Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to an acid coagulation preparation method of medical latex gloves.
Background
At present, materials used for preparing the medical gloves are mainly natural latex, artificially synthesized rubber, PVC and the like, and some enterprises and research and development institutions begin to try to prepare the medical gloves by using polyurethane as a raw material; the natural latex is polyisoprene produced from hevea trees, wherein the cis-1, 4-polyisoprene content is as high as 99 percent, which endows the natural rubber with excellent flexibility and skin-friendly property, and the natural latex medical gloves are still the mainstream products in the market although the natural latex products have peculiar smell and sensitization;
the medical gloves are mostly prepared by adopting a coagulant coagulation method, and the currently used coagulant is divalent or trivalent metal salt, such as anhydrous calcium chloride and calcium nitrate. However, divalent or trivalent metal ions are condensed into polyvalent metal ions to generate complex crosslinking with hydrophilic ions on the surfaces of micelles in natural latex, synthetic rubber or other synthetic materials, so that the stability of the micelles is damaged and the micelles are solidified, and the solidification method can cause the solidified product to be hard, the fusion of micelle particles is poor, the strength is low, defects are easy to occur, and medical workers cannot be well protected.

The embodiment provides an acid coagulation preparation method of medical latex gloves, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of nitrile rubber, 25 parts of water, 6 parts of acid coagulation liquid, 6 parts of a release agent, 5 parts of a stabilizer, 8 parts of a defoaming agent, 6 parts of an anti-aging agent and 2 parts of a coloring agent.
The method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, namely preparing the raw materials into latex;
s2: washing the mould, namely washing the mould of the medical latex glove;
s3: drying the mould, namely drying the cleaned mould at the temperature of 95 ℃;
s4: soaking latex, namely soaking the dried mould in latex solution of the medical latex glove to enable the surface of the ceramic mould to be covered with a layer of latex to form the latex glove;
s5: dipping acid coagulation liquid, vertically inserting the latex gloves dipped with latex into the acid coagulation liquid, wherein the acid coagulation liquid is prepared by putting formic acid, acrylic acid, hypochlorous acid and a dispersing agent into a stirrer for stirring, the rotating speed of the stirrer is 280 revolutions per minute, stirring is carried out for 50 minutes, simultaneously, water can be added for diluting according to needs, and the latex gloves need to be repeatedly and vertically put into an acid coagulation liquid pool, so that the acid coagulation liquid is uniformly attached to the unformed latex gloves;
s6: crimping, namely crimping the opening of the latex glove formed on the die in the step S5 by a crimping device;
s7: drying and vulcanizing, wherein the specific temperature of the drying and vulcanizing treatment is 200 ℃, and the pressure is controlled to be 15 MPa;
s8: water cooling, namely soaking the latex gloves obtained in the step S9 in cold water to cool, wherein the water cooling temperature is 18-25 ℃, and water can be replaced by disinfectant or soapy water;
s9: drying, namely drying the latex gloves cooled by water in the step S7 to remove surface moisture at the temperature of 60 ℃;
s10: and (4) demolding, namely taking the latex gloves off the ceramic mold, and then packaging to finish the production of the medical latex gloves.
Comparing conventional latex gloves with latex gloves prepared in examples one to five, the following table was prepared for examples one to five:
as can be seen from the above table, the acid coagulation preparation method for medical latex gloves according to the present invention is significantly improved, and the fourth embodiment is the best embodiment.
