Abstract
The invention provides a method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of reconstituted tobacco coating liquid. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) adding a scale inhibitor into the tobacco concentrated solution for heating and stirring treatment; 2) adding organic acid potassium salt, a lining material and the like into the solution prepared in 1) to prepare a coating liquid; the tobacco coating liquid prepared by the method is completely free of precipitation, the phenomenon that a centrifugal machine is used for carrying out precipitation treatment on the coating liquid in a production field is avoided, energy is saved, smooth production is guaranteed, meanwhile, the loss of effective substances of tobacco is reduced, and the quality of reconstituted tobacco is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of reconstituted tobacco by a paper-making method, and particularly relates to a method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of a reconstituted tobacco coating liquid.
Background
The paper-making method for reproducing tobacco leaf is characterized by that the waste tobacco material produced in the course of cigarette production of tobacco stem, tobacco powder or shredded tobacco flake is used as raw material, the tobacco flake powder and tobacco stem after water extraction are undergone the processes of mixing and pulping treatment, then the pulp material is fed on paper-making machine to make them into form, and the extract liquor is concentrated, etc. and then coated on the sheet base. The main procedures comprise: raw material pretreatment, extraction, coating liquid preparation, pulping, papermaking, slitting and packaging and the like.
The coating liquid preparation process is a key restriction process of the internal quality of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco, and the preparation process mainly comprises the step of adding substances such as lining materials, potassium salts (such as potassium citrate) and the like into the tobacco concentrated solution and mixing to obtain the tobacco coating liquid. The organic acid potassium salt is mainly added to improve the combustibility of the reconstituted tobacco. However, it was found that precipitation often occurred in the coating liquid tank and the pipe for transporting the coating liquid after the addition of the potassium salt in the preparation of the coating liquid. The precipitation can influence the production rhythm, and the pipeline is blockked up by the precipitate, reduces coating liquid pumping efficiency, can even cause the shut down because of the pipeline jam. The existing process condition is that the coating liquid is generally removed from the precipitate through a centrifugal machine, and the precipitate more or less wraps effective substances in the tobacco, so that the product quality of the reconstituted tobacco is influenced. There is no prior art to prevent precipitation.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of reconstituted tobacco coating liquid, so as to overcome the problems that the quality of reconstituted tobacco is influenced and the production cost is increased by treating the coating liquid by using a centrifugal machine in the prior art.
The applicant has found that the precipitation generated during the preparation of the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid is mainly caused by the fact that the tobacco raw material contains a certain amount of alkaline earth metal ions such as calcium and magnesium, and the alkaline earth metal ions further exist in the tobacco concentrated liquid in a free ionic state. In the process of preparing the coating liquid, alkaline earth metal ions and organic acid potassium salt in the tobacco concentrated liquid react to generate precipitation, further the viscosity of the coating liquid is increased, and the reconstituted tobacco obtained after coating is easy to generate quality problems such as stickiness, caking and the like.
In the invention, the antisludging agent is added into the tobacco concentrated solution in the process of preparing the coating liquid, and the antisludging agent and alkaline earth metal ions are subjected to a complex reaction, so that the alkaline earth metal ions and organic potassium are prevented from reacting to generate precipitates.
In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for solving the problem of precipitation generated during the preparation of reconstituted tobacco coating liquid, comprising the following steps:
1) adding the scale inhibitor into the tobacco concentrated solution, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
2) adding an organic acid potassium salt and a lining to the mixed solution prepared in step 1) to prepare a coating liquid.
Preferably, in step 1), the scale inhibitor is one or more of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, sodium pyrophosphate and sodium polyphosphate.
Preferably, in the step 1), the weight ratio of the scale inhibitor to the tobacco concentrated solution is 0.2-5: 100.
preferably, in the step 2), the organic acid potassium salt is one or two of potassium citrate and potassium malate.
Preferably, in the step 2), the lining material is a substance capable of perfuming the reconstituted tobacco.

The method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid comprises the steps of firstly adding a scale inhibitor into a prepared tobacco concentrated solution, carrying out a complex reaction of the scale inhibitor and alkaline earth metal ions such as calcium ions and magnesium ions in the concentrated solution under the conditions of heating and stirring to prevent the alkaline earth metal ions from reacting with organic potassium to generate precipitation, then adding organic acid potassium salt and lining materials to prepare the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid, so that the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid does not generate precipitation in the preparation process, and the fragrance of tobacco is kept.
In the method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid, the tobacco concentrated solution can be prepared by a conventional method, for example, concentration after water leaching is adopted. The data in table 1 and table 2 show that: the scale inhibitor has the effects that: disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate > sodium pyrophosphate > sodium polyphosphate. Not all scale inhibitors are suitable for the scheme, but the scale inhibitor sodium hexametaphosphate is added into the concentrated solution to generate more precipitates, which is caused by the fact that the sodium hexametaphosphate is not easy to dissolve in the concentrated solution of the tobacco. The proper temperature of the scale inhibitor is 40-70 ℃, and the reaction effect is influenced by overhigh or overlow temperature. With the increase of the dosage of the scale inhibitor, the scale inhibition effect is better, but the excessive scale inhibitor causes waste.
In conclusion, the method for solving the problem of precipitation generated in the preparation process of the reconstituted tobacco coating liquid effectively solves the problems that the coating liquid prepared in the prior art is easy to generate precipitation, so that the pipeline is blocked, and the quality of the tobacco product is reduced, and has high industrial utilization value.
