The film cutting knife comprises a central hole film cutting knife 6-102, the outer ruler of the central hole film cutting knife 6-102 is smaller than the outer ruler of the central through hole 6-202 of the clean vegetable box, and the film cutting knife is used for cutting the film at the position, corresponding to the film coated clean vegetable box 6-30, of the central through hole 6-202 of the film coating disc 6-20, can cut all or part of the film, and the part of the film can be cut to ensure that the film is split and not separated, so that the cut film is prevented from falling off and is not easy to return.
The film cutter comprises a special-shaped film cutter 6-101 which is used for cutting the film at the position of the window 6-204 of the film covering disc corresponding to the film covered vegetable cleaning box 6-30 to form a special-shaped hanging hole; the special-shaped film cutting knife 6-101 is provided with an edge ironing device, the edge ironing device is characterized in that the special-shaped film cutting knife 6-101 has a heating function, the special-shaped film cutting knife 6-101 is connected with a heating component and used for hanging and buckling the special-shaped hole-hanging film when the vegetable cleaning box 6-30 is used, and meanwhile, the edge ironing treatment is carried out on the special-shaped hole-hanging film, so that the durability of a special-shaped hanging hole is improved.
The film cutting knife comprises linear film cutting knives 6-103, the linear film cutting knives 6-103 are linear/zigzag/arc-shaped, and are used for cutting films at positions, corresponding to the film covered net vegetable box 6-30, of film cutting parts of the film covering disc 6-20, and can be completely cut or partially cut, and the uncut parts of the partial cutting can form tension force on the films at the parts A6-304 of the net vegetable box window, so that the film cutting knives are prevented from being curled and further blocking hanging buckles of the special-shaped hanging holes.
The inner edge of the film cutting device 6-10 is in clearance fit with the outer edge of the film covering disc 6-20.
The tray 6-40 of the clean vegetable box is provided with a supporting groove/supporting through hole 6-401 which is matched with each independent accommodating space 6-305 of the clean vegetable box 6-30, and a supporting bracket 6-402 at the periphery of the tray is used for supporting the special-shaped edge 6-301 of the clean vegetable box, so that the stability of the special-shaped film covering hot-pressing device 6-201 of the film covering tray 6-20 for hot-pressing and film covering of the special-shaped edge 6-301 of the clean vegetable box 6-30 is improved.
The laminating and film cutting device of the laminating machine integrates the laminating function and the film cutting function, can simultaneously realize laminating and film cutting, reduces labor cost, shortens the production and manufacturing period, and effectively improves the production efficiency. The film cutting device of the film laminating machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in processing, convenience in use and the like.

The intelligent device based catering management method of claim 1, wherein the data interaction comprises remote diagnosis, positioning, power on and power off, system upgrade, dish update, usage data; when the related enterprises default, arrearage and authority are exhausted, the management party remotely controls the film laminating machine and/or the intelligent cooking machine.
3. The catering management method based on intelligent equipment according to claim 1, further comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting the required dish information by the consumer;
s2, after receiving the order information, the merchant provides a clean dish box corresponding to the dish information purchased by the consumer; the clean box is associated with a control code for storing or linking the information of the clean box and the cooking method;
s3, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box;
the clean vegetable box is coated with a film through a film coating machine, and the control code is positioned on the film;
a merchant manages a dish matching scheme and/or produces a dish cleaning box and/or sets a cooking method and/or other management information through a dish cleaning box management system;
a line matched with the vegetable cleaning box and the intelligent cooking machine is set to go to a store, and a consumer goes to a store for eating or goes out of the store;
the merchants comprise dining enterprises, convenience stores and central kitchen factories;
configuring the intelligent cooking machine to a convenience store, a writing room, a family, an old home, a kindergarten and a dining room;
the clean vegetable box is of an assembly structure, each independent accommodating space and dishes in the independent accommodating space are shipped from different regions or the same region, and are assembled in a centralized mode, and the associated control codes are unified after the assembly.
4. The catering management method based on intelligent equipment according to claim 1, further comprising the following steps:
s1, the management party distributes the management authority for storing the clean dish box information and the control code of the cooking method to the associated enterprises;
s2, generating codes through a code generation platform;
s3, associating the code with a clean dish box;
s4, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box;
the clean vegetable box is coated with a film through a film coating machine, and the control code is positioned on the film;
a merchant manages a dish matching scheme and/or produces a dish cleaning box and/or sets a cooking method and/or other management information through a dish cleaning box management system;
a line matched with the vegetable cleaning box and the intelligent cooking machine is set to go to a store, and a consumer goes to a store for eating or goes out of the store;
the merchants comprise dining enterprises, convenience stores and central kitchen factories;
configuring the intelligent cooking machine to a convenience store, a writing room, a family, an old home, a kindergarten and a dining room;
the clean vegetable box is of an assembly structure, each independent accommodating space and dishes in the independent accommodating space are shipped from different regions or the same region, and are assembled in a centralized mode, and the associated control codes are unified after the assembly.

