Claims (10)

1. The leveling device comprises a first advancing mechanism, a second advancing mechanism, a leveling and compacting device and a blade leveling device, wherein the first advancing mechanism is provided with an advancing power mechanism, and the second advancing mechanism is provided with a leveling power mechanism;
the leveling and compacting device comprises a first leveling bracket arranged between a first advancing mechanism and a second advancing mechanism, two leveling roller assemblies are arranged in the first leveling bracket, the two leveling roller assemblies are arranged in a linear mode, and the outer ends of the leveling roller assemblies are connected with a roller driving motor;
the blade leveling device comprises a first height adjusting bracket arranged between a first travelling mechanism and a second travelling mechanism, and at least one group of lifting blade devices are arranged at the front upper part of the first height adjusting bracket;
the lifting blade device comprises a lifting positioning base and a motor lifting module mechanism connected in the lifting positioning base, and the lower end part of the motor lifting module mechanism is connected with a floating blade mechanism;
the floating fan blade mechanism comprises a fan blade positioning base and an arc-shaped fan blade assembly connected to the lower end of the fan blade positioning base, and the second base is connected with a first fan blade motor driving the arc-shaped fan blade assembly.
2. The apparatus and method of claim 1, wherein the first travel mechanism comprises a first travel base and two sets of first travel wheel assemblies connected to a lower end of the first travel base;
the second advancing mechanism comprises a second advancing base and two groups of second advancing wheel assemblies connected to the lower end of the second advancing base, a traction beam is arranged between the first advancing base and the second advancing base, the traction beam is a rectangular steel beam, and a plurality of traction holes are formed in the traction beam;
the advancing power mechanism comprises a first diesel generator, a first protective shell arranged outside the first diesel generator and an advancing master controller arranged on the first protective shell, and the advancing master controller is connected with the first advancing wheel assembly and the second advancing wheel assembly through a circuit.
3. The apparatus and method of claim 1, wherein the first leveling bracket is in the form of an H-frame, and two leveling roller assemblies are disposed in the left and right portions of the first leveling bracket, respectively;
the number of the roller driving motors is two, and each leveling roller assembly is connected with one roller driving motor; one end of the leveling roller component is connected with the middle part of the first leveling bracket through a bearing, and the other end of the leveling roller component is connected with a rotating shaft of the roller driving motor.

The concrete highway pavement leveling device and method according to claim 3, wherein the leveling power mechanism comprises a second diesel generator, a second protective shell arranged outside the second diesel generator and a leveling master controller arranged on the second protective shell, and the leveling master controller is connected with the roller driving motor, the motor lifting module mechanism and the first fan blade motor through circuits.

The apparatus and method for leveling concrete pavement according to claim 1, wherein the first height adjusting bracket comprises a first left support rod, a second right support rod, a blade leveling fixing seat, a first adjusting support rod and a second adjusting support rod, one end of the first left support rod is connected with the first traveling mechanism through a rotating shaft assembly, and one end of the second right support rod is connected with the second traveling mechanism through a rotating shaft assembly;
one end of the blade leveling fixing seat is connected with the other end of the first left supporting rod through a bolt, and the other end of the blade leveling fixing seat is connected with the other end of the second right supporting rod through a bolt.

The apparatus and method for leveling concrete pavement according to claim 5, wherein one end of the first adjusting strut is connected to the first traveling mechanism through the first rod body rotating shaft seat, the first adjusting strut is provided with a plurality of first adjusting strut positioning holes, the first left strut is provided with a plurality of first strut positioning holes, and the first adjusting strut is connected to the first left strut through the first strut bolt assembly;
one end of the second adjusting support rod is connected with the second advancing mechanism through the second rod body rotating shaft seat, a plurality of second adjusting support rod positioning holes are formed in the second adjusting support rod, a plurality of second support rod positioning holes are formed in the second right support rod, and the second adjusting support rod is connected with the second right support rod through the second support bolt assembly.

The concrete highway pavement leveling device and method according to claim 5, wherein the blade leveling fixing seat comprises an inverted U-shaped lifting fixing plate, a first fixing rod column and a second fixing rod column are respectively connected to two sides of the inverted U-shaped lifting fixing plate, and the end part of the first fixing rod column and the end part of the second fixing rod column are both provided with threads;
the lifting positioning base comprises a lifting module positioning plate and an outward extending fixing steel plate connected to one side of the lifting module positioning plate, a plurality of first outward extending positioning holes are formed in the outward extending fixing steel plate, and a plurality of groups of second outward extending positioning holes are formed in the inverted U-shaped lifting fixing plate;
the overhanging fixed steel plate is connected with the inverted U-shaped lifting fixed plate through a plurality of overhanging positioning bolts, and the screw rods of the overhanging positioning bolts penetrate through the first overhanging positioning holes and the second overhanging positioning holes.

The apparatus and method for leveling pavement of concrete road according to claim 7, wherein the motor lifting module mechanism comprises a lifting driving motor, a lifting main rod body and a lifting rack connected to the lifting main rod body, the lifting driving motor is connected to the side end of the positioning plate of the lifting module, and the lifting driving motor is connected to the lifting rack through a lifting gear assembly; the lifting main rod body passes through the lifting module positioning plate;
the lifting driving motor is connected with the leveling power mechanism through a lifting driving circuit, an electromagnetic relay and a power-on switch receiver are arranged on the lifting driving circuit, the power-on switch receiver is matched with a handheld controller, and a power-on switch emitter is arranged in the handheld controller.

The concrete highway pavement leveling apparatus and method according to claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped fan blade assembly comprises a fan blade support frame, the fan blade support frame is in a cross shape, and the upper end of the fan blade support frame is connected with a first fan blade motor through a fan blade transmission gear;
the lower end of the fan blade support frame is provided with an arc-shaped flat fan blade shell, and the flat fan blade shell is connected with the fan blade support frame through a buffer spring connecting rod assembly;
and the side end of the first travelling mechanism is provided with an auxiliary travelling supporting rod frame which is in an inverted L-shaped rod shape.
10. The apparatus and method of claim 1, wherein the overall method comprises the steps of:
step A, using a tractor to pull the concrete highway pavement leveling equipment to an area needing construction;
b, determining the position of the highway pavement leveling equipment, and starting a leveling power mechanism and a traveling power mechanism;
step C, the first advancing mechanism and the second advancing mechanism advance, two leveling roller assemblies in the leveling and compacting device compact and level the road surface, and arc-shaped fan blade assemblies in the blade leveling device press and grind the road surface;
step D, the first advancing mechanism and the second advancing mechanism retreat, the arc-shaped fan blade assembly in the blade flattening device firstly presses and grinds the road surface, and then two flattening roller assemblies in the flattening compaction device compact and flatten the road surface; when the blade leveling device is used for pressing and grinding the road surface, the fine adjustment ascending or fine adjustment descending of a lifting main rod body in a motor lifting module mechanism is controlled through a handheld controller, and the pressing and grinding degree of the arc-shaped blade assembly is determined;
step E, according to the leveling condition of the road surface, if the road surface leveling does not meet the construction standard, repeating the step C or the step D; and F, if the road surface meets the construction standard, repeating the step F.
