And spraying the mixture E into the first stirring kettle in a mist form under the condition of compressed air, wherein the first stirring kettle is always in a stirring state when the mixture E is sprayed.
As shown in fig. 2, the construction method of the super-strong binding force environment-friendly waterproof material comprises the following steps:
cleaning the construction surface layer, leveling the construction surface layer, roughening the leveled construction surface layer, and cleaning floating ash on the roughened construction surface layer;
coating a treating agent on the construction surface layer after floating ash cleaning, wherein the treating agent is prepared on site by adopting a method of diluting waterproof paint by adding water;
brushing the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong bonding force on the construction surface layer coated with the treating agent, and brushing for 3-4 times to form a film; each brushing is carried out after the last brushing is dried;
the construction of the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong bonding force is completed.
The brushing direction of each time is perpendicular to the brushing direction of the last time.

in conclusion, the binder consisting of the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the polyethylene glycol, the aminosiloxane and the basalt fiber is added into the base material, the binder has the characteristics of no seam, impermeability, cracking resistance and the like, the improvement of the binding power of the waterproof material is facilitated, the waterproof binding strength is high, no hollowing is generated after the binding, the basalt fiber is combined, the waterproof material has the characteristic of high strength, the modified porous silicon dioxide particles further improve the material serving as a reinforcing center, the connection tightness of the waterproof material can be greatly improved, and the coated waterproof material is not easy to break or seep water.

The super-strong binding force environment-friendly waterproof material is characterized in that: the super-strong binding force environment-friendly waterproof material comprises, by weight, 40-60 parts of base materials, 15-30 parts of binding agents, 10-20 parts of fillers, 14-23 parts of auxiliary agents and 15-25 parts of modified porous silica particles;
the binder comprises 5-10 parts of hydroxyethyl methylcellulose, 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol and 5-10 parts of aminosiloxane; the modified porous silicon dioxide particles are prepared by reacting tetraethoxysilane to prepare porous silicon dioxide particles and then grafting, polymerizing and extending acrylic acid;
the preparation method of the modified porous silica particles comprises the following steps: ammonia water with the mass fraction of 25%, absolute ethyl alcohol and pure water are mixed according to the proportion of 3:5:2, uniformly mixing, adding ethyl orthosilicate with the mass of 0.18-0.22 time of that of absolute ethyl alcohol, reacting for 2-3h at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ and the rotating speed of 500-800r/min, filtering, sequentially washing for 3-5 times by using deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol respectively, drying for 6-8h at the temperature of-10 to-1 ℃ and the pressure of 5-10Pa to prepare nano silicon dioxide, and mixing the nano silicon dioxide and the water according to the mass ratio of 1:10, uniformly mixing, adding sodium hydroxide with the mass of 0.5-0.6 time of that of the nano silicon dioxide, reacting for 22-24h under the ultrasonic vibration of 30-40kHz at 50-60 ℃, filtering, washing for 3-5 times by using pure water and absolute ethyl alcohol in sequence, drying for 6-8h at-10-1 ℃ and the pressure of 5-10Pa to prepare porous silicon dioxide particles, and mixing the porous silicon dioxide particles, acrylic acid and water according to the mass ratio of 1:2:5, uniformly mixing, stirring at the rotating speed of 1000-1600r/min for 2-3h at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, filtering, washing for 3-5 times by using absolute ethyl alcohol, then placing in a reaction kettle taking polytetrafluoroethylene as a substrate, adding 2, 4-pentadienoic acid with the mass of 0.01-0.03 time of that of porous silicon dioxide particles and pure water with the mass of 8-10 times of that of the porous silicon dioxide particles, reacting for 20-24h at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ and the ultrasonic vibration frequency of 30-40kHz, cooling to 10-20 ℃ for filtering, washing for 3-5 times by using absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying for 4-6h at the temperature of 1-5 ℃ and the pressure of 5-10Pa to prepare the water-based porous silicon dioxide;
the base material comprises acrylate emulsion and synthetic rubber; 20-30 parts of the acrylate emulsion and 20-30 parts of the synthetic rubber; the filler comprises basalt fibers and rubber powder; 5-10 parts of basalt fibers and 5-10 parts of rubber powder; the auxiliary agent comprises a toughening agent, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent and a thickening agent; 5-8 parts of a toughening agent, 3-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 3-5 parts of a dispersing agent and 3-5 parts of a thickening agent.
2. The method for preparing the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong adhesive force according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing corresponding parts of acrylate emulsion, synthetic rubber, hydroxyethyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, aminosiloxane, basalt fiber, rubber powder, a toughening agent, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent and modified porous silica particles for later use;
putting the acrylate emulsion and the synthetic rubber into a first stirring kettle for mixing to obtain a mixture A;
putting hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol and aminosiloxane into the first stirring kettle to be mixed with the mixture A to obtain a mixture B;
putting the basalt fibers and the rubber powder into a second stirring kettle for mixing to prepare a mixture C;
putting the mixture C into the first stirring kettle to be mixed with the mixture B to obtain a mixture D;
adding the toughening agent, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent and the thickening agent into a third stirring kettle for mixing to prepare a mixture E;
putting the mixture E and the modified porous silicon dioxide particles into the first stirring kettle to be mixed with the mixture D, so as to prepare the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong binding power;
and (6) filling.

The method for preparing the super-strong binding force environment-friendly waterproof material according to claim 2, characterized in that: and spraying the mixture E into the first stirring kettle in a mist form under the condition of compressed air, and keeping the first stirring kettle in a stirring state all the time when the mixture E is sprayed.
4. The construction method of the super-strong binding force environment-friendly waterproof material according to claim 1, wherein: the construction method comprises the following steps:
cleaning the construction surface layer, flattening the construction surface layer, roughening the flattened construction surface layer, and cleaning floating ash on the roughened construction surface layer;
coating a treating agent on the construction surface layer after floating ash cleaning, wherein the treating agent is prepared on site by adopting a method of diluting waterproof paint by adding water;
brushing the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong bonding force on the construction surface layer coated with the treating agent, and brushing for 3-4 times to form a film; each brushing is carried out after the last brushing is dried;
the construction of the environment-friendly waterproof material with super-strong bonding force is completed.
