Abstract

The tire tread cleaning device comprises a main frame, wherein a tread tensioning device is arranged on the main frame, an annular tread is tensioned through the tread tensioning device, and a tread polishing device, a tread cleaning device and a tire shoulder polishing device are arranged on the inner side of the annular tread; and a tread carrier roller is arranged at the lower part of the tread polishing device on the outer side of the annular tread. Background
With the continuous development of the tire retreading industry, the technology of attaching the tire body to the tread is continuously being renovated. The traditional tyre retreading industry basically uses a strip-shaped tread to be attached to a waste tyre body to realize the retreading and recycling of the tyre. The advent of endless annular treads now further improves the control accuracy and fit tightness of retreaded tire tread fit pretension. The tread tensioning device 2 comprises a tread driving motor 21, a driving roller I22, a driving roller II 23 and a tensioning roller 24, wherein the tread driving motor 21 outputs power to the driving roller I22 and the driving roller II 23 through chain transmission; the tensioning roller 24 is arranged on the upper portions of the first driving roller 22 and the second driving roller 23, and a tensioning cylinder 25 is arranged to drive the tensioning roller 24 to move up and down to tension the annular tire surface 8.
The tread grinding device 3 comprises a grinding roller 31 and a grinding motor 33, the grinding motor 33 drives the grinding roller 31 to grind the inner side of the annular tread 8 through belt transmission, a grinding cover 32 covers the grinding roller 31, and the grinding cover 32 is connected with a negative pressure dust suction machine.
The tread carrier roller 9 comprises an arc-shaped structure 91 consisting of 3 cylindrical rollers and having a low middle part and high two sides, and a carrier roller cylinder 92 is arranged at the lower part of the arc-shaped structure 91 and is used for supporting the annular tread 8 in the grinding operation of the grinding roller 31. The device can press the tire tread on the grinding wheel with certain pretightening force when the tire tread is ground, and the wrap angle size of the tire tread on the grinding wheel can be changed by adjusting the relative positions of the three cylindrical rollers, so that the grinding pressing force is locked, the contact between the tire tread and the grinding wheel is changed into surface contact, the grinding stability is increased, the grinding efficiency is greatly improved, and the uniformity of the thickness of the ground tire tread is ensured.
The shoulder grinding device 5 comprises a guide rail 51 and two side grinding rollers 52, wherein the side grinding rollers 52 are obliquely arranged and slide along the guide rail 51, and the side faces of the annular tire surface 8 are clamped through two springs.
The tread sweeping device 4 comprises a brush roller 41, an outer cover 42 is arranged on the brush roller 41, the outer cover 42 is connected with a vacuum machine through a pipeline, the brush roller 41 is connected with a brush roller motor 43, and the brush roller 41 is driven to rotationally sweep the ground tread 8. Two sets of the tread sweeping devices 4 are provided.
After the tread 8 is tensioned, the tread rotates anticlockwise under the driving of the first driving roller 22 and the second driving roller 23, the tire shoulder grinding roller 31 is used for grinding, then the tread carrier roller 9 supports the tread 8, the tread 8 is used for grinding by the grinding roller 31 of the tread 8, and the tread 8 is cleaned through the two brush rollers 41 to complete the grinding process of the annular tread 8. The main control machine 6 controls the grinding speed, the rotating speed of the brush roller 41 and the movement of each air cylinder in the whole process.
