thirdly, a molecular sieve screen is often used in the treatment process, the molecular sieve screen has higher cost, and the molecular sieve is matched with a reagent, so that the treatment cost is increased

The water entering the filter chamber 17 is filtered by the primary filtration of the coarse filter plate 59 to filter larger particle impurities, and then filtered by the fine filter plate 58 to filter fine particle impurities, so that insoluble impurities in the water can be filtered completely, the water filtered by the particle impurities falls onto the ion exchange membrane 45 through the small holes of the filter plate 16, metal ions are finely filtered by the multilayer ion exchange membrane 45, the use of chemical reagents can be reduced, and the pollution of reaction substances is avoided, when the particle impurities on the filter plate 16 are accumulated too much, the particle impurities press the slide rod of the telescopic rod 43 to contract, the telescopic spring 44 is compressed, meanwhile, the telescopic rod 43 drives the folding plate 47 to rotate through the folding plate steel wire rope 46, so that the folding plate 47 is opened, the filter plate 16 is rotated by the bulge far away from the filter slag groove 28 in the sliding process of the filter plate 16, and the particle impurities on the filter plate 16 slide into the filter residue drawer 30 through the folding plate 47 and the inverted filter slag port 29, because the filter 16 can produce certain gap with the lateral wall of filter chamber 17 at the pivoted in-process, fall the particulate impurity on the filter 16 on ion exchange membrane 45 easily, filter the sediment groove 28 through folded sheet 47 extension can prevent that particulate impurity from being fallen on ion exchange membrane 45, because the water that passes through filter 16 when folded sheet 47 is opened can flow into in the filter residue drawer 30 through folded sheet 47, the folded sheet 47 of packing up can block water and enter into filter residue drawer 30 through folded sheet 47 with falling filter residue mouth 29, expanding spring 44 resumes to drive filter 16 and resets after the impurity clearance on the filter 16.
The water filtered by the ion exchange membrane 45 is adsorbed and purified by the four layers of activated carbon 12, the purified water is discharged into the water inlet cavity 31 and discharged out through the external connecting pipe of the water outlet port 32, meanwhile, the heater 55 is heated, the one-way valve 56 is opened, the filtered water in the purified water cavity 11 enters a part of the steam cavity 50, the water enters the steam cavity 50 and then presses the gravity supporting plate 54 to slide, the gravity spring 53 is compressed until the gravity supporting plate 54 touches and presses the pressure sensor 51, the pressure sensor 51 closes the one-way valve 56, so that the water in the steam cavity 50 is heated into steam, the steam enters each steam groove 33 through the steam through pipe 34, the steam in the steam groove 33 acts on the corresponding activated carbon 12 through the steam branch pipe 13, so that the activated carbon 12 is subjected to activity recovery treatment, and the temperature of the water after passing through the freezing cavity 22 can be reduced, the activity between molecules is low, the effect is poor when the ion exchange membrane 45 is used for filtering, the water vapor generated in the vapor cavity 50 can not only enable the activated carbon 12 to be recycled, but also enable the temperature in the whole water purifying cavity 11 and the filter cavity 17 to be increased, the temperature of the water passing through the oil filter plate 21 is increased, and the ion exchange membrane 45 can be used for filtering metal ions more effectively.
