The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the polishing device is used, a magnetic steel workpiece 12 to be polished is placed at the top of the mounting seat 13, then any rotating rod 17 is rotated, the rotating rod 17 drives the bevel gear 16 to rotate, due to the meshing effect between the bevel gear 16 and the rack 15, the annular plate 14 rotates while the rotating rod 17 rotates, the annular plate 14 drives the annular strip 18 at the top of the annular plate to rotate, under the matching effect of the annular strip 18 and the grooves at the bottom of the clamping blocks 19, the three clamping blocks 19 can simultaneously move inwards or outwards, the clamping blocks 19 gradually move towards the magnetic steel workpiece 12 by moving the three clamping blocks 19 inwards, the magnetic steel workpiece 12 is preliminarily limited by the three clamping blocks 19, the circle center of the magnetic steel workpiece 12 corresponds to the circle center of the mounting seat 13, so that when the first polishing block 10 and the second polishing block 27 do circular motion, the magnetic steel workpiece 12 can be polished well, and after the magnetic steel workpiece 12 is limited by the three clamping blocks 19, the position of the second grinding block 27 is adjusted according to the inner diameter of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, when the second grinding block 27 is adjusted, the second lead screw 23 is rotated, the second lead screw 23 drives the lifting block 24 to move downwards, the push rod 26 can push the second grinding block 27 outwards at the moment, so that the second grinding block 27 is attached to the inner side of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, the second grinding block 27 drives the four cross rods 28 to move synchronously while the push rod 26 pushes outwards, the four cross rods 28 ensure the stability of the horizontal movement of the second grinding block 27, meanwhile, the connection strength of the second grinding block 27 is enhanced, so that the second grinding block 27 can be used stably, after the position of the second grinding block 27 is adjusted, the lifting cylinder 3 is started, the lifting cylinder 3 drives the circular cylinder 4 to descend, the pressing plate 5 at the bottom of the circular cylinder 4 is pressed on the top of the magnetic steel workpiece 12 to extrude the magnetic steel workpiece 12, thereby fixing the position of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, after the fixing is completed, reversely rotating the rotating rod 17 to make the three clamping blocks 19 move outwards to ensure that the use of the first polishing block 10 is not influenced, then adjusting the position of the first polishing block 10, when adjusting the first polishing block 10, rotating the first screw rod 11, the first screw rod 11 making the first polishing block 10 move towards one side of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, after the first polishing block 10 is attached to the outer side of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, stopping rotating the first screw rod 11, then simultaneously starting the first polishing motor 8 and the second polishing motor 21, the first polishing motor 8 making the driving gear 9 rotate, due to the meshing action between the driving gear 9 and the toothed ring 7, the toothed ring 7 driving the rotating disc 6 and the first polishing block 10 to rotate, the first polishing block 10 polishing the outer side of the magnetic steel workpiece 12, second grinding motor 21 drives rotation post 22 and second grinding block 27 rotatoryly, second grinding block 27 just polishes the inboard of magnet steel work piece 12, the sweeps that second grinding block 27 polished magnet steel work piece 12 and produced can be through the inside of mount pad 13 inside that falls into to sweeps collecting vat 29 downwards, then fall into the inside that the box 30 was collected to the sweeps, utilize sweeps to collect box 30 and collect the sweeps, polish and accomplish the back, close first grinding motor 8 and second grinding motor 21, utilize lift cylinder 3 to upwards remove cylinder 4, then take out magnet steel work piece 12 can.
