An embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning device prompting method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of a cleaning device prompting method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device prompting method includes the following steps:
step S10: working information of the cleaning device is acquired.
It should be noted that, the execution main body of this embodiment is a cleaning device or a user terminal, the cleaning device may be a cleaning robot, may also be a handheld floor washing machine, may also be a base station, and may even be other cleaning devices having the same or similar functions as the cleaning robot, which is not limited in this embodiment, where the cleaning robot may include: sweeping robots, mopping robots, sweeping and mopping integrated robots and the like. The user terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA, a smart wearable device, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the cleaning device may acquire work information of performing work by itself, or the cleaning device may transmit the work information of performing work by itself to the user terminal, so that the user terminal may acquire the work information of the cleaning device.
The working information related to the scheme is used for determining a triggering condition parameter for triggering a preset reminding operation, and specifically, the working information may include a working parameter, a configuration parameter, a state parameter, and the like, where the working parameter itself may be the triggering condition parameter, or the triggering condition parameter may be determined through one or more types of work, or the triggering condition parameter may be determined according to one or more types of the working parameter, the configuration parameter, and the state parameter.
In this embodiment, an alternative scheme for acquiring the work information is proposed: the functional component on the cleaning device can comprise identification information, and the working information of the functional component during working can be acquired according to the identification information corresponding to the functional component.
The number of certain functional components on the cleaning device may be 1, for example, the fan, and the operation information of the fan may be obtained according to the identification information of the functional component, for example: the rotating speed, the accumulated rotating circles, the working time and the like of the corresponding fan during operation can be obtained through the identification information of the fan control module.
Considering that the number of the functional components of the same type may be more than two, when the cleaning device acquires the working information, the cleaning device may distinguish which functional component the working information comes from through the identification information, for example, the cleaning device includes two side brush components, and the working information of the two side brush components may be determined according to the first identification information of the first side brush component and the second identification information of the second side brush component, so that the triggering condition parameter may be determined according to the working information corresponding to the identification information, and the preset reminding operation for the corresponding side brush component may be triggered. The identification information may include, for example, a category, a number, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S20: and determining a triggering condition parameter according to the working information.
It should be noted that the triggering condition parameter is a condition parameter for determining whether a component of the cleaning device needs to be replaced or cleaned, and the triggering condition parameter may include at least one of the following: during operation, work area, work path length, number of times of operation, the number of revolutions of the fan, the number of revolutions of the sweeping part, the number of revolutions of the mopping part, and the like, during operation, specifically, the number of revolutions of the mopping part may be: the working area can be the sweeping area, the mopping area, the roller washing area and the like, and the working path length can be the sweeping path length, the mopping path length, the roller washing path length and the like. Based on the content of each trigger condition parameter, the operation information may be any information that can be used to determine the trigger condition parameter.
For example: when the trigger condition of the dust box is that after the dust box is cleaned for the last time, the elapsed time reaches the preset time from the start of timing of the first sweeping task, the parameters of the trigger condition are as follows: after the last cleaning of the dust box, the time length from the start of the first sweeping task is counted. In the middle, the trigger condition parameter may be obtained by starting calculation according to a timestamp of the start of the first sweeping task after the dust box in the working information is cleaned, and the accumulated working time of the sweeping task is the trigger condition parameter.
When the trigger condition parameter is the working duration, the working duration is determined in various modes, the scheme can acquire working information corresponding to the working duration, such as historical working time, historical rotation accumulated pulses and encoder rotation information (including the number of rotation turns of the encoder and the rotation rate of the encoder), and further determine the working duration according to the working information.
In this embodiment, a manner of obtaining the working information is provided, wherein the working information may include historical working time or historical rotation accumulated pulses; the triggering condition parameters comprise accumulated working time, wherein the step of determining the triggering condition parameters according to the working information comprises the following steps: determining the accumulated working time according to the historical working time; or determining the accumulated working time according to the number and frequency of the accumulated pulses of the historical rotation.
Further, the accumulated working time period is determined according to the historical working time, and the accumulated working time period may be determined by obtaining a difference value of timestamps of two working nodes of the cleaning device, where the difference value of the timestamps of the two working nodes may be, for example: the difference between the start of the cleaning task and the end of the cleaning task, the difference between the start of the floor cleaning task and the end of the floor mopping task, and the like are used for recording the time node of the working state of the cleaning equipment.
On the other hand, the accumulated operating time period is determined according to the number and frequency of the historical rotation accumulated pulses, the accumulated working time length may be determined by the number of rotation turns of the rotating shaft of the side brush and the frequency of the accumulated pulses of the historical rotation, or may be determined by the rotation rate and the number of turns, which is not limited in this embodiment, the working time is accumulated by the encoder, so that the working time of each component of the cleaning equipment can be accurately recorded, the record is only carried out through the switch time node of the cleaning equipment because the sweeping robot does not necessarily carry out the sweeping action immediately after entering the sweeping state according to the distance of the sweeping robot, it is possible to construct a room model or to drive out of the base station first, so that the calculation of the working time from the sensors of the different components for recording the rotation information of the motor will be more accurate.
The rotation accumulated pulse may be detected by a rotation sensor or an encoder, and the detection object may be: the rotating shaft of the rolling brush, the rotating shaft of the side brush, the rotating shaft of the fan and the like.
