Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary fitness method with an interactive function is characterized by comprising the following steps:
presetting control content and a preset action corresponding to the control content, wherein the preset action can be executed as a control instruction, and the execution result is the realization of the control content;
displaying a fitness course on the auxiliary fitness equipment;
the user sends out a control instruction based on a preset action corresponding to the control content;
the auxiliary fitness equipment acquires image data of a user;
the auxiliary fitness equipment acquires user action information according to the image data;
and comparing the user action information with the preset action, and executing a control instruction corresponding to the preset action.
2. The method for assisting in fitness according to claim 1, wherein the user issues the control command based on the preset action corresponding to the control command, and specifically comprises:
identifying a trigger instruction;
the control content and the preset action corresponding to the control content are displayed on the auxiliary fitness equipment;
and the user sends out a preset action corresponding to the control content as a control instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the image data of the user is acquired by the auxiliary fitness apparatus as real-time image data.
4. The method for assisting in fitness according to claim 1, wherein the step of comparing the user action information with a preset action and triggering a control command corresponding to the preset action comprises:
and comparing the user action information with a preset action, judging whether the action information is the same as the preset action, if so, acquiring action time of a user for sending a control instruction, comparing the action time with a preset time threshold, and if the action time is greater than or equal to the time threshold, executing the control instruction corresponding to the preset action.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the workout session is one or more of pre-recorded or generated in real-time or adjusted in real-time based on pre-recorded.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the control content comprises question and answer type control content and barrage type control content.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the control command corresponding to the predetermined action is executed, the user information and the control content executed by the user are displayed on the exercise assisting apparatus.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the control content is a question-answer type control content, the control content comprises a plurality of sub-control contents, each sub-control content corresponds to a sub-preset action, the sub-preset actions can be executed as control commands, the execution result is the realization of the sub-control content, and after the control commands corresponding to the sub-preset actions are executed, the number of users executing the same sub-control content is obtained and displayed on the auxiliary fitness equipment.
9. An auxiliary fitness system with interactive functionality, comprising the auxiliary fitness method according to any one of claims 1-8, the auxiliary fitness system comprising:
the display module is used for acquiring the fitness course and displaying the fitness course on the auxiliary fitness equipment;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring image data of a user through the auxiliary fitness equipment and acquiring action information of the user according to the image data;
the comparison module is used for judging whether the action information of the user is the same as the preset action corresponding to the preset control content or not and sending the comparison information to the execution module;
and the execution module is used for executing a control instruction corresponding to the preset action according to the comparison information, wherein the preset action can be executed as the control instruction, and the execution result is the realization of the control content.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the display module is further configured to display user information and control content executed by the user on the auxiliary exercise device after executing the control command corresponding to the predetermined action.
