Abstract
The invention discloses a method for avoiding flanging during edge cutting of an O-state aluminum foil, which comprises the steps of firstly controlling the difference value between the inner diameters of 1060 aluminum foil sleeves to avoid single-point superposed flanging of 1060 aluminum foil edges caused by sleeve out-of-round, then controlling the edge cutting temperature and the gap value and the overlapping amount of a cutter edge to avoid vertical edge flanging of 1060 aluminum foil edges after shearing caused by the fact that 1060 aluminum foils are soft and have different plate types and tightness, and finally uniformly winding 1060 aluminum foils by controlling the winding tension of a winding roller to avoid flanging caused by excessive stress of 1060 aluminum foil edges caused by excessive winding tension.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an improvement method in an aluminum foil production process, in particular to a method for avoiding flanging during trimming of an O-shaped aluminum foil.
Background
The 1060 aluminum foil is completely annealed to O state, the ultimate tensile strength is between 60-90 Mpa, and because the 1060 aluminum foil is soft in material roll, the aluminum foil is easy to turn over when trimming is carried out under the state, and the main turning-over is represented as two types: (1)1060 the edge of the aluminum foil produces single-point overlapping flanging; (2) and after rolling, continuously flanging the edge of the whole roll 1060 of the aluminum foil. The 1060 aluminum foil with flanging can not be smoothly subjected to subsequent processes of rolling, fin punching and the like, so that the 1060 aluminum foil can be scrapped or reformed, and the yield of the 1060 aluminum foil is seriously influenced.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a method for avoiding flanging during the edge cutting of an O-shaped aluminum foil.
A method for avoiding flanging during edge cutting of an O-shaped aluminum foil comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: placing 1060 aluminum foil on an unwinding roller in a shearing machine, wherein a sleeve of the 1060 aluminum foil is an aluminum sleeve, and the difference range of the inner diameters of the aluminum sleeve is +/-2 mm;
step two: opening the shearing machine to perform reverse trimming on the 1060 aluminum foil edge, and controlling the trimming temperature of the shearing machine to be below 60 ℃;
step three: compacting 1060 aluminum foil by pressing rollers at two ends of a cutter in the shearing process, wherein the cutter edge clearance value and the cutter edge overlapping amount of the cutter are respectively given according to 10 +/-2% and 20 +/-5% of the thickness of 1060 aluminum foil;
step four: the 1060 aluminum foil after the edge cutting is finished is wound up by a winding roller in a shearing machine, and the winding tension of the winding roller is 0.8 +/-0.3 kg/mm2。
Preferably, the 1060 aluminum foil sleeve of step one is a steel sleeve, and the difference between the inner diameters of the steel sleeve is ± 1 mm.
Preferably, the trimming temperature of the shearing machine in the second step is 50 ℃.
Preferably, the value of the knife edge gap of the cutter in step three is given as 10% of the 1060 aluminium foil thickness.
Preferably, the knife edge overlap of the cutter in step three is given by 20% of the 1060 aluminium foil thickness.

step three: compacting 1060 aluminum foil by pressing rollers at two ends of a cutter in the shearing process, wherein the cutter edge clearance value and the cutter edge overlapping amount of the cutter are respectively given according to 10 +/-2% and 20 +/-5% of the thickness of 1060 aluminum foil;
step four: the 1060 aluminum foil after the edge cutting is finished is wound up by a winding roller in a shearing machine, and the winding tension of the winding roller is 0.8 +/-0.3 kg/mm2。

step two: opening the shearing machine to perform reverse trimming on the 1060 aluminum foil edge, and controlling the trimming temperature of the shearing machine to be below 60 ℃;
step three: compacting 1060 aluminum foil by pressing rollers at two ends of a cutter in the shearing process, wherein the cutter edge clearance value and the cutter edge overlapping amount of the cutter are respectively given according to 10 +/-2% and 20 +/-5% of the thickness of 1060 aluminum foil;
step four: the 1060 aluminum foil after the edge cutting is finished is wound up by a winding roller in a shearing machine, and the winding tension of the winding roller is 0.8 +/-0.3 kg/mm2。
2. The method for avoiding the flanging during the trimming of the O-shaped aluminum foil as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the first step, the 1060 sleeve of the aluminum foil is a steel sleeve, and the difference between the inner diameters of the steel sleeve is ± 1 mm.
3. The method for avoiding the flanging during the trimming of the O-shaped aluminum foil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the trimming temperature of the shearing machine in the second step is 50 ℃.
4. The method for avoiding the occurrence of the flanging during the edge cutting of the O-shaped aluminum foil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the value of the blade gap of the cutter in the third step is given by 10% of the thickness of 1060 aluminum foil.
5. The method for avoiding the occurrence of the flanging during the edge cutting of the O-shaped aluminum foil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blade overlapping amount of the cutting knife in the step three is given by 20% of the thickness of 1060 aluminum foil.
6. The method for avoiding the occurrence of the flanging during the edge cutting of the O-shaped aluminum foil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the winding tension of the winding roller in the fourth step is 0.8kg/mm2。
