具体实施方式
图1示出了一种用于火花点火发动机2的废气后处理系统1,其具有废气管路2.3和新鲜空气管路2.4。而新鲜空气管路2.4通过进气歧管2.2连接到火花点火发动机2。废气管路2.3通过排气歧管2.1连接到火花点火发动机2。废气管路2.3还具有涡轮机3、主废气颗粒过滤器6和主废气催化剂5。
此外,废气管路2.3具有旁通管路1.1,该旁通管路1.1在涡轮机3上游的旁通接头1.3处分支,并且在涡轮机3下游和颗粒过滤器6上游的开口1.8处打开。
为了一方面控制废气管路2.3内的废气流,另一方面控制旁通管路1.1内的废气流,旁通管路1.1具有旁通阀1.4,并且废气管路2.3具有废气阀1.9。
作为旁通阀1.4和废气阀1.9(以虚线示出)的替代方式,旁通阀为三通阀1.4并且设置在开口1.8处。
三元催化转化器1.2设置在旁通管路1.1内。
在根据图2的替代示例性实施例中,除了三元催化转化器1.2之外,在旁通管路1.1中还设置了颗粒过滤器1.7。
此外,根据图2的示例性实施例的废气后处理系统1具有废气再循环管路1.5,其在废气管路2.3上的EGR接头1.6处分支。EGR接头1.6位于旁通接头1.3的上游。替代地,旁通接头1.3也可以定位在EGR接头1.6的上游。在任何一种情况下,两个接头都是分开的并且位于涡轮机3的上游。
根据图3的示例性实施例,作为旁通阀1.4和废气阀1.9的替代,提供公共三通阀1.4,其形成涡轮3上游的旁通接头1.3。废气质量流可以通过该三通阀1.4在一方面的废气管路2.3和在另一方面的旁通管路1.1之间切换。根据图3的示例性实施例,颗粒过滤器1.7设有用于处理氮氧化物的三元涂层。
可选地,在未示出的实施例中,三通阀1.4位于旁通管路1.1的开口1.8处,即涡轮机3的下游。
根据示例性实施例图4,旁通管路1.1在主要净化部件的下游,即主颗粒过滤器6的下游和主三元催化转化器5的下游在开口1.8处打开。与废气管路2.3一样,旁通管路1.1具有三元催化器1.2和颗粒过滤器1.7。旁通连接通过三通阀1.4实现,该阀在旁通管路1.1和废气管路2.3之间切换。当旁通管路1.1关闭时,所有废气流经涡轮机3和下游净化组件5、6。当废气管路2.3关闭时,所有废气通过旁通管路1.1流经两个净化组件1.2、1.7。在冷启动期间,后者确保三元催化转化器1.2的快速预热。
图5的示例性实施例另外提供废气再循环管路1.5,其在EGR接头1.6处从废气管路2.3分支。
图6的示例性实施例提供了联接管路7,其在三元催化转化器上游的旁通管路1.1处分支,并且通向颗粒过滤器6上游的废气管路2.3。另外,还有废气控制阀8设置在主三元催化转化器5下游和开口1.8上游的废气管路2.3中。
图7的示例性实施例另外提供废气再循环管路1.5,其在废气管路2.3上的EGR接头1.6处分支并通向新鲜空气管路2.4。
根据图6以及图7的示例性实施例,以下替换变化是可行的。如果旁通管路1.1通过旁通阀1.4关闭,当废气控制阀8从涡轮机3关闭时,废气体积流可以通过联接管路7和所述旁通线1.1中的净化部件1.2、1.7从涡轮机3被引导。当废气控制阀8打开时,一方面根据旁通管路1.1中的净化部件1.2、1.7与废气中的净化部件6、5之间的流动阻力来分配废气流。由于废气控制阀8是具有多于两个受控和限定的阀体位置的阀,在后一种情况下可以在主要最大值和零之间连续调节废气管路2.3内的废气流量。
可选地,如果涡轮机3和与之相连的废气管路2.3通过旁通阀1.4关闭,则所有废气流都通过旁通管路1.1流动。当废气控制阀8关闭时,所有废气流都流经旁通管路1.1内的两个净化部件1.2、1.7。当废气控制阀8打开或部分打开时,通过废气管路2.3和净化部件6、5引导的废气流可以在上述最大值和零之间调节。
催化剂通常位于颗粒过滤器的上游,因为催化剂需要相应的废气温度。如果提供足够的废气温度,根据图6的示例性实施例,还可以将催化剂定位在颗粒过滤器的下游。在这种情况下,它受到更少的污染并且可以更有效地运行。旁通管路1.1中的催化剂1.2位于颗粒过滤器的上游,因此在冷启动后非常迅速地升温。如果有足够的废气温度可用,则可以通过阀8向主管道供应热废气,这样主催化剂5也可以有足够的废气温度。因此,所述催化剂和颗粒过滤器的顺序根据示例性实施例,在每种情况下也可以颠倒。
未单独示出的示例性实施例是用于柴油发动机2的废气后处理系统1。这些示例性实施例与之前描述的那些的区别仅在于催化剂5、1.2的催化形成。所述催化剂5、1.2是DOC催化剂,或所述催化剂5、1.2具有DOC涂层。即,主DOC催化器5和DOC催化器1.2分别设置在所述旁通管路1.1中。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于内燃机(2)的废气后处理系统(1),所述废气后处理系统(1)包括可连接到所述内燃机(2)的排气歧管(2.1)的废气管路(2.3)、位于所述废气管路(2.3)中的涡轮机(3)、以及位于所述涡轮机(3)的下游的主催化转化器(5),其中所述废气管路(2.3)包括旁通管路(1.1)和用于所述旁通管路(1.1)的旁通接头(1.3),所述旁通接头(1.3)设置在所述废气管路(2.3)中所述涡轮机(3)的上游,所述旁通管路(1.1)在所述主催化转化器(5)上游的开口(1.8)处通向所述涡轮机(3)下游的所述废气管路(2.3),所述废气后处理系统(1)还包括旁通阀(1.4),其特征在于:
