One end of the liquid inlet pipe 16 connected with the cleaning liquid tank is provided with a liquid inlet adjusting valve 18, and the liquid inlet adjusting valve 18 is used for conducting or cutting off the liquid inlet pipe 16 and the cleaning liquid tank. The liquid inlet adjusting valve 18 may be an electric valve or a manual valve.
Optionally, a liquid discharge port 2a is provided at the bottom of the cleaning liquid pool 2, a liquid discharge pipe 19 is provided at the liquid discharge port 2a, an overflow trough 20 is provided in the cleaning liquid pool 2, and the liquid discharge pipe 19 is further communicated with the overflow trough 20. After the flat membrane or the hollow fiber membrane is prepared, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 2 is discharged through the liquid discharge port 2a and the liquid discharge pipe 19. The liquid discharge pipe 19 is provided with a liquid outlet regulating valve 21. The liquid inlet regulating valve 18 is used for switching on or off the liquid discharge pipe 19. The liquid inlet adjusting valve 18 may be an electric valve or a manual valve. The overflow tank 20 is used to control the liquid level of the cleaning liquid tank 2. The cleaning liquid in the overflow tank 20 is also drained through the drain pipe 19.

Claims (10)

1. The device for preparing the hollow fiber membrane and the flat membrane is characterized by comprising a hollow fiber membrane preparation assembly and a flat membrane preparation assembly, wherein the hollow fiber membrane preparation assembly and the flat membrane preparation assembly share a material tank (1), a cleaning liquid tank (2) and a winding wheel (3) which are sequentially arranged, and a conveying wheel set (4) is arranged in the cleaning liquid tank (2);
the hollow fiber membrane preparation assembly further comprises a first spray head (22) and a first guide wheel (5);
the flat membrane preparation assembly also comprises an unreeling wheel (6), a feeding wheel (7) and a feeding piece (8);
the device for preparing the hollow fiber membrane and the flat membrane further comprises a material conveying pipe (9), wherein the material conveying pipe (9) comprises an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet (9c1), the inlet is communicated with a discharge hole of the material tank (1), an adjusting valve (10) is arranged on the material conveying pipe (9), and the adjusting valve (10) enables the inlet to be communicated with the first outlet or the second outlet (9c 1);
the first spray head (22) is arranged at the first outlet, and the first guide wheel (5) is arranged between the first spray head (22) and the conveying wheel set (4);
the feeding wheel (7) is arranged between the unwinding wheel (6) and the conveying wheel set (4), the feeding piece (8) is arranged at the second outlet (9c1), and the discharge hole of the feeding piece (8) and the feeding wheel (7) are arranged at intervals.
2. The apparatus for preparing hollow fiber membrane and flat membrane according to claim 1, further comprising a driving assembly (11), wherein the driving assembly (11) is used for driving the winding wheel (3) to rotate.
3. The apparatus for manufacturing hollow fiber membrane and flat membrane according to claim 2, wherein the driving assembly (11) comprises a motor and a transmission, and an output end of the motor is connected with the take-up reel (3) through the transmission.

The apparatus for preparing hollow fiber membrane and flat sheet membrane according to claim 1, wherein the flat sheet membrane preparation module further comprises a first tension wheel (12) and a second guide wheel (13), the first tension wheel (12) being disposed between the unwinding wheel (6) and the feeding wheel (7), the second guide wheel (13) being disposed between the first tension wheel (12) and the feeding wheel (7).

The apparatus for preparing hollow fiber membrane and flat membrane according to claim 1, wherein the flat membrane preparation module further comprises a first support (14) and a second support (15), the second support (15) is rotatably disposed on the first support (14), and the feeding member (8) is disposed on the second support (15).
6. The apparatus for producing hollow fiber membranes and flat membranes according to claim 5, wherein the feed member (8) is movable relative to the second frame (15) in a radial direction of the feed wheel (7).

The apparatus for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes and flat membranes according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the feed delivery pipe (9) includes a main pipe (9a), a first branch pipe (9b) and a second branch pipe (9c), one end of the main pipe (9a) is the inlet, one ends of the first branch pipe (9b) and the second branch pipe (9c) are connected to the other end of the main pipe (9a) through the regulating valve (10), the other end of the first branch pipe (9b) is the first outlet, and the other end of the second branch pipe (9c) is the second outlet (9c 1); the length of the first branch pipe (9b) is adjustable.
8. The apparatus for preparing hollow fiber membrane and flat membrane according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the conveying wheel set (4) comprises a second tension wheel (4a) and a plurality of third guide wheels (4 b).

The apparatus for preparing hollow fiber membrane and flat membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a liquid inlet pipe (16) and a second spray head (17), wherein the second spray head (17) is disposed at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet pipe (16), the second spray head (17) faces the winding wheel (3), and the winding wheel (3) is located above the cleaning liquid pool (2).

The apparatus for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane and a flat sheet membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a drain port (2a) is provided at the bottom of the washing liquid tank (2), a drain pipe (19) is provided at the drain port (2a), an overflow tank (20) is provided in the washing liquid tank (2), and the drain pipe (19) is further communicated with the overflow tank (20).
