Example 6: the pet snack for training comprises an outer coating material and an inner coating material, wherein the outer coating material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of wheat flour, 8 parts of chicken powder, 5 parts of vegetable protein, 2 parts of natural phagostimulant, 4 parts of glycerin, 0.05 part of natural pigment and 25 parts of water; the content material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of raw meat, 8 parts of vegetable protein, 8 parts of high dietary fiber material, 7 parts of starch, 3 parts of natural phagostimulant, 4 parts of vegetable oil, 0.6 part of malic acid, 0.08 part of calcium lactate, 0.08 part of salt and 12 parts of water.
Further, the high dietary fiber material is pea fiber, the raw meat is fresh chicken breast, the vegetable protein is soybean protein isolate, the starch is an amylose-lipid complex, and the natural phagostimulant is an enzymolysis product of a meat and liver mixture.
Further, the specific steps of the method for preparing the pet food for training are the same as those of example 1.
Example 7: a training pet snack, which consists of an outer wrapper and an inner wrapper, the composition of the outer wrapper and the inner wrapper is the same as that of example 1, except that in the preparation method of the training pet snack, there is no opening design in the step (3) of the molding process, that is, the training pet snack is designed in the shape of a general dumpling.
Example 8: a pet snack for training purposes, which comprises an outer coating and an inner coating, wherein the outer coating and the inner coating have the same composition as in example 1, and the difference from example 1 is that in the preparation method of the pet snack for training purposes, the edge has no design of embossed patterns in the forming process of step (3).
Example 9: a pet snack for training, which comprises an outer coating material and an inner coating material, wherein the composition of the outer coating material and the inner coating material is the same as that of example 1, and is different from that of example 1, in the preparation method of the pet snack for training, the molding process of the step (3) is as follows: pressing the proofed outer wrapping material into a thin skin by a noodle press, carving into square sheets, putting the inner wrapping material into the square sheets, and rolling into a sandwich-shaped product, wherein the inner wrapping material is exposed at two ends of the sandwich-shaped product.
The pet treats obtained in examples 1-9 above were subjected to feeding tests using the comprehensive palatability coefficients, the feeding tests being conducted using the lambkin pet test center of lambkin pet food group, inc. In the test, taking example 7 as comparative example 1, 9 groups of test dogs are selected to be divided into 1 to 9 groups, wherein 10 test dogs in each group are selected, and comprise 4 small-size dogs, 4 medium-size dogs and 2 large-size dogs, and each group of test dogs are provided with the products obtained in examples 1 to 6 and 8 to 9 and the product obtained in example 7 (comparative example 1) in an equal weight at a time, for example, the test dogs in the group 1 are provided with the products obtained in example 1 and the product obtained in example 7 in an equal weight at a time; group 2 experimental dogs, each of which was given an equal weight of the product from example 2 and the product from example 7; group 3 experimental dogs, each of which was given an equal weight of the product from example 3 and the product from example 7, and so on, were subjected to food trials. Then, taking example 7 as a test example, the commercially available sandwich snack with outer skin as a starch main material is used as a comparative example 2, and the experimental dogs of group 9 are provided with the product obtained in example 7 and the product of comparative example 2 in equal weight for each dog, and are subjected to eating tests. The test results are shown in the following table.
Figure BDA0003326697460000081
The pet treats obtained in the above examples all achieve better palatability coefficient values, and meanwhile, when the test example in example 7 is compared with the commercially available sandwich treats in feeding, a higher palatability coefficient value of 8.1 is also obtained, which indicates that the pet treat of the present invention has better palatability and mouth resistance compared with the common pet treat, and the pet food has good feeding continuity and enthusiasm, and is suitable for being used as training pet treats. Specifically, the tests conducted on examples 1-6 and 8 using example 7 as a comparative example show that the palatability of examples 1-6 and 8 is generally superior to that of example 7, indicating that the opening design has generated a great interest in pets, and the opening design allows the pet to enjoy exploring the contents of the opening, while the fragrance emitted at the opening further enhances the appeal to the pet and continues to attract the pet for consumption. However, the palatability coefficient values of examples 1 to 6 and 8 are greatly different, wherein the moisture loss of the content in example 6 is high, the kneading of the coating material in example 8 is generally cracked, so that the content is exposed to the outside, and the surface of the content is dried too fast, and although the time required for the low-temperature slow drying in step (5) of the processing process is short in examples 6 and 8, the surface of the content is dried and hardened due to the high drying speed of the content, so that the palatability of the product is influenced; example 9 sandwich construction, the construction with exposed contents does not create sufficient exploratory interest for pets, which may be the main cause of poor palatability.
The pet treats obtained from the above examples were subjected to a teeth cleaning performance test, which was conducted at lambkin pet test center of lambkin pet food group ltd. The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 9 groups of experimental dogs to be divided into 1-9 groups, wherein each group selects 3 experimental dogs, 1 each of small-size dog breeds, medium-size dog breeds and large-size dog breeds in the experimental dogs is selected, an upper middle molar, an upper left middle molar and a lower right middle molar is selected as index dental positions, after the dogs drink partial drinking water, a sterile soft cotton swab is used for dipping a commercial dental plaque display agent to coat the three index dental positions with the display agent, the action is kept soft when the display agent is coated to avoid scraping, a dark color part displayed on the dental surface after the display agent is coated for 1min is dental plaque, a visual mouth mirror is used for observing and recording the index dental positions, and the index dental position index of the experimental dogs is recorded according to the improved dental plaque index of Turesky and is used as the dental plaque index before experiment; after the test of the plaque index of the experimental dog is finished, the experimental dog feeds the pet snack after drinking a small amount of drinking water, after the pet feeds drinking water or food calling drinking water, the aseptic soft cotton swab is adopted to dip the plaque display agent to perform the same action of coating the display agent on the same three index dental positions, the index dental positions are observed and recorded, the index dental plaque index of the experimental dog is recorded and is used as the post-experimental plaque index, each experimental dog performs the test once every other week for 3 times, and the results are shown in the following table.
