Abstract
The invention provides a security strengthening system and a security strengthening method based on document printing in a cloud desktop environment, wherein the system comprises a cloud printer, a cloud printing client, a cloud printing server and a pool printing controller; the pool printing controller is in long connection with the cloud printing server and is used for receiving printing jobs and executing printing tasks; the cloud printing server is used for configuring user policy information; the cloud printer is used for firstly acquiring a pool printer list from a cloud printing client for selection of a user when the user selects the cloud printer, and intercepting an application file data stream and sending the application file data stream to the cloud printing client when printing is started; the cloud printing client is used for updating user policy information, acquiring a pool printer list, receiving a file data stream sent by a cloud printer, performing document conversion and user policy information processing, generating a printing job and uploading the printing job to the cloud printing server. The cloud printing system provided by the invention can effectively improve the cloud printing efficiency and the safety in the cloud printing process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cloud printing, in particular to a security reinforcing system and method based on document printing in a cloud desktop environment.
Background
Cloud printing refers to integrating printing service provider resources based on the internet, constructing a shared printing platform, and providing a printing service with standardized quality anytime anywhere for a user. Users with printing authority can log in a (software) platform through mobile phones, cameras, computers and other equipment, and can print information such as characters and pictures by using various printing equipment after simple setting.
Compared with the traditional printer, the cloud printing is not limited by distance and time, so that remote printing in different places can be realized, resource integration is realized, and convenience is provided for life or work of people. At present, cloud printing is used in office environments and is gradually popularized, and how to realize efficient and convenient printing and ensure the safety of a printing process becomes a research hotspot of technicians in the field.

The invention aims to provide a security strengthening system and method based on document printing in a cloud desktop environment, and improve cloud printing efficiency and security.

the cloud printer is used for firstly acquiring a pool printer list from a cloud printing client for selection of a user when the user selects the cloud printer, and intercepting an application file data stream and sending the application file data stream to the cloud printing client when printing is started;
the cloud printing client is used for requesting to update user policy information and acquiring a pool printer list after the user authentication login is successful, receiving a file data stream sent by the cloud printer when the user initiates printing, and performing document conversion and user policy information processing when the receiving is completed, generating a printing job and uploading the printing job to the cloud printing server.
Further, the cloud printing client and the cloud printer are respectively installed in a cloud desktop, and the pool printing controller and the cloud printing server are respectively installed on a Windows server.
Further, the cloud printer is a virtual printer customized based on a microsoft postscript framework.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a security strengthening method based on document printing in a cloud desktop environment, and a system as described above is provided, where the method includes:
step 1, logging in a pool printing controller, registering a cloud printer, and after the registration is completed, establishing long connection between the pool controller and a cloud printing server;

step 3, logging in a cloud printing client, synchronously updating user strategy information from a cloud printing server, and acquiring a pool printer list;
step 4, selecting a file to be printed, and selecting a cloud printer in the pool printer list to execute printing operation;
step 5, the cloud printer acquires a file data stream and sends the file data stream to the cloud printing client;
step 6, converting the file data stream into PDF by the cloud printing client, dynamically adding watermark information according to the user strategy information to generate a printing job, and uploading the printing job to a cloud printing server;
step 7, the cloud printing server issues the print jobs to the pool print controller;
and 8, the pool printing controller analyzes the printing job and executes the printing task according to the printing task information.
Further, the user policy information includes a name of the filled watermark, a watermark angle, a watermark depth, a watermark color, and a watermark font size, and whether to display a user name, a department, a job number, and a printing time.
Further, the step 4 specifically includes: selecting a file to be printed, selecting a cloud printer (CloudColorPrinter) in the pool printer list, and further selecting a specific printer for printing when the print driver pops up the pool printer sublist.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a security strengthening system for document printing in a cloud desktop environment, the system includes a cloud printer, a cloud printing client, a cloud printing server and a pool printing controller, the cloud printer is connected to the pool printing controller via a network, the cloud printing server is connected to the pool printing controller and the cloud printing client, respectively, and the cloud printing client is connected to the cloud printer;
the pool printing controller is in long connection with the cloud printing server and is used for receiving printing jobs and executing printing tasks;
the cloud printing server is used for configuring user policy information for each user and simultaneously keeps long connection with the pool printing controller;
the cloud printer is used for firstly acquiring a pool printer list from a cloud printing client for selection of a user when the user selects the cloud printer, and intercepting an application file data stream and sending the application file data stream to the cloud printing client when printing is started;
the cloud printing client is used for requesting to update user policy information and acquiring a pool printer list after the user authentication login is successful, receiving a file data stream sent by the cloud printer when the user initiates printing, and performing document conversion and user policy information processing when the receiving is completed, generating a printing job and uploading the printing job to the cloud printing server.
Preferably, the cloud printing client and the cloud printer are respectively installed in a cloud desktop, and the pool printing controller and the cloud printing server are respectively installed on a Windows server.

step 6, converting the file data stream into PDF by the cloud printing client, dynamically adding watermark information according to the user strategy information to generate a printing job, and uploading the printing job to a cloud printing server;
step 7, the cloud printing server issues the print jobs to the pool print controller;
