Abstract
一种功率余量上报方法,其包括:由网络配置小区组;该小区组配置有发送功率限制,针对该小区组对应第一配置最大发送功率和第二配置最大发送功率;该第一配置最大发送功率基于该发送功率限制确定,该第二配置最大发送功率的确定与该发送功率限制不相关;根据预设规则确定采用该第一配置最大发送功率和/或该第二配置最大发送功率来获得功率余量报告的内容;上报该功率余量报告。在上行传输时,终端设备通过一定的规则确定采用哪种方式计算功率余量以及确定功率余量上报的具体内容,从而避免出现功率余量计算不确定的问题。
