When the wheel hub polishing machine is used, a wheel hub is positioned and placed on a workbench 1, the axial lead of the wheel hub and the axial lead of a disc seat 7 are in the same straight line, a piston rod of an air cylinder 11 pushes the disc seat 7 to move downwards, a double fixing component 10 moves downwards along with the movement and extends into an inner cavity of the wheel hub, a first driving mechanism works, a first circular-arc rack 66 drives all rotating gears 63 to synchronously rotate along with the first circular-arc rack, each T-shaped sliding block 62 drives a vertical plate 101 to move, all square abutting blocks 103 extend and abut against the inner surface of the wheel hub in the circumferential direction, the wheel hub is fixed on the workbench 1, an outer polishing block 88 adjusts the height through a first telescopic rod, an outer polishing block 88 is aligned with the outer surface of the wheel hub, a second telescopic rod adjusts the outer polishing block 88 to abut against the outer surface of the wheel hub, a second driving mechanism works, a driving gear 810 drives a second circular-ring rack 89 to rotate, the outer polishing block 88 moves along with the second circular-arc rack to polish the outer peripheral surface of the wheel hub, grinding uniformly, after the outer peripheral surface of the hub is ground, the outer grinding block 88 returns to the original position, the first driving mechanism works to enable all the square abutting blocks 103 to contract circumferentially, the piston rod of the air cylinder 11 pushes the disc seat 7 to move upwards, the double fixing assemblies 10 move upwards to leave the inner cavity of the hub, the first driving mechanism works, all the square abutting blocks 103 extend circumferentially until the diameter of the circumference is larger than the outer diameter of the hub, the piston rod of the air cylinder 11 pushes the disc seat 7 to move downwards, the inner grinding block 97 extends into the inner cavity of the hub, all the V-shaped clamping claws 102 are arranged on the outer periphery of the hub, the first driving mechanism works to enable all the V-shaped clamping claws 102 to be clamped on the outer surface of the hub, the third electric telescopic rod 94 adjusts the inner grinding block 97 to be aligned with the inner surface of the hub, the fourth telescopic rod adjusts the inner grinding block 97 to abut against the outer surface of the hub, the third driving mechanism works, the inner grinding block 97 performs circular motion to grind the inner peripheral surface of the hub, grinding is uniform, after the inner peripheral surface of the hub is ground, the inner grinding block 97 returns to the original position, and the hub is dismounted; according to the operation, the hub does not need to be moved, the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the hub can be polished, the moving times of the hub are reduced, the labor intensity is low, time and labor are saved, and the polishing efficiency is improved; the wheel hub is fixed well, and the polishing quality is improved; the polishing device is high in utilization rate, resources are reasonably utilized, and the practicability is good.

Claims (8)