Specifically, the cleaning device further includes an encoder and a sensor, and the acquiring of the working information of the cleaning device includes: acquiring historical encoder rotation information detected by the sensor; the triggering condition parameters comprise accumulated working time, and the step of determining the triggering condition parameters according to the working information comprises the following steps: and determining the accumulated working time according to the historical encoder rotation information.
It should be noted that the historical encoder rotation information may include the number of rotations of the historical encoder and the rotation rate, and the determination of the accumulated operating time based on the historical encoder rotation information may be calculated based on the number of rotations recorded by the encoder and the rotation rate recorded by the encoder, for example: and after the last maintenance reminding is released, the average rotation speed is 100 revolutions per minute, the total rotation number is 2000 revolutions, and the accumulated working time is 20 minutes at the moment.
Step S30: and judging whether preset trigger conditions corresponding to functional components on the cleaning equipment are triggered or not according to the trigger condition parameters.
Different functional components are arranged for different cleaning devices, as shown in table 1 below, the types and names of the functional components and the functional components that can be cleaned or replaced in the cleaning device according to the example of the present scheme are not limited in the present scheme.
Figure BDA0003290636920000101
In a specific implementation, the preset trigger condition is used for judging whether the target component needs to be replaced or cleaned, and when the condition is met, the corresponding cleaning equipment component needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Optionally, the preset trigger condition is used for triggering cleaning of the functional component, and the preset trigger condition is: after the functional component is cleaned for the last time, the passing working parameters reach the corresponding first preset parameter threshold value from the beginning of timing when the cleaning task is executed for the first time; alternatively, each time the cleaning task is completed.
The preset trigger condition may be that a certain working parameter is accumulated to a certain value, that is, a first preset parameter threshold. The operating parameters may include at least one of: the working time length (sweeping time length, mopping time length, fan running time length), the working area (sweeping area, mopping area, roller washing area), the working path length (sweeping path length, mopping path length, roller washing path length), the working frequency, the rotating number of turns of the fan, the rotating number of turns of the sweeping piece, the rotating number of turns of the mopping piece and the like.
In one embodiment, the functional component is a dust box, the preset trigger condition is a condition for triggering cleaning of the dust box, and the preset trigger condition may be: after the dust box is cleaned for the last time, the elapsed time length reaches the first preset sweeping time length from the start of timing of the first sweeping task. For example, in order to prevent breeding the bacterium, need in time clear up the dirt box, can clear up the dirt box at last time and remind after cleaing away, trigger after the first effective task of sweeping the floor triggers 120h, wherein, effectively sweep the floor and indicate: the accumulated sweeping time is longer than a second preset sweeping time, and the second preset sweeping time may be 15 minutes, for example.
In one embodiment, the functional component is a dust box filter element, the preset trigger condition is a condition for triggering cleaning of the dust box filter element, and the preset trigger condition may be: after the dust box filter element is cleaned last time, the running time of the fan reaches the running time of the first air preset machine. For example, in order to ensure the dust collection efficiency, the dust box filter element can be reminded to be cleaned, and after the dust box filter element is cleaned last time, the preset reminding operation can be triggered when the running time of the fan reaches 10 h.
In one embodiment, the functional component is a sewage tank, and in order to prevent bacteria from breeding, the sewage tank needs to be cleaned in time by cleaning or clearing sewage, and the preset trigger condition is a condition for triggering to clear sewage, and the preset trigger condition can be: each time the mopping task is performed.
In addition, the preset trigger condition may also be applicable to the following functional components: a dirty water tank, a clean water tank, a dust box, the interior of the housing of the scrubber, etc.
Optionally, the functional component is a component associated with a mop cleaning task, the preset trigger condition is used for triggering cleaning of the functional component, and the preset trigger condition is:
after the cleaning reminding is released by the last trigger, the accumulated cleaning times of the mop reach a first preset time.
In one embodiment, the functional components can be a mop cleaning bin and a cleaning rib. The preset trigger conditions are as follows: after the cleaning reminding is released by the last triggering, the accumulated times of cleaning the mop reaches the first preset times of cleaning the mop, and the cleaning bin, the cleaning rib and the like can be triggered and cleaned. For example, the last time the cleaning reminder was triggered to be released, it may be triggered after a total of 150 mop cleaning tasks.
In one embodiment, the functional component is a water changing module, and the preset triggering condition is a condition for triggering the cleaning water changing module and the cleaning sewage filter screen. The preset trigger conditions are as follows: after the cleaning reminding is released by the last trigger, the cleaning times of the mop are accumulated to reach the second preset cleaning times of the mop. For example, after 160 mop cleaning tasks are accumulated after the last time the cleaning reminder was triggered to be released, the cleaning water change module and/or the sewage filter screen is triggered.
It is understood that the corresponding times referred to by the first preset times when the functional components are different may also be different, for example: when the subassembly that mop cleaning task is correlated with is mop cleaning storehouse, washing rib, first preset number of times is actually for being used for triggering mop cleaning storehouse, the first preset mop cleaning number of times that the washing rib was maintained and is reminded, when the subassembly that mop cleaning task is correlated with is for trading the water module, first preset number of times is actually for being used for triggering the second preset mop cleaning number of times that the module of trading the water was maintained and is reminded.
Optionally, the preset trigger condition is used to trigger replacement of the functional component, and the preset trigger condition is:
the accumulated working parameters of the functional components reach corresponding second preset parameter threshold values; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
