if the time corresponding to the duration information is not greater than the reference time, maintaining the original state of the mattress;
and if the time corresponding to the duration information is greater than the reference time, controlling a lifting device preset in the mattress to lift the head of the snorer.
2. The mattress-based snoring improvement method of claim 1, wherein: if snore information exists in the sound information, the control method of the lifting device further comprises the following steps:

judging whether the time length corresponding to the difference time length information is greater than the preset safety time length or not;
if the time length corresponding to the difference time length information is longer than the safety time length, the original state is kept;
and if the time length corresponding to the difference time length information is not greater than the safe time length, controlling the preset waking device to start the preset time length to sound so as to wake up the snorer and output a dangerous signal.
7. The mattress-based snoring improvement method of claim 6, wherein: the method of improving snoring when outputting the danger signal further includes:
acquiring danger times information of danger signals in a preset time period;
judging whether the number of times corresponding to the danger number information is greater than a preset critical number of times or not;
if the corresponding times of the danger times information are not more than the critical times, the original state is kept;
and if the corresponding times of the danger times information are larger than the critical times, outputting a danger warning signal to prompt the snorer.
8. A mattress-based system for improved snoring, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring pressure numerical value information on the mattress;
the processing module is connected with the acquisition module and the judgment module and used for storing and processing information;
the judging module is used for judging whether the value corresponding to the pressure value information is larger than the value corresponding to the preset reference pressure information or not;
if the judgment module judges that the value corresponding to the pressure value information is not greater than the value corresponding to the reference pressure information, the processing module maintains the original state of the mattress;
if the judgment module judges that the value corresponding to the pressure value information is larger than the value corresponding to the reference pressure information, the processing module activates a preset sound receiving device and acquires sound information according to the sound receiving device;
the judging module is used for judging whether snore information exists in the sound information or not according to the matching of the snore information and the sound information stored in the preset sound database;
if the judgment module judges that the snore information does not exist in the sound information, the processing module maintains the original state of the mattress;
if the judgment module judges that the snore information exists in the sound information, the processing module acquires the time length information of the existence of the snore information and judges whether the time corresponding to the time length information is larger than the preset reference time or not through the control module;
if the judging module judges that the time corresponding to the duration information is not greater than the reference time, the processing module maintains the original state of the mattress;
if the judgment module judges that the time corresponding to the duration information is greater than the reference time, the processing module controls a lifting device preset in the mattress to lift the head of the snorer.
9. An intelligent terminal, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
