Description

Water meter
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water meter.
Background
The water meter is a meter for measuring water flow, mostly for measuring accumulated flow of water, and generally includes two types, namely a positive displacement water meter and a velocity water meter.
The existing water meter generally comprises a base meter, an electronic module box, a circuit board, an upper cover and the like. Existing water meter seals typically include: firstly, the totally closed protection circuit board of encapsulating in the module box, a large amount of encapsulating in the module box, full coverage circuit board and other parts, there is the space place below the circuit board even to all irritate gluey, and it is sealed to close the upper cover nail again, and the solidification that this kind of sealed protection method encapsulating volume is big is done futilely very slowly, needs special drying equipment and place, and not only the demand increase in process, equipment and place but also the time limit for a project is also lengthened greatly. In order to set the glue as quickly as possible, the contamination is further increased by using two-component white epoxy glue or two-component silicone gel to speed up the setting of the potting compound and shorten the construction period. The overall cost and contamination of such potting seals can be greatly increased.
Secondly, adopting a method of combining and sealing by adopting viscose glue and a silica gel gasket and then closely connecting and nailing by using a screw; because the sealing effect of direct joint between rigid materials is not good, a simple silica gel gasket is often added between the joint sealing structures of the upper cover and the shell of the base watch, and sealing glue is also coated on the gasket, and then a screw is used for clamping and joint sealing, so that the sealing effect is further improved. In a common environment, the sealing protection of months or even one or two years can be basically ensured. However, the sealing structure increases the procedures of screwing and even smearing the sealant, increases the cost of batch production, and on the other hand, from the service life of years or even tens of years required by the module box and the circuit board, the simple single-line silica gel gasket increases the air permeability due to pulverization and screwing deformation caused by long-term oxidation of the sealant and the screws at the later stage; therefore, the combined sealing is difficult to ensure the sealing effect in the later use period, and meanwhile, the nailing and gluing process also increases the cost and pollution of materials and processes. In view of this, the present application is proposed.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other; the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left" and "right", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the positions or elements referred to must have specific orientations, be constructed in specific orientations, and be operated, and thus are not to be construed as limitations of the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the water meter provided by the invention comprises a base meter 1, an electronic module box 2, a circuit board 3 and an upper cover 4, wherein the electronic module box 2 is arranged on the base meter 1; the upper cover 4 is mounted on the electronic module box 2; the wiring board 3 is arranged between the upper cover 4 and the electronic module case 2, wherein:
one side of the upper cover 4 close to the electronic module box 2 is provided with a welding column 5, and the welding column 5 is annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of the upper cover 4.
The electronic module box 2 is provided with an accommodating groove 6 for accommodating the welding column 5; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
and welding the welding column 5 and the accommodating groove 6 by adopting an ultrasonic welding method.
The welding column 5 and the housing groove 6 are provided, and the welding column 5 and the housing groove 6 are welded by an ultrasonic welding method.
It should be noted that the present application does not improve the conventional ultrasonic welding method, but performs the welding operation by using the conventional ultrasonic welding method. The present application does not relate to the improvement of the method, and utilizes the prior art.
The principle of the ultrasonic welding method is applied to sealing of an electronic module box 2 of a water meter, the ultrasonic welding is the principle that a welding column 5 and the surface of an accommodating groove 6 are mutually rubbed to form fusion between molecular layers, when ultrasonic waves act on a thermoplastic plastic contact surface, high-frequency vibration which reaches a certain amplitude can be generated for tens of thousands of times per second, and local high temperature can be generated by transmitting ultrasonic energy to the contact part of the welding column 5 and the accommodating groove 6. And because the plastic has poor thermal conductivity and cannot be diffused in time, the plastic is gathered at the contact part of the welding column 5 and the containing groove 6, so that the two contact surfaces are melted rapidly, the two contact surfaces are fused into a whole after a certain pressure is applied, and the pressure is kept for a few seconds after the ultrasonic wave stops acting, so that the two contact surfaces are solidified and formed, a firm molecular chain is formed, the purpose of welding is achieved, and the welding strength can be close to the strength of raw materials.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, a plurality of support ribs 7 are provided between the inner side of the welding column 5 and the upper cover 4, and the plurality of support ribs 7 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the welding column 5. By adding a plurality of support ribs 7, the strength is increased.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the upper cover 4 is further provided with a step 8, the step 8 is annular and is disposed outside the welding column 5, and the height of the step 8 is smaller than the height of the welding column 5. By arranging the step 8, higher welding strength and sealing uniformity can be realized by smaller welding pressure and shorter welding time, thermoplastic melts cannot overflow, and the seam beautifying effect is realized.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the welding stud 5 has a stepped structure.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the depth of the receiving groove 6 is slightly smaller than the height of the welding column 5; the width of the receiving groove 6 is slightly larger than that of the welding column 5. The insertion is convenient, and the welding is convenient.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the electronic module case 2 is provided with a groove edge 9 which is arranged along the circumferential direction of the receiving groove 6 and protrudes upward, and the groove edge 9 is located inside the receiving groove 6. Can play a role in preventing the overflow of the molten metal.
In conjunction with FIG. 8, the base table includes:
a housing 101 provided with a rotation shaft 102; a counter located within the housing; a plastic plate 103 mounted on the top end of the housing; wherein the electronic module box 2 abuts against the upper surface of the plastic plate and is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 102; and a spring 104 having one end connected to the case 101 and the other end connected to the electronic module case 2.
In winter, the inside of the case expands. The plastic panel will arch. At this time, the electronic module box is jacked up, the spring contracts, and the electronic module box rotates upwards by taking the rotating shaft as a fulcrum. When the ice inside melts, the plastic plate recovers to the original shape, and the electronic module box recovers to the original shape again by the spring and the dead weight, so that the electronic module box can be normally used.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