所述涡轮机(3)下游的所述废气管路(2.3)中设有主颗粒过滤器(6),所述旁通管路(1.1)中设有催化转化器(1.2),其中:
a1)所述旁通阀(1.4)为三通阀,并且形成所述涡轮机(3)上游的所述旁通接头(1.3);或
a2)所述旁通阀(1.4)为三通阀,并且设置在所述开口(1.8)处;或
b1)所述旁通阀(1.4)位于所述旁通管路(1.1)中,所述废气管路(2.3)中的所述开口(1.8)的上游还设有废气阀(1.9);其中所述涡轮机(3)具有固定叶片,或所述涡轮机(3)为VTG涡轮机或VNT涡轮机;或
b2)在所述旁通接头(1.3)的下游和所述开口(1.8)的上游形成不具有废气阀的废气管路(2.3);所述VTG涡轮机(3)或所述VNT涡轮机具有阀门功能,用于调节通过所述涡轮机的废气质量流量;
所述内燃机(2)为火花点火发动机,其中相应的所述催化转化器(5、1.2)具有三元涂层;或者所述内燃机(2)为柴油发动机,其中相应的所述主催化转化器(5、1.2)具有DOC涂层;以及
除了所述旁通阀(1.4)外,所述旁通管路(1.1)的其它部分未设置旁通阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述废气阀(1.9)能够被最多两个限定位置所限制,所述限定位置由端部基台确定。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述旁通管路(1.1)中还设有颗粒过滤器(1.7);或者,所述旁通管路(1.1)中没有颗粒过滤器。
4.一种用于内燃机(2)的废气后处理系统(1),所述废气后处理系统(1)包括可连接到所述内燃机(2)的排气歧管(2.1)的废气管路(2.3)、位于所述废气管路(2.3)中的涡轮机(3)、以及位于所述涡轮机(3)的下游的主催化转化器(5),其中所述废气管路(2.3)包括旁通管路(1.1)和旁通阀(1.4),所述旁通阀(1.4)位于所述涡轮机(3)上游的所述废气管路(2.3)中,所述旁通管路(1.1)在所述涡轮机(3)下游的开口(1.8)处通向所述废气管路(2.3),
其特征在于,所述废气管路(2.3)中包括位于所述涡轮机(3)下游的主颗粒过滤器(6),所述旁通管路(1.1)中包括颗粒过滤器(1.7)和催化转化器(1.2),其中所述旁通管路(1.1)的所述开口(1.8)设置在所述主催化转化器(5)的下游和所述主颗粒过滤器(6)的下游;
所述内燃机(2)为火花点火发动机,其中相应的所述催化转化器(5、1.2)具有三元涂层;或者所述内燃机(2)为柴油发动机,其中相应的所述主催化转化器(5、1.2)具有DOC涂层。
5.如权利要求4所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述旁通管路(1.1)具有联接管路(7),所述联接管路(7)从所述颗粒过滤器(1.7)的上游和所述催化转化器(1.2)的上游分支,且所述联接管路(7)在所述主颗粒过滤器(6)的上游和所述主催化转化器(5)的上游通向所述废气管路(2.3)。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,在所述主颗粒过滤器(6)的下游、所述主催化转化器(5)的下游和所述开口(1.8)的上游的废气管路(2.3)中设有废气控制阀(8),所述废气控制阀(8)能够被两个以上限定位置所限制,通过这些限定位置可以在两个以上的设置中控制所述废气管路(2.3)内的废气体积流量。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述废气管路(2.3)没有废气再循环管路;或者
所述废气管路(2.3)具有废气再循环管路(1.5)和用于所述涡轮机(3)上游的废气再循环管路(1.5)的EGR接头(1.6),其中所述EGR接头(1.6)位于所述旁通接头(1.3)的上游或下游。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述旁通阀(1.4)能够被最多两个限定位置所限制,所述限定位置由端部基台确定。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述催化转化器(1.2、5)和所述颗粒过滤器(1.7、6)为具有催化作用的三元涂层或DOC涂层的颗粒过滤器。
10.一种用于操作废气后处理系统(1)的方法,所述废气后处理系统(1)为如前述权利要求1至3和7至9中任一项所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,所述废气管路(2.3)在冷启动期间通过所述废气阀(1.9)关闭;当所述旁通阀(1.4)打开时,整个废气流通过所述旁通管路(1.1)被引导到所述开口(1.8)以及废气系统的其它部分。
11.一种用于操作废气后处理系统(1)的方法,所述废气后处理系统(1)为如权利要求4至9中任一项所述的废气后处理系统(1),其特征在于,废气体积流A经由所述旁通阀(1.4)被引导到所述旁通管路(1.1)中;其中,所述废气体积流A的至少一部分通过相应打开所述废气控制阀(8),经由所述联接管路(7)被引导到所述废气管路(2.3)中。
