the front of the right side of the lower end of the water storage tank (1) and the right side of the left side of the lower end are respectively connected with a directional brake wheel (3) through bolts; the submersible self-priming pump (4) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the bottom end in the water storage tank (1) through a bolt, and the middle position of the upper end of the submersible self-priming pump (4) is in threaded connection with a fixed conveying pipe (5); the push rod (10) is connected to the middle position of the upper part of the left side of the water storage tank (1) through a bolt; the fixed seat (11) is connected to the middle position of the lower part of the right side of the water storage tank (1) through a bolt; the rotating seat (12) is inserted in the middle of the upper end inside the fixed seat (11); the upper end of the rotating seat (12) is connected with a pouring pipe (13) through a bolt; the lower end of the irrigation pipe (13) is sequentially in threaded connection with a shunt pipe (14) from left to right; the middle position of the lower end of the water injection hopper (65) is in threaded connection with a filling pipe (66); the lower end of the filling pipe (66) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper end of the filling frame (61); the separable adjusting delivery pipe structure (7) comprises a connecting pipe (71), a supporting pipe (72), a replacing valve (73), a first delivery pipe (74) and a second delivery pipe (75), wherein the right end of the connecting pipe (71) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the inner part of the left side of the supporting pipe (72); the upper part and the lower part of the front surface of the supporting pipe (72) are respectively inserted with a replacing valve (73) in a threaded manner; the upper part of the right side of the supporting pipe (72) is in threaded connection with a first conveying pipe (74) and is communicated with the first conveying pipe; the lower part of the right side of the supporting pipe (72) is in threaded connection with a second conveying pipe (75) and is communicated with the second conveying pipe; the rotatable adjusting spraying and irrigating pipe structure (8) comprises a fixed frame (81), a first spraying pipe (82), a locking nut (83), a second spraying pipe (84), a spray head (85) and an adjusting valve (86), wherein the first spraying pipe (82) is inserted into the fixed frame (81), and the outer wall of the first spraying pipe (82) is respectively in threaded connection with the locking nut (83); the lower end of the first spraying pipe (82) is sequentially in threaded connection with a second spraying pipe (84) from left to right, and the inner part of the lower end of the second spraying pipe (84) is respectively in threaded connection with a spray head (85); the adjusting valve (86) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper part of the left side of the front surface of the first spraying pipe (82); the observable sealing cleaning maintenance cover structure (9) comprises a fixed cover (91), an observation sheet (92), a lifting rod (93), a fixed plate (94) and a fixed bolt (95), wherein the observation sheet (92) is embedded in the middle position of the front surface of the fixed cover (91); the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the front surface of the fixed cover (91) are respectively connected with a lifting rod (93) through bolts; the front surfaces of the four corners of the left side and the right side of the fixed cover (91) are respectively welded with a fixed plate (94), and a fixed bolt (95) penetrates through the fixed plate (94).
