Abstract
本发明公开了一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,它涉及一种饲料添加剂。由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙10‑20份、氯化胆碱5‑8份、赖氨酸20‑25份,石粉10‑15份,大豆油15‑20份,软钾镁矾20‑30份,食盐1‑5份,复合维生素1‑5份,马钱子2‑5份,紫菜2‑5份,金银花1‑3份,蒲公英2‑4份。本发明的饲料添加剂中添加了采用低温干燥获得的软钾镁矾,镁元素含量低,不会造成动物的腹泻,而且能够提高肉鸡的生产性能,并且添加了中草药,马钱子既能矫正饲料的味道,又能改善家禽对饲料的适口性;紫菜可以达到着色的目的,使得鸡肉的颜色更加鲜嫩,金银花能够清热解毒,杀菌抗病,提高肉鸡的免疫力;蒲公英可以提高肉鸡的存活率。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种饲料添加剂,具体涉及一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
软钾镁矾是硫酸钾和硫酸镁形成的复盐。目前,大部分硫酸钾镁盐类(软钾镁矾、钾镁矾、无水钾镁矾)都用于肥料生产,随着研究和探索的不断深入,现在约有8%的硫酸钾镁盐类被用于饲料添加剂,其安全性和有效性早已得到公认。
传统的软钾镁矾饲料添加剂由于其中的软钾镁矾生产工艺的问题,导致制备得的软钾镁矾由于镁含量较高,容易导致动物腹泻,为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,制备工艺可靠,制备得的软钾镁矾的镁含量低,使得软钾镁矾饲料添加剂更加适合动物食用,能够提高肉鸡的生产性能及经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙10-20份、氯化胆碱5-8份、赖氨酸20-25份,石粉10-15份,大豆油15-20份,软钾镁矾20-30份,食盐1-5份,复合维生素1-5份,马钱子2-5份,紫菜2-5份,金银花1-3份,蒲公英2-4份。

本发明的有益效果:

实施例1:一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙10份、氯化胆碱5份、赖氨酸20份,石粉10份,大豆油15份,软钾镁矾20份,食盐1份,复合维生素1份,马钱子2份,紫菜2份,金银花1份,蒲公英2份。其中软钾镁矾为通过风冷干燥机进行低温干燥制备得的。
本实施例的饲料添加剂是将中草药马钱子2份,紫菜2份,金银花1份,蒲公英2份研磨成粉末,加入磷酸氢钙10份、氯化胆碱5份、赖氨酸20份,石粉10份,大豆油15份,软钾镁矾20份,食盐1份,复合维生素1份搅拌均匀,并进行烘干即可。
实施例2:一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙20份、氯化胆碱8份、赖氨酸25份,石粉15份,大豆油20份,软钾镁矾30份,食盐5份,复合维生素5份,马钱子5份,紫菜5份,金银花3份,蒲公英4份。其中软钾镁矾为通过风冷干燥机进行低温干燥制备得的。

实施例3:一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙15份、氯化胆碱6份、赖氨酸22份,石粉12份,大豆油18份,软钾镁矾25份,食盐3份,复合维生素3份,马钱子4份,紫菜3份,金银花2份,蒲公英3份。其中软钾镁矾为通过风冷干燥机进行低温干燥制备得的。
本实施例的饲料添加剂是将中草药马钱子5份,紫菜5份,金银花3份,蒲公英4份研磨成粉末,加入磷酸氢钙15份、氯化胆碱6份、赖氨酸22份,石粉12份,大豆油18份,软钾镁矾25份,食盐3份,复合维生素3份搅拌均匀,并进行烘干即可。
实验例:将200只肉鸡分为两个处理,以重量为单位,记录3周龄、6周龄的累计采食量,用于计算各阶段平均采食量。以重量为单位,在3周龄10%抽样称重,在6周龄全部称重,用于计算平均体重和料肉比。具体处理如下:100只肉鸡为对照组,100只肉鸡为实验组,实验组给肉鸡的饲料中增加了本软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,对照组采用的普通添加剂的基础饲料。
其中料肉比(不含死淘率)计算方法=耗料量/(末体重-0日龄雏鸡重);
由上表可知,实验组降低了肉鸡饲养周期内死淘率,提高了6周龄出栏体重,降低料肉比,提高了经济效益。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软钾镁矾低温干燥生产工艺的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:磷酸氢钙10份、氯化胆碱5份、赖氨酸20份,石粉10份,大豆油15份,软钾镁矾20份,食盐1份,复合维生素1份,马钱子2份,紫菜2份,金银花1份,蒲公英2份。