1. A grinding device for hub machining is characterized by comprising:
a working table is arranged on the upper portion of the machine body,
lower support columns arranged at four corners of the top surface of the workbench,
a mounting plate arranged at the top end of the lower support column,
upper supporting columns arranged at four corners of the top surface of the mounting plate,
a top plate arranged at the top end of the upper supporting column,
a cylinder which is arranged in the middle of the top plate and the piston rod of which is arranged downwards,
a disc seat which is arranged in the middle of the mounting plate in a sliding way and is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the cylinder,
a circumferential telescopic component which is arranged on the disc seat and can circumferentially stretch,
an outer side grinding component which is arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate and can rotate circumferentially,
an inner side polishing component which is arranged in the middle of the bottom surface of the disc seat and can rotate circumferentially,
the double fixing components are arranged on the circumferential telescopic components and can fix the outer circumferential surface or the inner circumferential surface of the hub;
the double-fixing assembly is arranged between the workbench and the disc seat, the outer side polishing assembly is arranged at the periphery of the disc seat, a piston rod of the air cylinder drives the double-fixing assembly to move up and down, the circumference telescopic assembly drives the double-fixing assembly to do circumferential telescopic motion, the double-fixing assembly fixes the wheel hub on the workbench, the outer side polishing assembly polishes the outer surface of the wheel hub, and the inner side polishing assembly polishes the inner surface of the wheel hub.
2. The grinding device for hub machining according to claim 1, wherein the double fixing assemblies comprise a plurality of vertical plates which are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction, a V-shaped clamping claw clamped on the inner surface of the hub is arranged on the lower portion of the plate surface of each vertical plate facing the axial lead of the disc seat, a square abutting block abutted against the outer surface of the hub is arranged on the lower portion of the plate surface of each vertical plate far away from the axial lead of the disc seat, and the circumference telescopic assemblies drive all the vertical plates to move horizontally and all the vertical plates to be on the same circumference.
3. A hub tooling grinding apparatus according to claim 1 and wherein said outboard grinding assembly includes:
a T-shaped circular ring rotary groove which is arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate and is coaxial with the circular disc seat,
a T-shaped circular cylinder coaxially and rotatably arranged in the T-shaped circular ring rotary groove,
a circular connecting cylinder coaxially and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the T-shaped circular cylinder,
an arc-shaped clamping plate coaxially and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the circular connecting cylinder,
a first fixed seat fixedly arranged on the arc-shaped clamping plate,
a vertical groove arranged on the bottom surface of the first fixed seat,
a first electric telescopic rod which is fixedly arranged in the vertical groove and the telescopic part is vertically arranged downwards,
a second fixed seat fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the telescopic part of the first electric telescopic rod,
a first horizontal groove arranged on the side surface of the second fixed seat facing the axial lead of the disc seat,
a second electric telescopic rod which is fixedly arranged in the first horizontal groove and the telescopic part is horizontally arranged towards the direction of the axis of the disc seat,
an outer grinding block fixedly arranged on the telescopic part of the second electric telescopic rod,
a second circular rack which is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the peripheral surface of the circular connecting cylinder and the teeth of which are arranged towards the direction far away from the axial lead of the circular disc seat,
a driving gear meshed with the second circular rack,
a mounting groove which is arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate and is positioned outside the T-shaped circular ring rotary groove,
the second driving mechanism is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove and is fixedly connected with the driving gear;
the grinding device comprises a driving gear, a second circular rack, a T-shaped circular cylinder, a first electric telescopic rod, an outer grinding block, a second telescopic rod and a second driving mechanism, wherein the driving gear rotates along with the second driving mechanism, the second circular rack rotates along with the rotation of the driving gear, the T-shaped circular cylinder rotates along with the rotation of the second circular rack along with a T-shaped circular rotating groove, the first electric telescopic rod rotates along with the rotation of the second circular rack in a circumferential mode, the outer grinding block rotates along with the rotation of the first telescopic rod, the first telescopic rod can enable the outer grinding block to vertically move up and down, and the second telescopic rod can enable the outer grinding block to horizontally move.
4. A hub tooling grinding apparatus according to claim 1 and wherein said inboard grinding assembly includes:
a fixed ring seat arranged on the axis of the bottom surface of the disc seat,
a T-shaped circular chute coaxially arranged on the bottom surface of the fixed ring seat,
a plurality of T-shaped sliding arc blocks which are circumferentially and evenly arranged in the T-shaped circular sliding groove in a sliding way,
an I-shaped arc fixing block arranged at the bottom end of each T-shaped sliding arc block,
a third electric telescopic rod which is fixedly arranged on the I-shaped arc fixing block and the telescopic part of which is vertically arranged downwards,
a third fixed seat fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the telescopic part of the third electric telescopic rod,
a second horizontal groove arranged on one side surface of the third fixed seat,
a fourth electric telescopic rod which is fixedly arranged in the second horizontal groove and is horizontally arranged in the direction of the telescopic part far away from the axial lead of the disc seat,
an inner grinding block fixedly arranged on the telescopic part of the fourth electric telescopic rod,
the third driving mechanism is fixedly arranged in the inner cavity of the fixed ring seat, and the output end of the third driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the fixed part of the third electric telescopic rod;
third electric telescopic handle and fixed ring seat, second actuating mechanism coaxial arrangement, third electric telescopic handle rotates along with third actuating mechanism, and all "worker" type solid arc pieces are circumferential movement along with third electric telescopic handle's rotation, and all T type slip arc pieces are circumferential motion in T type ring spout, interior piece of polishing rotates along with third electric telescopic handle's rotation, vertical removal about the piece of polishing in third electric telescopic handle can making, the fourth telescopic link can make interior piece horizontal migration of polishing.
5. A hub tooling grinding apparatus as defined in claim 2 wherein said circumferential expansion assembly includes:
a plurality of T-shaped chutes which are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the disc seat in the circumferential direction,
a cylindrical inner cavity which is coaxially arranged in the disc seat and communicated with the upper part of the T-shaped chute,
a screw rod horizontally and rotatably arranged at the upper part of each T-shaped sliding chute, a T-shaped sliding block which is arranged in each T-shaped sliding chute and is in threaded connection with the corresponding screw rod,
a rotating gear arranged in the cylindrical inner cavity and coaxial with each screw rod,
a rotating groove coaxially arranged at the top end of the cylindrical inner cavity,
a driving disk coaxially and rotatably arranged in the rotating groove and meshed with the rotating gear,
a fixing groove coaxially arranged at the top end of the rotating groove,
a first driving mechanism which is fixedly arranged in the fixed groove and is fixedly connected with the driving disc,
the fixing cap is fixedly arranged in the fixing groove and clamped and covered on the first driving mechanism;
all T-shaped sliding grooves are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the polishing assembly on the inner side along the circumferential direction, one end of each screw rod penetrates through the T-shaped sliding grooves in a rotatable mode and extends into the inner cavity of the cylinder to be fixedly connected with the corresponding screw rod, the fixing cap is fixedly connected with the piston rod of the air cylinder, one T-shaped sliding block corresponds to one vertical plate, the T-shaped sliding block is fixedly connected with the vertical plate, a first circular arc rack with a circular structure and teeth facing downwards is arranged at the bottom of the driving disc, the first circular arc rack is meshed with all the rotating gears, the driving disc rotates along with the first driving mechanism, the first circular arc rack drives all the rotating gears to rotate synchronously at the same speed, and each screw rod drives the corresponding T-shaped sliding block to move linearly and all the T-shaped sliding blocks to be on the same circumference.

The grinding device for hub machining according to claim 2, wherein when all the square abutting blocks abut against the inner surface of the hub to fix the hub on the workbench in use, the outer grinding assembly rotates to grind the outer surface of the hub; when all the V-shaped clamping claws are clamped on the outer surface of the hub to fix the hub on the workbench, the inner side grinding component rotates to grind the inner surface of the hub.

The grinding device for hub machining according to claim 2, wherein a V-shaped clamping pad is arranged on a V-shaped side surface of the V-shaped clamping claw facing the axial lead of the disc seat, a square abutting pad is arranged on a side surface of the square abutting block away from the axial lead of the disc seat, and the V-shaped clamping pad and the square abutting pad are both made of flexible anti-slip materials.
