A sports fitness leg exercise device is characterized by comprising a rack, a transmission gear, a rack, a turning shaft, a fixed seat and a power device, wherein the power device comprises a power frame, a switching frame, a sliding block, an elbow frame, a swing rod, a positioning block, a first lead screw, a first gear and a spring, the upper portion of the left side of the rack is provided with a seat, the upper portion of the right side of the rack is provided with a vertical plate, the lower portion of the right side of the vertical plate is provided with a backing plate, the upper portion of the right side of the vertical plate is provided with a rack sliding groove, the upper portion of the rack sliding groove is provided with a transmission shaft hole, the middle of the left side of the transmission gear is provided with a transmission shaft square hole, the side surface of the transmission shaft square hole is provided with a transmission shaft screw hole, the lower portion of the rack is provided with a rack sliding block, the right side of the rack is provided with a rack connecting plate, the middle of the fixed seat is provided with a fixed seat square hole, the lower side of the fixed seat is provided with a fixed seat screw hole, the upper portion is provided with a magic tape, the rack sliding block is connected with the rack sliding groove, the rack slides in the frame spout, the transmission shaft passes the transmission shaft hole from the right side, the transmission shaft rotates and connects the transmission shaft hole, drive gear rotates in the transmission shaft hole, drive gear and rack intermeshing, the partial sliding connection transmission shaft square hole of axle vertical section of turning, the turning slides in the transmission shaft square hole, connecting bolt in the transmission shaft screw, the bolt is together fixed with turning and drive gear, turning horizontal section sliding connection fixing base square hole, the fixing base slides along turning horizontal section, fixing base screw connecting bolt, the bolt is with fixing base and turning fixed connection, power device places on backing plate upper portion, rack connecting plate right side fixed connection slider left side.

The physical fitness leg exercise equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end face of the power frame is provided with four screw rod frames which are symmetrical up and down, left two screw rod frames and right two screw rod frames are respectively provided with coaxial screw rod holes, the right side of the lower portion of the power frame is provided with a motor base, the left side of the power frame is provided with a side plate, the front portion of the side plate is provided with a front plate, the front side of the front plate is provided with a second dovetail groove, and the right side of the front plate is provided with a first dovetail groove.

The leg exercising device for physical exercise according to claim 2, wherein the first screw is rotatably connected to the left screw hole at both sides, the second screw is rotatably connected to the right screw hole, the lower portion of the first screw passes through the screw hole and is fixedly connected with the first gear, the lower portion of the second screw passes through the screw hole and is fixedly connected with the second gear, the rear side of the motor is fixedly connected with the motor base, the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the third gear, the first gear and the second gear are meshed with each other, the second gear is meshed with the third gear, and the lower portion of the power frame is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the bottom plate.

The physical fitness leg exercise device according to claim 3, wherein the left side and the right side of the adapter frame are respectively provided with a nut, the upper portion of the adapter frame is provided with a cylinder, an adapter frame hole is formed in the middle of the cylinder, a guide rod is arranged on the upper portion of the cylinder, a slider shaft is arranged at the front portion of the slider, a rotating shaft is arranged on the upper portion of the slider, a first dovetail is arranged on the left side of the slider, the first dovetail is in sliding connection with a first dovetail groove, the first dovetail slides in the first dovetail groove, the adapter frame hole is rotatably connected with the slider shaft, the adapter frame hole rotates around the slider shaft, the nut is in threaded connection with a first lead screw on the same side, and the right side of the belt is fixedly connected with the rear portion of the slider.

The leg exercising apparatus for physical fitness according to claim 4, wherein the right side of the swing frame has a cross bar, the swing frame and the corners of the cross bar have swing frame holes, the lower portion of the swing frame hole has a guide groove, the right side of the cross bar has a cross bar pin, the left side of the swing bar has a swing bar pin, the right side of the swing bar has a swing bar hole, the middle of the positioning block has a threaded hole, the lower portion of the positioning block has a second dovetail, and the rotating shaft sequentially passes through the swing frame hole and the swing bar hole from inside to outside.

The physical fitness leg exercise equipment according to claim 5, wherein a rotating shaft is rotatably connected with a swing frame hole and a swing rod hole respectively, the swing frame hole and the swing rod hole rotate around the rotating shaft, a guide groove is slidably connected with a guide rod, a swing rod pin and a cross rod pin are fixedly connected to two sides of a spring respectively, a second dovetail is slidably connected with a second dovetail groove, the second dovetail slides in the second dovetail groove, and the threaded hole is fixedly connected with the second dovetail groove through a bolt.

The method of using a physical fitness leg exercise device as recited in claim 1, comprising the steps of: firstly, when the leg exercise machine is used, a user sits on the upper portion of a seat, the bolt in the screw hole of a transmission shaft is loosened to adjust the vertical position of a crank shaft, then the bolt is fastened to adapt to the leg length of the user, the bolt on the inner side of the screw hole of a fixed seat is loosened to adjust the left position and the right position of the fixed seat, then the bolt is fastened to adapt to the leg position of the user, and a motor is started to start exercise; secondly, the rotation angle of the transmission gear can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the positioning block, so that the exercise amplitude of a user is adjusted; and thirdly, the rotating speed of the motor can be adjusted to regulate the training speed of the user.
