part of the composite stabilizer bar, and during rotation, firstly loosening a connecting screw of a flange plate and a pressure head connecting plate of an oil cylinder, then rotating a positioning head to enable the positioning head to rotate to a corresponding angle, and then locking and fixing the pressure head by the flange plate, so that the adjustment of the inclination angle of the pressure head is realized, and the inclination angle of the spherical hinge at the back plays a role in initial positioning;
s3, after adjustment, clamping the middle rod body section of the composite stabilizer bar on a support frame, clamping the end heads of the two leaf springs in a clamping groove of a clamping assembly, then inserting one end of the spherical hinge prepared in S1 into a clamping fixing hole of a pressure head, then pressing an oil cylinder forward button to move an oil cylinder, so that the spherical hinge is just inserted into a steel sleeve of the leaf spring of the composite stabilizer bar and is generally placed to about 5mm, and then repeating the steps to realize the insertion initial positioning of the spherical hinge at the other end, namely completing the placement work of the rod body and the spherical hinge of the composite stabilizer bar;
s4, synchronously pressing down oil cylinder forward buttons on two sides, enabling the oil cylinders to push the pressure head, enabling the pressure head to push the spherical hinge, pushing the spherical hinge into a steel sleeve at the end of the product, and after the spherical hinge is in place, lifting the oil cylinders to a set value and then automatically pushing the spherical hinge back, so that the end is pressed and assembled.

1.