The catering management method based on the intelligent device as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the top end of the dish cleaning box is provided with an opening, and a sealing layer is arranged at the opening; the inside of the vegetable cleaning box is divided into at least two independent accommodating spaces; the vegetable cleaning box is provided with a cutting part.

The catering management method based on the intelligent device as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the intelligent cooking machine comprises a base, an upper cover is arranged right above the base, and a pot body is arranged between the base and the upper cover; the lower end of the upper cover body is provided with a rotatable stirring device; the lower end of the upper cover body of the intelligent cooking machine is fixedly connected with a temperature measuring device.
7. An intelligent catering management method based on an intelligent cooking machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting the required dish information by the consumer;
s2, after receiving the order information, the merchant provides a clean dish box corresponding to the dish information purchased by the consumer; the clean box is associated with a control code for storing or linking the information of the clean box and the cooking method;
s3, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box; the intelligent cooking machine comprises a base, an upper cover body is arranged right above the base, and a pot body is placed between the base and the upper cover body.

The intelligent catering management method based on an intelligent cooking machine according to claim 7, wherein a control code is generated according to a custom menu programming, the control code is associated with a net dish box; a line matched with the vegetable cleaning box and the intelligent cooking machine is set to go to a store, and a consumer goes to a store for eating or goes out of the store; the merchants comprise dining enterprises, convenience stores and central kitchen factories; the intelligent cooking machine is configured to convenience stores, writing rooms, families, nursing homes, kindergartens and restaurants.
9. The intelligent catering management method based on the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 7, further comprising the following steps:
s1, the management party distributes the management authority for storing the clean dish box information and the control code of the cooking method to the associated enterprises;
s2, generating codes through a code generation platform;
s3, associating the code with a clean dish box;
s4, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box.

The intelligent catering management method based on the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the clean box is covered with a film by a film covering machine, and the control code is located on the film; and carrying out remote management on the clean vegetable box, the intelligent cooking machine and the film laminating machine through a remote management system.

The intelligent catering management method based on the intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the top end of the dish cleaning box is provided with an opening, and a sealing layer is arranged at the opening; the inside of the vegetable cleaning box is divided into at least two independent accommodating spaces; the vegetable cleaning box is provided with a cutting part; the lower end of the upper cover body is provided with a rotatable stirring device; the lower end of the upper cover body of the intelligent cooking machine is fixedly connected with a temperature measuring device.

The intelligent food and beverage management method based on an intelligent cooking machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the clean box is in an assembly structure, each independent accommodating space and dishes therein are shipped from different regions or the same region, assembled in a centralized manner, and associated control codes are unified after assembly.
13. An intelligent catering management method based on a clean vegetable box is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the management party distributes the management authority for storing the clean dish box information and the control code of the cooking method to the associated enterprises;
s2, generating codes through a code generation platform;
s3, associating the code with a clean dish box; the top end of the vegetable cleaning box is provided with an opening, and a sealing layer is arranged at the opening; the inside of the vegetable cleaning box is divided into at least two independent accommodating spaces; the vegetable cleaning box is provided with a cutting part;
s4, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box.

The net-box based intelligent restaurant management method of claim 13, wherein a control code is generated according to a custom menu programming, the control code being associated with the net-box; the clean vegetable box is of an assembly structure, each independent accommodating space and dishes in the independent accommodating space are shipped from different regions or the same region, and are assembled in a centralized mode, and the associated control codes are unified after the assembly.
15. The intelligent dining management method based on net-vegetable boxes as claimed in claim 13, further comprising the steps of:
s1, selecting the required dish information by the consumer;
s2, after receiving the order information, the merchant provides a clean dish box corresponding to the dish information purchased by the consumer; the clean box is associated with a control code for storing or linking the information of the clean box and the cooking method;
s3, identifying the control code through an identification module of the intelligent cooking machine, and then automatically cooking the clean vegetable box;
the merchants comprise dining enterprises, convenience stores and central kitchen factories;
the intelligent cooking machine is configured to convenience stores, writing rooms, families, nursing homes, kindergartens and restaurants.

The intelligent food and beverage management method based on clean vegetable boxes according to claim 13, wherein the clean vegetable boxes are coated with films by a film coating machine, and the control codes are positioned on the films; and carrying out remote management on the clean vegetable box, the intelligent cooking machine and the film laminating machine through a remote management system.
17. The intelligent food and beverage management method based on a net box as claimed in claim 13, wherein an offline store is established to support the net box and the intelligent cooking machine, and the consumer goes to a store hall for food or goes out of the store.