The recorded standards for plaque index were:
plaque index is 0: the tooth surface has no bacterial plaque;
plaque index is 1: scattered plaque exists at the gingival margin of the tooth neck;
plaque index was 2: continuous thin-strip bacterial plaque exists at the neck of the tooth, and the width is not more than 1 mm;
plaque index was 3: the plaque coverage area of the neck of the tooth is over 1mm but below the tooth surface 1/3;
plaque index was 4: plaque coverage is at least tooth surface 1/3, but no more than 1/2;
plaque index was 5: plaque coverage area is above the tooth surface 2/3 or 2/3.

Figure BDA0003326697460000101
The results show that the pet snack has good tooth cleaning effect, the dental plaque index of the oral cavity of the pet can be reduced by eating the pet snack, and the oral cavity health of the pet can be maintained by long-term and continuous eating. The above test experiments found that example 1 had a very good effect of reducing the oral plaque index of pets, and that examples 4-8 had a somewhat insufficient effect of reducing the oral plaque index of pets, because: examples 4 and 5 can form the content material having the substantial tooth cleaning effect into a hard structure, but cannot form a structure which is tough enough, so that the chewing tooth cleaning effect of the pet is not obvious; the pet treats obtained in examples 6 and 8 have a dry and hard surface of the inner material due to the too fast drying speed of the inner material, which affects the cleaning effect of the product; the pet treat obtained in example 7 has a dry and hard outer skin, a relatively high moisture content in the inner material, and no direct grilling of the inner material, resulting in a relatively soft inner material and an insignificant cleaning effect, under the same overall moisture content as the pet treats obtained in other examples; the pet snack obtained in example 9 is easily over-processed during the processing process due to the large exposed area of the left and right parts of the content in the structure, while the central part is difficult to dehydrate due to the wrapping of the outer wrapper, and the actual texture is hard at both ends and soft in the middle, which seriously affects the tooth cleaning performance and the palatability.
The pet treats obtained in examples 1-9 above were subjected to texture analysis under the same test conditions (force sensor range 1000N, deformation percentage 60%, detection rate 1mm/s, initial force 0.8N minimum), and hardness, cohesion, gelation, and chewiness of the contents of the processed products obtained in each example were measured using a texture analyzer TPA mode, and the products of each example were tested in parallel 3 times, averaged. The results are shown in the following table.
Performance of hardness/N Cohesiveness (Ratio) Chewiness of the product
Example 1 166.3 0.64 197.5
Example 2 171.5 0.62 192.6
Example 3 162.0 0.64 198.2
Example 4 194.4 0.61 181.3
Examples5 212.7 0.59 168.8
Example 6 189.4 0.63 184.9
Example 7 151.1 0.64 190.5
Example 8 195.0 0.61 182.5
Example 9 147.5 0.61 181.2
The results show that the pet treat of the invention has good texture performance, can maintain high hardness and has good elastic toughness, which ensures that the pet treat has good tooth cleaning performance on pet teeth under the condition of stimulating the pet to fully secrete saliva after being eaten by the pet. Wherein the texture hardness of the pet treats obtained in examples 4 and 5 is obviously increased compared with those obtained in examples 1 to 3, but the chewiness is reduced, which indicates that the hardness of the product is higher, the cleaning effect corresponding to the reduction of the elastic toughness is also reduced, and the palatability expression is also influenced; the greater hardness of examples 6 and 8, but relatively lower chewiness, and the lower hardness of examples 7 and 9 (with the middle portion) while having good chewiness, combined with the above dentifrice performance test data, significantly affected the cleaning performance of the pet's teeth.
The processing time of examples 1-9 was measured as the total time of step (4) and step (5) of the preparation method of the pet treats for training, requiring consistent thickness and size of the casing and weight of the inner casing of examples 1-9, consistent processing temperature and processing time of step (4) and step (5), and the time required for processing to reach 10% moisture content was measured, and the results are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0003326697460000121
in the invention application, each raw material component in the raw material composition of the pet snack for training is a range value, the raw materials within the range value can be randomly proportioned to prepare the pet snack for training, and the obtained pet for training has no food property which is almost the same as that of the pet for training in example 1; in addition, in the raw material composition, the selection of the raw material meat has little influence on the product properties, but the raw material meat should be selected from lean meat components in fresh duck meat, chicken meat, mutton, beef, pork or fish meat; the selection of the high dietary fiber material and the vegetable protein component has little effect on the properties of the product; the vegetable oil is common edible vegetable oil, and the natural pigment is edible natural pigment which is selected not to influence the property of the product; similarly, the process conditions in each step of the method for preparing the training pet treat may also relate to the range of values within which the product of the training pet treat prepared by the method does not differ significantly from example 1; in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, openings can be alternatively arranged on two sides of one side of the dumpling shape, the number of the openings can be alternatively arranged to be 1, 2, 3 or 4, and the tooth-mounted engaging structure can be alternatively arranged on one side or two sides of the dumpling shape.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various other changes and modifications can be made based on the above-described embodiments and concepts, and all such changes and modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
