Abstract
The invention discloses a mobile platform for supporting a template and a using method thereof, wherein the mobile platform comprises an inverted U-shaped piece and a bearing piece, wherein the bearing piece is arranged on one side wall of the inverted U-shaped piece; the inverted U-shaped piece is used for being installed on the template; the bearing part is used for bearing people or heavy objects. The mobile platform for supporting the template saves the cost input of repeatedly erecting scaffolds on site and improves the construction efficiency of supporting the template, and the device can be repeatedly recycled, so that the construction progress is accelerated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a mobile platform for template support and a using method thereof.
Background
For a shear wall needing a straight wall shaping formwork system, a split screw reinforcing system is usually adopted when a formwork is erected, and a scaffold needs to be erected to serve as an operation platform for formwork erecting operators. Increase scaffold and take and tear open into the cost input, prolong the template and erect the time. The method is time-consuming, labor-consuming and waste, and influences the construction efficiency of formwork erection.

In the prior art, a scaffold needs to be erected as a construction platform in the construction formwork engineering, the operation is complex, time and labor are wasted, and the formwork erection construction efficiency is influenced. Based on the technical background, the invention provides a mobile platform for supporting a template, and the size of a hanging point of the mobile platform is determined according to the size of a main keel of the template. When the platform device is used, after the template is in place, the platform device is hung at the main keel of the template to be used as a personnel operating platform when the high-strength screw rod is installed in the drill cone hole. An operator works on the bearing piece, when the operator or a heavy object is borne on the bearing piece, the bearing piece is pressed downwards under the action of gravity of the operator or the heavy object, and then the side wall of the inverted U-shaped piece connected with the bearing piece is driven to extrude the outer side wall of the keel, so that the side wall is in compression contact with the outer side wall of the keel; meanwhile, the other side wall of the inverted U-shaped piece is driven to move upwards, so that frictional resistance is generated between the side wall and the inner side wall of the keel. Therefore, within the allowable range of the load of the mobile platform, the load-bearing operators or heavy objects can be firmly clamped and fixed on the keel of the template under the action of the gravity of the operators or the heavy objects, and the gravity is larger, the clamping action is larger, and the safety of the whole operation construction is favorably ensured. The mobile platform for supporting the template, provided by the invention, has a simple structure, solves the problem of the traditional process of building a large number of scaffolds as construction platforms in the construction template engineering, saves the cost input of repeatedly building the scaffolds on site, and improves the construction efficiency of supporting the template, thereby accelerating the construction progress; and the device can be repeatedly used in a turnover way, and the cost is lower.
Further preferably, the bearing part is of a straight plate structure, one end of the straight plate structure is connected with a free end of one side wall of the inverted U-shaped part, and the other end of the straight plate structure extends towards the direction back to the inverted U-shaped part.
Preferably, the axial direction of the straight plate structure is perpendicular to the two side walls of the inverted U-shaped structure. The movable platform is beneficial to stress transfer, leverage is fully exerted, and the movable platform is stably clamped and fixed on the template in the construction process of operating personnel.
Further preferably, a reinforcing rib is arranged at the connecting position of the inverted U-shaped piece and the bearing piece.
The inverted U-shaped piece and the bearing piece can adopt an integrated structure; also can adopt split type structure, and both are fixed together through the connected modes such as welding. No matter be an organic whole structure or components of a whole that can function independently structure, fix both through the strengthening rib, do benefit to the joint strength who improves both junctions.
